Hotel Navona, Rome

Excellent location in the middle of everything kind and friendly staff

Room a little tight and shower in the bedroom

Very spacious rooms that are more like apartments, perfect for traveling with kids, and they were very quiet and dark at night so we got great rest in between all of the activities. Very centrally located so it was easy to walk just about anywhere (we did the Coloseum, Vatican, Spanish Steps, and Campo di'Fiore) or find a taxi easy enough if we didn't want to walk. Restaurants at nearby Piazza Navona or Pantheon are excellent and there are great places to shop within minutes of walking. Hotel staff was super friendly and helpful with everything from arranging transportation, food recommendations, baggage handling.

This hotel is located in an excellent central area in Rome that enabled us to easily walk all to all the major sites and get a sense of the city. The hotel itself is very quiet, due to the very thick masonry walls of this 15th Century Palazzo. Nice breakfast and friendly staff too. We highly recommend it.

Everything was really great!

Great location, close to Piazza Navona and Fontana di Trevi, plus restaurants and cafes.

A bit noisy outside at night but it peters down around 10 pm.

Staff were very always helpful and sorted issues that arose at the beginning of the week.

The staff were very helpful about recommending places to go and getting us taxis really quickly.

Excellent location, just a s 5 min walk to the Pantheon, 10 min to the Trevi Fountain. Close to many other sights. Great staff, very friendly and personally showed me to the room. Comfy bed!

Soundproofing wasn’t the best. I was near the breakfast buffet and I could hear everyone clinking plates and silverware, lol.

In a great spot near Piazza Navona, Pantheon, and Trevi Fountain, room was lovely, clean, simple, they upgraded us for free. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. With window shutters shut kept noise from the street out. Heat and air-conditioning. Great price.

Hotel is on second floor of an historical building so tight not big luxurious hotel. Small elevator but it all worked for us.

Brilliant location. Friendly staff and although expensive, that is Rome so it was good value for money. We really enjoyed our stay

We loved our stay in Rome! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been better — just around the corner from Piazza Navona and the Pantheon. It was the perfect base to explore the city on foot. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to stay in the heart of Rome!

The hotel was in a convenient location, but unfortunately the room was quite noisy. We could hear people passing by outside throughout the night, as there was a lot of foot traffic. It made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.

This is our second visit and we love the hotel. Only meters from Piazza Navona, every major attraction within walking distance. You cannot get a better central location. Staff went above expectations to help us. This hotel is small but it is excellent value.

Great little hotel. Lovely staff. Excellent facilities. Centrally located. Only stayed one night, could have easily stayed longer. 24 hour reception. It was our anniversary and we arrived to a beautifully decorated bed. Such a lovely touch .

Probably, the best location in Rome for walking to most popular sites and restaurants. This is a hotel with decent size clean rooms, comfortable beds, and very helpful staff - particularly Claudia who went above and beyond in helping us get our delayed luggage delivered from the airport in the nick of time! The hotel is spread out among adjoining buildings with an iconic elevator reminiscent of earlier times but perfect for a flavor of Rome. Piazza Navona is literally a "stone's throw" away and the most beautiful of the plazas. The Pantheon is a 5 minute walk as well. Hotels in Rome are expensive but Navona is well worth the value.

The shower was a bit small but water pressure and temperature was fine.

The room was fantastic. The location was perfect - with all our intended visits well within walking distance. The daily clean was amazing.

The room was quite noisy even when we closed the shutters. Without fully closing the shutters on the first night...and sleeping in the bed closest to the outer door there was quite a bit of noise both from the outside and from those elsewhere in the building. This was the only negative.

Location,Location,Location. Staff, Staff, Staff! Close to beautiful Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain and Spanish step, restaurants. Vatican and colleseum not far. We met many staff, and they all couldn't have been nicer and so helpful. Arranged Taxi service several times. Breakfast was good variety. Comfy bed and room was quiet!

We loved how central it was to the heart of Rome,restaurants,bars,and sightseeing all close by.

It felt safe and secure ,the only grievance was people left the corridor door open which should have been closed,and it was very secure then !

Very friendly and helpful staff. Location is a short walk from the Acropolis, restaurants, and action. The free breakfast buffet is delicious. This hotel was recommended to me by a world traveler, and I pass on the recommendation to you!
