Property is in a great location close from everything and basic necessities like groceries and pharmacies

It takes a second for the attendant to get your information through the system in the door and you have to wait outside

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also the breakfast was really nice.

Bed was comfortable and shower was good. Breakfast staff were nice.

Noise from road. No sound proofing. Poorly fitted windows. Room was very cold on arrival. Size of room snug. Absence of staff outside office hours. No services on site.

Great location, incredible value, friendly staff.

Perfect location for the Féria Benedito Calixto, Beco do Batman, lots of restaurants and other sites. Had spent a week in Campinas for work and wanted something totally different - this fit the bill. Industrial-type room off a courtyard, perfect for one person for a night. Really quaint.

Very nice architecture aesthetic based on Brazilian modernism design tradition. Very well located close to a 2 major subway stations, and located at the heart of Sao Paulo where you can find tons of good restaurants and art galleries. The breakfast is not a buffet but tastes good. Rooms are very tidy and the hotel facilities are very clean and organized. Overall, one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in Sao Paulo.

Rooms a bit small, but it is totally understandable given that the hotel is located in one of the most expensive square foot of the town. Some of the rooms have a very funky bathroom layout due to the house remodeling they had to do to accommodate the rooms - very functional though. Overall I would recommend the hotel if you won’t stayed in the room for too long. If you need to use a laptop or a private space for work I would make sure to choose a room that has a desk.

Breakfast was simple but very fresh. I didn't need more than what was offered. Room was very comfortable, quiet and fresh. Staff was super helpful.

We have stayed here on both our trips to São Paulo & absolutely love it. The location is divine- so close to many amazing restaurants with easy Uber rides to the bus station or airports or any locations in the city. The hotel has a great design and there is a beautiful patio courtyard. A typical Brazilian breakfast is included here but it’s also close (2 mins walk) to futuro refereterio which is a fun cafe for breakfast/lunch. The staff is friendly and attentive and even speak a little English! Highly recommend.

Entrance leading to lobby and walk to room walk was beautiful, full of plants, very green. Lovely open air kitchen/dining area. Room was cozy, lots of pillows. Big airy windows. Quiet street, peaceful sleep.

Room was pretty tight, but worked for us as we were out sightseeing most of the day. Breakfast of cheese & ham sandwich was not too exciting, lots of good restaurants in the area with better options.

The location is good. The Pinheiros neighborhood is not dangerous and has plenty of interesting shops, bars, cafés and restaurants. The breakfast was really good.

The room is cold and ugly. You have the feeling of being in jail. The small fridge is super noisy at night. The lights are really bright. You don't have much privacy: You can easily hear what happens in other rooms and outside. You can't open the "courtains" (they are plastic panels) otherwise everyone in the patio sees you inside your room. So during the day you need to have courtains closed and those bright lights on. The personnel at reception is really unfriendly. They didn't even say thank you or anything when I checked out. They didn't help me to find my way in the city or offered any help. They have automatic check in after 7pm. I arrived at 11:30 pm and the facial recognition system didn't work. Luckily you can still contact someone until midnight... Half an hour later and I'd been in the street for the night.

Hard to communicate on speaker during remote check inn due to bad sound quality and persons lack of English language. Rooms with access from outside seems a bit too industrial

loved the location and the look and feel of the guest house.

the entrance system wasn’t working which was a bit frustrating but there was someone there to help most of the time.

we didnt have any water in the shower for 2 mornings, hotel staff were not reachable

I would change the room layout, as the room is small, it would give the impression of more space and would be more comfortable .

The hotel has a beautiful vibe and setting in a really trendy and interesting neighbourhood of SP. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was nicely designed.

The toilet did not flush properly however I’m sure if we were staying for longer than one night the staff would have rectified this asap.

the service was poor. budget travel service for a mis-range priced hotel. I do not recommend a stay in this hotel!
