Hotel The Singular, Santiago de Chile

The hotel staff were excellent and attentive. They ensured that we had breakfast to go as we had to catch an early flight. Beyond exceptional!

There was nothing that we did not enjoy during our stay T Singular. The power was out in a lot of the city and hot water was a challenge but the staff still managed to sort this out for us before long at all.

I loved everything about my stay at The Singular. From the moment arrived, I was impressed by the facilities, the location, and the staff. Edison at the front desk was amazing! He worked very hard to get me into a beautiful room even though I arrived at 7:30 in the morning. Alex was a fantastic server at breakfast, and Felipe and Thiare at the rooftop restaurant were world class! I ate dinner there twice because the food and service were so incredible. They greet you by name and are unbelievably friendly and accommodating. I also loved the evening turn down service and the location so close to shops and artisans. My three-day stay could not have been more perfect!

Very nice, modern and well located hotel. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Great rooftop terrace (if in the mood, try a pisco with a cheese platter! :)) Special kudos to the doorman: most dedicated and attentive staff member ever.

Everything. It is a beautiful hotel. Boutique feels. Excellent facilities. The staff are incredible. I would be hard pressed to find better actually. All staff knew who I was when I said my room number. I was alone on this trip and feeling it. I would hug all of the staff. The inhouse, the concierge the reception all of the staff. They were so kind to me and would make me feel welcome. I was delicate when i travelled. Very emotionally delicate. I could not have picked a better place to think and work on my future goals. I would life in this hotel Singular Santiago. Honestly. I have travelled to many beautiful places and stayed in some significant hotels around the world. What the Singular did that was different they took an interest in me and made me feel so very welcome and even though I cried every morning in the breakfast room, they never made me feel awkward and were so kind to me. All of the staff that are in pivotal in client contact went out of their way every day for me. Everyday. I am so very blessed that I got to stay here.

The lobby and other areas of this hotel are beautiful and well designed. The room was large and spacious, and I really liked the bathroom.

I was a tad disappointed with the room. It didn’t seem to maintain the same beautiful standards as the rest of the hotel, and seemed a little basic in comparison. It would have benefited from a little TLC. Also, the bathroom bin was not replaced from the previous customer, though this was quickly rectified as soon as highlighted to staff.

It’s exceptional. Forget any other hotels you are thinking about and stay here. From the moment you walk in the door you feel welcome, valued and relaxed. The check in process was impeccable. We arrived very early from an international flight and they gave us our room many hours before check in (possibly because they saw how exhausted we were!). We had a king room which was beautifully appointed, everything worked as it should, the bathroom was well laid out. Every detail felt like it had been considered. Food and drinks throughout the hotel were impressive, with good selections for the included breakfast and many options for room service (which we used and was very tasty, well presented and delivered to the room very quickly).

Two things - there was a lot of noise late at night from the room above us. Not sure if this was very noisy guests or an issue with sound proofing but it was enough to wake two heavy sleepers up. The only other thing was that the TV didn’t have many options for non-Spanish speakers. Not a huge deal but stood out given they seemed to have thought of every other detail but this.

The receptionist, named Luis served perfectly during our check out at 4 o'clock in the very early morning, gracias Luis.

This is a beautiful hotel with top notch bedding and design, but what makes it really memorable is the amazing service of the reception and concierge staff, they anticipate guest needs and before you even ask they’ve done it! We arrived on a late flight so we asked for a transfer. Not only did they organise the transfer within minutes and replied to me, they also asked if we would like some room service sent to our room as the kitchen would be closed before we arrive, and attached the menus for our order. They also assisted us with restaurant recommendations and all sorts of information on Santiago. We wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else in Santiago, can’t wait to be back!

Beautiful room, really spacious, and comfortable. Amazing bed linen and towels, fabulous quality. Absolutely loads of staff, all very willing and helpful. Gorgeous rooftop bar restaurant. Lovely check-in experience. Immaculate daily cleaning and turndown service. Stunning public areas and corridors, very chic.

Our only issue was a 24 hour WiFi outage. We weren’t using mobile data locally, so it was quite inconvenient. The hotel was no-doubt let down by its provider, but it did create hassle for us.

The location was excellent. The hotel environment is warm and friendly. The staff was extremely helpful.

One of the best hotels we've ever been in! The room was huge with incredibly comfy beds and a beautiful bathroom. Couldn't have a better location with so many great bars and restaurants only a few minutes away. The staff were just incredible - from the moment we entered to when we left we were extremely well looked after. Would love to go back!

Everything is perfect! very convenient location and all main attractions are within walking distance. Breakfast was offered two options -buffet and ala carte. We had a very good ala carte breakfast which was included.

Nice hotel. Great shower.

Didn't stay overnight due to change in plans. Couldn't take advantage of any of the luxury items except the shower and the pool deck.

Nice comfortable hotel. Good sized rooms, great mattress. Large bathroom, walk in shower. Plugs a bit limited, you may need a Chilean adaptor (Euro adaptors don’t fit. Apparenty Italian type do).But there was one ready made international plug in the room. Half the gym was being renovated so that was disappointing. The restaurant was superb. May be pricey but the food was Michelin star worthy. Failing that the famous Boconariz is 100 metres away. There’s also a great rooftop bar/restaurant and terrace at the hotel. Enquired about a half day tour fom the hotel but it was twice the price of Trip Advisor. From which we took a half day bike tour. Personally I don’t feel you need much time in Santiago. The places to see are elsewhere in Chile so use it as a stopover and move on. The hotel was reasonably convenient, 40min to airport and they’ll arrange cabs.

Staff and facilities were excellent. Dinner in hotel restaurant is a MUST!
