Excellent stay in SF
Our room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, bathroom and everything else was clean. Staff was super nice and friendly. Especially the staff in the MKT restaurant, they were very kind. Food was also delicious!
I liked everything about Four Seasons except the homeless situation on and off Market street but that’s not the hotel’s fault.

Great gym and hotel but you pay for it
The gym is awesome and the room was large and fresh.
Expensive for what it is and parking was $80 a day and the hotel location feels a bit dodgy when you walk out the hotel a few minutes down the street. Not possible to connect to the TV to watch Netflix which is really annoying.

Room was smaller in size than expected. Your address on Google is different than your actual address causing confusion in locating the property.

Usual Hour Seasons comfort.

The windows on our "room with view" were dirty, which took away from our enjoyment of the view.

Its a five star hotel with five star facility and service. The location, the design, the staff, the housekeeping made the stay so comfortable.
The night light on the headboard was broken. The bathroom mirror light bulb was not working. Hair dryer was not working.

I made reservation because of pool with my family. There was no info about pool is not accepting 9 years old child. I disappointed. When I complain with Hotel managment they made me another pool out of hotel with extra cost. This was your mistake and even you did not accepted.

- 90% of the staff are not rude
- Wrong mini bar charges.
- The price of the in-room dining are very high and the food is so basic with limited options.
- The doormen only serve you if you ride a nice car.
- The phone has a button that does not work, and the lights of the bedroom can take 5 mins to close if you try to close them down.
