Beautiful room and great hotel facilities. Enjoyed use of the fitness center. Breakfasts were ample and had a good selection. Loved the hotel setting - opening up onto a large outdoor patio surrounded by bars and restaurants. And located close to access sights and key points of interest.

Food choice at Osteria del Forte could be greater

The bedroom was nice and comfortable, the restaurant offerings in the Palazzo were good and it’s a good location if you want to be close to the city centre. But not the beach.

The shower is really not ideal, floods of water creep out all over the bathroom as the glass door doesn’t block any of the water from going out. The staff are friendly but can be slow to help. Definitely rent a car when staying here if you want to visit the beach or go further than the city centre because for some reason, the hotel can help you get a taxi to wherever you’re going but heaven help you if you need to get back. Luckily a local helped me with a number for a taxi company but they are super expensive - EUR 30 for a 15 min car ride. The staff take a long time to follow up on anything with you, you have to call several times. There’s no water to drink or anything in the rooms, you have to get room service. The rooms are not soundproof so you hear the cleaning staff all day and on the weekends the palazzo area comes alive with music and singing. It’s nice but if you want to sleep it will be hard. There was a really foul smell coming from the room telephone, it’s hard to describe. The pool was not working so I feel I paid a lot of money for nothing, should’ve been discounted. The breakfast was ok. Overall I wouldn’t rate this a 5 star to be honest, but a good 4-star.

The staff are soooo nice. People in other countries should go and learn from them. The breakfast was great, the facilities are beautiful, the court is great. Lot of restaurants to choose from. Very happy we stay in this hotel. So clean.

Lavish hotel with garage parking. Very comfy beds in rooms. We had a balcony overlooking the palazzo. Coffee machine. Beautiful bathroom. Staff very friendly.

Breakfast poor for an establishment such as this. Choice limited. And poor experience. Although our room rate was expensive, you had to pay an extra 50 euros per night per person to use swimming pool and spa! Very greedy we thought! You also have to pay an extra 20 euro to park car in garage. These are hidden costs when booking your room so be aware

Loved the beautiful bathroom, which was extremely well designed and had a huge bathtub. The bed was comfy. The hotel is on a beautiful square next to a superb pizzeria. The staff were courteous and helpful. The gym is well equipped .

The breakfasts could be a bit better. A vanity set would have made the bathroom perfect. Water bottles were only supplied once, not every day during room service. Netflix on the TV would have also been great to have.

Staff was outstanding-very polite and helpful. Nicola,the concierge was especially helpful! Daniel in the bar was fun, attentive and knows how to make a good drink. The house keeping staff was also very kind and accomodating.

Would be nice if it had an outdoor pool and the pizza place took very long to serve. The hotel was fantastic though and there are less complicated pizzas to order and even more restaurants. Could have had coffee in the room

The location and the comfort of our room. In general the whole hotel unit is very pleasant and accommodating. The fact that it has several good restaurant options for different gastronomic preferences within the hotel unit. Parking available.
