Perfectly located, comfortable bed, great shower, strong WiFi, good breakfast buffet, friendly, responsive staff

Breakfast room is a bit small but is managable

Excellent location within walking distance of the major sites. Mike and the team at the hotel were friendly , helpful & professional. We were given a free upgrade on our room which was a also pleasant surprise.

Location location location. And the hotel had a decent sized elevator when you arrive with luggage (hotel is on 2nd floor).

Small room and bathroom although completely renovated and new. But it’s a 400 year old building converted to hotel rooms.

the room we were upgraded to was near the kitchen/breakfast area, it was quite noisy from 7am onwards ): we were hoping for a sleep in. also there was some sort of building works that started at roughly 7.30am sounded like drilling or cutting concrete.

The towels felt a bit cheap, and it was a bit loud until around 00:00 from the street below but nothing too major, and surely not the fault of the hotel.

The location is extraordinary. You can go to any turist spot by foot, or take a eletric scooter. A nice Value for money, with good comfort and nice staff.

Bathroom had a bad smell and was rather tiny without much space or towel hangers. Room size was ok, but we were missing some space for clothes (like a wardrobe).

Hearing noise from people in the entry/foyer area outside our room. Had what sounded like teenage american girls being very noisy trying to try take selfies at 11pm Apart from that it was wonderful. Be aware in some parts there are steep stairs with corners. Tricky to navigate with suitcases Would have stayed longer if they'd had more rooms available

The location is perfect! It was very nice that they kept our luggages after our check out.

We could not be sure about the cleanliness of the room floor. It was sticky but I cannot say it was dirty.

The room and bed was very comfortable. The jacuzzi tin in the room was very nice addition. There was plenty of room for luggage and clothes. It was clean and bright. The concierge was very helpful and the breakfast was filling with enough choices to start the day. Excellent location half a block from Piazza Nevona, popular resteraunts etc.

It was noisy in the morning. There was construction sounds from outside. We were next to the breakfast area and kitchen and it was noisy in our room. Not as convenient for using public transportation. Elevator is small.

Loved the location of this place. You can basically walk anywhere to reach important historical places. Also, the staff members were amazing and very polite and they allowed us to do an early check-in since we were quite tired from the flight! Absolutely a great place to stay when you visit Rome!

Location was terrific allowing walking to the Forum, Colosseum, and very close to Pantheon. But the breakfast was expensive at 15 Euros for what was offered which prompted getting food in area restaurants.

The location was fantastic, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was small, but otherwise comfortable. For seeing Rome, this hotel is very centrally located, so you can walk to all the major sights.

Only problem we had was last day ordered taxi to ciampino airport from reception, and taxi took us to fiumicino airport as requested by reception?! obviously we didn't request this airport, so was a very expensive experience as we then had to transfer to another taxi to get to right airport, so probably better communication / understanding with reception staff. Also maybe a mirror in the bedrooms we travelled with teenagers and getting ready was hard work with one mirror.

Staff are extremely customer centric, went above and beyond with recommendations, making dinner reservations and helping with any needs requested.

The location of this hotel is excellent. Fantastic. Check in staff were friendly and very helpful. So close to many attractions, a fantastic restaurant strip close by and the best tiramisu in Rome is right next door! Would definitely stay again and will be recommending to all our friends.

There was nothing to dislike, it was amazing.

Location was convenient for visiting Rome.

Room was difficult - felt like an interior space. Had a strange LED light track around the ceiling. Windows were high on interior wall, and were covered up. No natural light. Very strange layout. Felt quite claustrophobic. Elevator was scary. Taxi driver couldn't find the hotel - entrance is on a secluded back alley. I'd stay there again, but only if I had a better room.

Excellent location in the center of Rome. You are able to reach all attractions within walking distance. The rooms are very clean recently renovated although the hotel located in a second floor in a residential building but I found the rooms are very comfortable and the staff is very helpful. For the value we paid and the location we stayed, the hotel is excellent and highly recommend it.

I would recommend if the hotel would invest more in the entrance hall of the building as it looks more as a private residential with no looby or enough signs for a hotel.

The property is very welcoming. The staff are respectful, attentive, and helpful and very quick to respond to any requests. I absolutely love the location of the hotel, as it is near many of the important sightseeing places like Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Campo de Fiori, and Piazza Navona. It also is walking distance to the Colosseum and Spanish steps. In addition, the hotel is near multiple churches that are breathtaking when you walk inside them. Moreover, there is a lot of restaurant options near the hotel including Osteria da Fortunata, Mr. 100 Tiramisu, Baguette joint where they make great paninis, and cocktail bars. I would most definitely stay in this hotel again.

I would recommend the hotel management to invest in a good iron.

The hotel has a nice boutique feel. The location is great, within easy walking distance of the Pantheon, Trevi fountain, Trastevere, and the Spanish Steps. The staff was helpful and friendly.

The rooms, while clean and comfortable, were pretty small.
