İt was reely to much expensive and at they moment they took much more then our reservation amount extra money I didn’t understand really it was terrible

The rooms are gorgeous, and the food at the various restaurants was incredible.

For its price it just didn't feel very exclusive. Even though we were guests at the hotel, we still got last pick of dinner booking times. We were also unable to use the pool, and were only able to use the gym once. Non guests are able to pay to use the facilities, so it was really full at all times, with many children. Being a hotel guest did not guarantee full use of the stunning grounds, which is important when you are paying such high prices and it is in a suburban location without any attractions nearby. It is really beautiful, so it is worth making a booking for one of the restaurants or making a booking for the pool cabanas, but it is not worth staying.

Although it is as luxurious as it gets, it doesn’t deliver a good value for money.

- beautiful hotel and surroundings in the park - quiet and peaceful (except on rooms facing Pihnerous highway - spacious rooms and comfortable - restaurant and lobby bar are lovely and intimate (nice musicians in lobby especially on weekends)

the hotel is wonderful If you just want to enjoy the hotel But if you want to go out and explore São Paulo you better choose a hotel in the center of São Paulo, like neighborhoods Jardins wish I love!

Feeling disconnected from the city frenzy. The high quality finishings and the eye catching yet oh so inviting spaces across the property. Not to forget, the consistently attentive and welcoming staff. Service was pitch perfect from the arrival, along the front desk, restaurants, turn down service. Impressive.
