Hotel Nautilus, Cagliari

The staff were particularly good and the general manager dealt with a complaint swiftly. Shout out to the night watch who made us a welcome coffee at 4:30 am whilst waiting for our airport cab. Also shout out to Saudi (sp) who is quiet but always looking after us.
A great 5 days late October when beach cafes and restaurants are closed for the season. We would definitely stay again.

The promotion looked like the hotel was beachfront. It’s not as it’s separated from the beach by a busy road. Otherwise no complaints.

Very clean hotel, breakfast was amazing with great choice. The room had everything we needed. Location perfect for the beach and the bars. Close to the bus stop to get you to cagilari old town which was around 20 mins away.

The only slight thing I would say and no real big deal but tea and coffee facilities in the room would be a nice touch but they serve coffee downstairs but at a fee.

Loved the property! The rooms were very comfortable with lots of lovely details. The view of the beach from the sea view room was beautiful. The staff were exceptional, so friendly and welcoming!!

The bed had quite a firm mattress which took a couple of days to get used to, but this is a personal preference rather than a negative. Would also have liked a kettle in the room, but again, that’s a personal preference. The hotel staff were happy to make us a tea or coffee whenever we wanted one.

Well positioned three star hotel opposite the beach . All the staff were friendly and welcoming.
The breakfast is served from 7-10am and there was sufficient variety of food on offer .
The rooms are spotlessly clean and serviced daily .
There are sunbeds / parasols to use on the beach towels available for small fee .

The parking can be a bit tricky at weekends and I imagine peak times. It was hard to distinguish resident and public parking hence we got a parking ticket !

The aesthetics in each room could easily be a 4 or 5 star room. They really are something special. Always very clean, modern and comfy. Rooms are spacious too. Staff were always very helpful and kind. Cosy swimming pool area at the back of property and the location in terms of beach proximity is idealic.

The only thing I'd like them to consider is to keep the pancakes & eggs warm. It would make the breakfast experience much tastier. But overall, it was a truly memorable stay.

The staff were amazing - so helpful, so thoughtful, they gave an extra special personal service - nothing was too much trouble and they were really kind.

The breakfast was good by Italian standards as breakfast is not such a big thing in Italy but may be disappointing compared to other European hotels. It would have been good if they put out some bananas at breakfast. I did think it was quite expensive for a 3* but I couldn’t fault it and would stay again and recommend to anyone! :-)

Every single staff member was approachable, friendly, helpful. Could not have done anymore to make our stay any better! We would like to call out Sara she is simply an incredible employee always smiling, nothing was too much trouble!

The location was perfect! We hopped from their nice outdoor pool (a must) to the beach that is literally across the street from the hotel. The staff was outstanding and catered to our every need. The hotel is spotlessly clean and they offered a large Continental breakfast with a large variety of items to choose from. The rooms as cool with Air Conditioning, a must have in the heat wave and the outdoor pool was the perfect temperature to cool off. My daughter and I basically did “Pool to Beach, Beach to Pool” during our stay. There are a few restaurants within walking distance for lunch and dinner but the hotel had endless supplies of cold drinks for us.

Loved everything about the Hotel. The circular bed was cool and the staff, breakfast, cleanliness etc. was perfect.

Loved everything, the only improvement I would make is maybe offer a lunch/evening meal option alongside the yummy breakfast. There are plenty of places locally to dine, however they are mostly fish restaurants. If the hotel did offer something that was an alternative to fish, even a simple salad or sandwiches, that would be perfect.

We liked the Nautilus but were then upgraded to the Excelsior Nautilus which was superb. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly

Charming helpful staff help make this good comfortable hotel excellent. They go out of their way to make sure you have a great stay and everything you need, they really are so lively and welcoming.. It is spotlessly clean and comfortable. It is surrounded by well maintained gardens that give it a very tranquil feel, and is just across the road from Poetto beach and several good restaurants. Also great bus stop into Cagliari just behind the hotel.

Amazing location, spotlessly clean and funky interior. Breakfast had good variety. Lovely to walk along promenade with access to beautiful beaches.

No tea making facilities in room otherwise it would have been a 10 😊

The staff was fabulous especially Valeriea.

I wish there were earlier options for dinner and availability for lunch and/or dinner at the hotel.
They offer free bikes to utilize and I was able to see the Flamingos at the park. Beautiful!

It is a small boutique hotel with the friendliest staff, very accommodating and hospitable. It has great gardens, nice sitting spaces, the free bikes are amazing to ride with the boardwalk right in front of the place. And the surfing waves were great right out in front of the property.

I would like to THANK very much the staff in the reception.. They give me a very nice room in the second building... really nice and iappreciate tooo much the breakfast.. the location of the hotel is also great.

The breakfast was amazing, the hotel grounds and rooms were very clean, the location is awesome with close access to the beach and bus lines. The staff were all very nice and helpful.

The bed was a little too hard, we have bad hips and shoulders and the bed was hard on our joints.

Location just perfect, with the sea view! Also free bikes was amazing addition to my stay.
