Hotel Lobby was very nice, rooms were clean and great location!

Location is grate, staff very nice and kind. We slept in the room on 30th floor with SF view. It was amazing!

Restaurant is good but few choices of main dishes

Safe, clean, and comfortable stay.

The buffet area is so small and they don’t have enough staff to properly handle the amount of people that line up. It’s also $36 per person. We used the 20% discount you get if you do pay the travelers fee but it was basic breakfast.

Updated and somewhat elegant, for the most part quiet, staff was neutral

parking fees and king size bed wasn’t actually a king sized bed ..

Location and view of skyline was exceptional. My boys loved the fitness centre while my niece and her boyfriend loved the Hotel Bar

We were here to see the SF Giants game and were bummed that we could not see any of the pregame hype or watch part of the game as we got ready to go to the ballpark. The Hotel Bar tried to help us but they could not give us any sound. Instead we had to take in the NY Yankees vs Boston Red Sox game in our room as we got ready. While this is a great game, it does nothing to help get local excitement going. We are in San Francisco so can we see the local team play?

Location is perfect, room is ok and very silent.

Breakfast place is too small and servers were not patient. They charged an extra fee because our family was too big (?). The shower was terrible.

When I arrived and pulled up to valet parking, the two gentlemen working valet just stood and looked at me. I had to go to them to ask for them to valet park my vehicle. They seemed shocked. This was confusing for me…. I drive a Porsche.

The breakfast had very few options selection . It was only one type only.

The view of Union square and the city as far as the hills beyond the highways was amazing.

Nothing Grand walking into the hotel nor history or outdoor lounging.

The lotion on the bathroom countertop was gross/not thought through; large bottle to be reused by multiple guests, with no comfort/assurance that the previous room guest did not tamper with the product. The bed was not comfortable.

We found the location very central to all places heading out for Day trips as well as inside SF. It was next door to Union Square and walking distance to the Tram station. We walked to various Breakfast places nearby. It was a very short drive to the main highway of the Premium Outlet Mall at Livermore. Their restaurant seemed a little dull for dinner. The flatbread was amazing but we wanted to see people we stepped out a lot for meals

We changed our booking for two nights to one, and found that they had increased the nightly rate we were being charged. This affected our budget and left a bitter taste in the mouth, for an experience that otherwise was very good.

Location, easy to find coffee shop for breakfast. Walking distance to many malls. Literally next to Apple Store and 2 min walking to get to the hop on off bus stop.

We requested and paid for more for the city view but not really a nice part of the view. Restaurant and bar were very basic. It’s better to get breakfast outside.

When we wanted to extend the hotel staff weren’t able to extend our stay by 1 night at the same price. They said they didn’t have authorization and there was nobody at the hotel that could authorize.

Great hotel. Lovely room, very comfortable bed and a good size. Amazing view from our room. The staff are very good here. Very attentive, especially the front of house and bellmen. Would definitely stay again.

Shame you can't get on the roof to see the views.

The hotel is centrally located in the heart of downtown. It is walking distance to China town, Macy’s, and other shopping destinations. The staff is very polite.

The parking is not complementary. We parked across the street and it was $45 a night.

Its location was wonderful (Union Square).

The bathroom was not that clean. There were some hairs in the bathtub upon our arrival. In addition, there was no hand soap near the sink…
