Four Seasons Hotel, San Francisco

I made reservation because of pool with my family. There was no info about pool is not accepting 9 years old child. I disappointed. When I complain with Hotel managment they made me another pool out of hotel with extra cost. This was your mistake and even you did not accepted.

Overrated. The rooms were smalls and old. Hotel is hidden with no view

- Clean - Good location - 90% of the staff are not rude

- Wrong mini bar charges. - The price of the in-room dining are very high and the food is so basic with limited options. - The doormen only serve you if you ride a nice car. - The phone has a button that does not work, and the lights of the bedroom can take 5 mins to close if you try to close them down.

that it didn’t have its own spa and had to share with Equinox - so spa facilities were not accessible unless you booked a spa treatment with Equinox- the TV system is outdated no access to Netflix you tube etc unless you download an app and cast even then it didn’t work - at other Four Seasons at least casting works relatively easy

Our room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, bathroom and everything else was clean. Staff was super nice and friendly. Especially the staff in the MKT restaurant, they were very kind. Food was also delicious! I liked everything about Four Seasons except the homeless situation on and off Market street but that’s not the hotel’s fault.

Well-kept hotel, professional and courteous staff. Located near Union Square and Chinatown. The hotel has a restaurant and bar.

The gym is awesome and the room was large and fresh.

Expensive for what it is and parking was $80 a day and the hotel location feels a bit dodgy when you walk out the hotel a few minutes down the street. Not possible to connect to the TV to watch Netflix which is really annoying.
