Deeply disappointing experience as the property service and style had plummeted.
The location of the property is nice and central. Davide in the bar offered the kindest service. Check in was excellent and we were very grateful for an upgrade of our room.
The show tunes being sung in the bar, felt like a cruise ship and so inappropriate for Italy. They were embarrassing.
The amount of instagramers throughout the property, it really took away from what use to be a chic, elegant experience. It was like a property desperate for validation at the mercy of influencers.
It was so intrusive having to be constantly bombarded by influencers doing photo shoots at all times of the day. It really impacted the ambience.
The head person in the breakfast room, an elderly gentlemen with glasses was incredibly rude and judgemental. That whole experience was the worst we have ever encountered.
This is the 6th time we’ve stayed at this property but will be our last as it has gone from being a beautiful, elegant Italian experience that felt like a home to a transactional chain hotel house desperately trying to leverage influencer endorsement. Very disappointing and such a shame as it use to be such a magnificently, stylish property.

Not worth the price by far.
The room was dark and incredibly noisy. There was no complementary water, flowers, fruit basket. The booking said there would be a balcony, there was none. The receptionist said I was upgraded to a deluxe room but that was the room I had booked.

“best hotel in Rome” can do better!
Overall a beautiful place in the great location, nice garden and very friendly staff. Excellent service.
sometimes bad smell comes out of the air condition. the food is not good, sad 4 star breakfast and in-room dining is also far from good, especially Italian dishes. prices are high, but the quality is not there.
