Location, breakfast, dinner and most of all super friendly helpful staff.

Loved everything.

Hotel and room kept very clean, nice quiet pool area - wouldn't be suitable for young families. Decent breakfast, bar and restaurant on the beach opposite. Nice beach - used by lots of locals. Sandy walking out into the sea, shallow for 20-30 metres.

Some DIY carried out during breakfast was loud (drilling etc) - could have waited a while?

The hotel was situated a few metres from the beach in a wonderful location. The staff were lovely. The cleanliness was exceptional.

Good location with a nice pool. Great for the beach with included beach sun lounges and umbrella. Friendly staff who were happy to help. Nice breakfast spot with good coffee.

When you arrive by car there is nowhere to park. My first impression upon stopping in front of the hotel was ‘you can’t park here’. If you arrive during the day on the weekend the parking is impossible. It is better in the late afternoon or evening. The bacon and scrambled eggs were not refreshed often leaving only scraps.

Wonderful place, we only stayed one night but it was very clean, modern with a friendly vibe. Couldn’t be more helpful.

We couldn’t work out the lights in the room! A tiny thing - hardly worth mentioning! 😊

Room is modern (decoration), comfortable and super clean. Good size. The team is also great. Location (beach front)

Lack of parking but in Italy is the norm. You have to look for public spaces in the surroundings which sometimes takes time.

Good location : 2 min walk to the beach, 30 min by bus to the city center Room was clean, staff helpfull

We had a groudfloor room which was very noisy on the morning (could hear the guests having their breakfast)

An excellent hotel with first class staff. Ideal if you want to stay beachside, but within an easy reach of Cagliari city centre and a short drive to the airport.

Loved the location across from the beach with sunchairs and umbrellas available for our use on the beach. having numerous restaurants across from the property which gave a 10%discount was great. Breakfast provided was great but even better they gave us the option to have it across the road at their beachside restaurant. Great option.

they charged to use the spa. It is just sitting there if nobody pays. Maybe guests should have to book it in if they want to use at an hour a time only.

The location, the incredibly friendly staff, the pool and the fact that is probably the smartest looking building in the area!

I didn’t like the fact that we were given a disabled room! I booked long ago and an appropriate room should have been allocated at that time to avoid this. The room was relatively compact to the extent that 2 people could not pass at the bottom of the bed! Due to the full booking we were not offered an alternative. Whoever owns or manages the hotel should maintain a closer look at minor defects. These should be dealt with immediately or they will just get worse. Chips on corners, door frames chipped, general painting should be ongoing. The cleaners were AMAZING but they cannot fix the minor defects.
