The rooms and all facilities are very nice. Well designed

Great location, excellent breakfast, very attentive staff. Alice in concierge was a highlight, really helped us plan our vacation.

The poor sound proofing was not great and you can really hear all the movement in the rooms above us No iron in the room, you will need to request a steamer Water in the room wasn't always replaced daily

The rooms were well finished & clean. The eating facilities both hotel and others in the complex were very good and varied. The complex courtyard was like an oasis in the surrounding urban sprawl.

The only improvements I could suggest would be to separate the toilet from the bathroom and install coffee machines at the breakfast area to speed up breakfast coffee supply.

An excellent hotel, located in a quiet area a short walk from the main sights of Cagliari. The breakfast was excellent with a very wide selection of sweet and savoury choices. The Prestige Room was very comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and efficient. Our one dinner in the restaurant was delicious and filling. Overall a true 5 star experience.

The room was absolutely beautiful. It was air conditioned, it smelt amazing, the bed was comfy. It was conveniently near the old town, markets and Poetto beach.

Superb service - efficient without being "intrusive". Room was excellent. Housekeeping did fantastic job and the room smelled lovely when we returned in evening. Breakfast was good - plenty of choices. Balcony was huge with lovely furniture. (Superior Double on 3rd floor - no floors above - which was great.) Situation excellent - easy walking distance to the centre and restaurants bars historic centre. Supermarket and tobac onist 5 mins walk away. Setting was superb - stunning - overlooking the fountain coutyard each evening with live music (which finished at a reasonable time) so guests were not kept awake. Bed was massive - would say superking size and SO comfortable. Lovely to have a decent fridge in room and good coffee maker for that all important coffee before breakfast. Nice touch to have an umberella in wardrobe - yes we did get one rainy evening. Loved that there was choice of at least 5 restaurants in the courtyard ranging in price and menus - this was great on arrival and our final evening when we did not want to walk after long day. Hotel on pricey side - but it lived up to it's price tag - so many 5 star hotels do not. Highly recommend.

Immaculate rooms and services, we only spent one. Fight but we will be re booking next year for longer, we booked in for the Turkish bath the morning we had to leave and it was so relaxing.

Breakfast and service not great at breakfast time forgot tea twice, brought wrong tea scrambled egg was cold every morning even when we had breakfast at 9. Also had a bad experience at Colonial Fillet was very tough and not edible although the wine was excellent

Elegant, calm and peaceful but above all, the service and welcoming from the staff at the front desk, the restaurant, the housekeeping were very professional and truly nice. 👍 and helpful. Always smiling, doing everything fast to make you feel at home.

The hotel is beautiful and everything is of very high quality. The facilities are great and very comfortable. Great breakfast.

The service could be a bit more attentive to specific questions and needs.

The breakfast was very nice and included several vegan and gluten free options. The service was helpful and friendly. They did their best to support in any way (calling Taxis, giving for free beach towels, etc.). The gym is really nice and sufficient.

Unfortunately the wellness / spa area is not included in the prices. The pool is very small and only inside.

We stayed with my girlfriend at Palazzo Hotel for 9 days during our vacation to Sardinia. I have nothing but positive feedback for the accommodation. Very comfortable and clean room, which was also cleaned and tidied up two times per day. Friendly staff, always smiling and happy to serve. Special mention to Claudia, who was often going the extra mile to make sure we are comfortable and have everything we need. Full transparency in terms of costs (no hidden costs or weird fees).

Perhaps the only thing that I could mention as a very minor disadvantage is that there is no parking included in the price. There are a couple of options that the hotel offers (1 private hotel garage at a rate of 20 EUR per day and 1 public parking with plenty of space for the price of 10 EUR per day).

Generally very good. Rooms could have been better thought out in terms of chairs, mirrors, hooks and cupboard space.

Breakfasts were poor. Charging for routine hot dishes considering the star rating a bit random.

Great location in walking distance to the old city. The property was spotless, well maintained and the staff were exceptional.

Overall a high quality hotel. Staff at check in were excellent, as were those in the main bar. Large, comfortable rooms with everything just so. Spacious underground car park.

Air con in room needed to be activated at reception - would be great if this was dealt with at check in.

Fantastic hotel in a quieter part of the city but still only 10 minutes walk away from the shop, restaurants and bars of the city centre. The hotel benefits from some fantastic restaurants and a lovely bar, all set around an inner courtyard. The staff were efficient, friendly and very welcoming. We'll definitely go back.

Breakfast is served inside or in the piazza, a buffet with a good selection of hot and cold food. Staff all friendly and as you would expect from a 5 star hotel all spoke excellent English.

Lovely fountain surrounded by restaurants outside. Spaceous rooms with large bathroom. Breakfast was high quality and varied.

The car pack was full so we had to go to another one and walk with our luggage.

A/c difficult to control so room a bit cold

Having spent 10 days in a (suboptimal) vacation apartment, we decided to end our workation with two nights at Doglio. It is located a mere 10-15 minute walking distance from the touristic buzz of the old-town. As we already know the old-town, Doglio was the perfect place to enjoy tranquility, excellent food and wine. The rooms are beautiful and quiet, and the staff was phenomenally friendly and service minded. In addition, the hotel annex also houses a filial of our most favourite Pirani (la Brasserie - grazie Alessio!) Grazie mille!
