Great for large groups, poor for individual travelers

The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of fresh options. However, the hotel's size and guest volume lead to challenges with restocking. For example, skim milk was often unavailable, and popular Nespresso capsules ran out early. Arriving after 8:00 AM meant a limited selection of coffee.

This hotel is better suited for large groups than individual travelers. It caters primarily to airline crews, student groups, and organized tours, with services and amenities designed for their specific needs. As a result, individual guests find a lack of personalized attention and flexibility.

Breakfast

The check in took 40 minutes which is a long time when one is tired. The receptionist then changed out room. The de luxe room had no similarity to the advertised room. Fortunately there was another receptionist who upgraded the room but it still it had no similarity to the picture on the website. People’s meals were left in the corridor all day. The steps to the swimming pool were dirty. The bathroom was too small.

Good hotel but questionable internationally bland design.

Large hotel in a central location for São Paulo. The gym was large and open 24hrs. I chose a basic room due to the great 90’s styling / architecture. The room was well appointed and I loved the late 20thC styling. I hope the hotel keeps some of these rooms and doesn’t refurbish them all, as the new rooms look bland and generic, very footballers wives. (if you know, you know) a lot of Cabin crew from different airlines stay here, so great people watching at breakfast!

The refurbished areas of the hotel are very questionably designed. They huge inbuilt sofa seats in the restaurant where the seat back reaches the ceiling. I mean what was the person thinking when they made them! The dated areas are way better and contain great design details.

not very pleasant

breakfast is normal, not so much choice but staff are all very nice and helpful.

The first day experience was really bad. When I arrived there, I found my room was not even cleaned. A lot of garbage left from the previous guest. The next day when I went out, I put the sign on the door to ask for cleaning in the early morning. When I came back noon time, it was not cleaned, so I called to ask for cleaning, but I came back again around 5pm the room still was not cleaned. I called again and had waited for more than one hour and finally saw someone. It was late, so I just asked her to clean a little bit the washroom and change the towels. I do not know why it was so difficult to get some service, I had to call several times and still get ignored. Maybe they were too busy, so I tried not to bother eventually.

I found Sao Paulo Pullman Hotel very disappointing on a number of levels.

The breakfast was plentiful and decent. The gym was well stocked. The bed comfortable.

The biggest problems:When I booked, I was told I could check in early for free but on arrival, was charged an additional night and breakfast on top. Since checking out, I have been charged twice for my stay and the staff are not responding to any correspondence about issuing a refund. My room wasn't cleaned once during my 3 day stay, despite requesting it. The rooms weren't quiet - I could hear my neighbours brushing their teeth and was woken up by the toilet flushing throughout the night. The amenities were very poor quality and limited. Overall, it's not worth the money and there are much better options in Sao Paulo.

Hotel itself is ok. Most of the staff are friendly.

However they overcharged me mistakenly by one night and do not want to reimburse me. Booking is working with them to get my money back since. 4 months are already over. I am still waiting for my money back....

no worth the money, not even my basic rest is guaranteed.

hotel is in great location, and always helpful when parking or get a taxi. facility is under good condition as well. lift is very efficient and fast.

I was awake at the mid of the night because of some noise in the room at the first night. it took me some time and I realized it is the fridge ( mini-bar) that making the noise. I informed the front desk the next morning and asked to have it fixed. also I told him I forget to put off the “ do not disturb” but I won’t be at the room whole day so they can go anytime. when I got back to hotel before dinner, nothing happened, not even regular housekeeping. so we informed the frontdesk about the housekeeping and fridge and the staff promised no problem again. however, when we get back, nothing changed again. as I am frustrated so I just call to ask for new towels for shower. even that took them 1 hour. the next day, the fridge keep the same and nothing took care of it. I will say I am very disappointed by the communication and efficiency among the staff. I will never come back for that reason i guess.

Friendly, clean, easy, comfortable, great location, romantic

Amazing staff, so friendly and helpful, most customer service people spoke English too which was a plus. The breakfast was superb. Loved the spa. Great value and location!

Everything was great, and especially compared to other places I stayed in SP.

A good hotel with some issues

The hotel Pullman Ibirapuera is around 40 Minutes drive from the international airport . The hotel is fine, the breakfast was delicious . The staff is kind they brought me additonal heater into my room as i asked for it . The price for a 5 star hotel is still acceptable specially the breakfast was included !

1. the rooms are small and unfortunately you can hear easy what all your neighbours are doing 2. The service in the in the reception level on the terrace was not really perfect, if i wanted to order needed to go again into inside to ask for more drinks as i asked for the bill needed to wait more than 20 minutes and finally needed to go inside to pay my bill . This should not really happen in a 5 stars hotel !

Overall nice experience

breakfast is awesome, staff is friendly, gym is great, and the view is nice!

some guests put the room service plates/trash outside of the room, but it seems no one is taking care of taking the trash away. sometimes not so pleasant to see them when walking in the hallway Also our room's shower gel was not changed to a new one (it was open and used). it's a bit unhygienic the building and the room a little big old, but it's not too bad
