Hotel Navona, Rome

A clean and modern hotel located in a 15th century building on a side street 1 block from the Piazza Navona. Room was large and modern with some conserved old ceiling paintings. This was a wheelchair accessible room. Building has small elevator. Staff was efficient and pleasant and very helpful.

This is not the hotels issue but you will need an online map application to navigate the streets and alleys of the old city...

Great location walking distance to everything, great staff at reception very helpful, nice room with air con and great shower.

No refills on coffee in room, no milk for coffee and refilling the fridge with water so have to buy your own.

the location was very close to many main historical sites as well as Trasevere. The room was very comfortable, very clean, and quiet. Black out shades always a bonus!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Navona! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. To our surprise , they upgraded us to a room that was not just one level better but several levels above what we booked. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. One of the receptionists took the time to recommend places to visit on a map. His tips really helped us make the most of our time in Rome. The location of the hotel couldn’t be better. It is right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of many major attractions. We are so grateful for the amazing service and unforgettable experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Hotel Navona to anyone visiting Rome!

The location was very central, often a 20 minute walk to the major attractions in Rome. The breakfast menu had enough options to please everyone. The beds were extremely comfortable, the rooms large, and the air-conditioning and heating was efficient.

Perfect location to all the major sites in Rome. We were able to walk to every major site in under 30 minutes. Walking through Rome is not strenuous at all and all the alleyways are beautiful and have tons of shops and food options. There is an amazing Tiramisu place right outside the hotel that always has a line! Worth stopping in for an evening snack! Fantastic staff who are super helpful.

Would be nice to have a pool or spa, but hard to have a perfect location with all the amenities at a reasonable price point.

We had a wonderful stay here. Rooms very clean and modern. Bathrooms were ample in size. Staff were very friendly. Helped in explaining places to visit and also in booking taxis. Check in and checking our were smooth. Location wise, is within walking distance of almost all of Rome 's major attractions. Plenty of places to eat nearby.

Lots of space in the room, super comfy bed, very attentive staff and the location was perfect. Great to have a 24 hour desk as we arrived late.

Everything was great. Only thing i could say is that the water in the fridge was sparkling and no still options.

I have been to this hotel several times and not by chance. It is in a very good location, close to the sights, good transport, several bus lines are immediately available. The hotel is well equipped, the rooms are simple and clean, the staff is kind and prepared.

All of the staff were fantastic! Michele was there to greet myself and my Mum the first night we arrived at the hotel and did not mind that we had arrived later than check in time as he explained the hotel had a 24hr reception which was great. He was a very nice gentleman and showed us around our generously sized room and gave us a map highlighting the top spots of Rome - Great customer service! Myself and my mum really enjoyed speaking with Claudia several times throughout our stay. She was incredibly friendly and helpful and she provided us both with great customer service! The same could be said for Faruk who was a very nice gentleman and Enrico who were also very nice and they both provided us with great customer service. The centrality of the location was fantastic! We were a stones throw away from the Piazza Navona and the Pantheon and still close enough to walk to the Spanish steps and Trevi fountains. Very nice clean safe area with tasty food places also nearby. Breakfast everyday was also a very nice touch. The food was very tasty particularly the cakes which my mum and myself enjoyed and it kept us fuelled until lunchtime everyday. I would conclude by saying this hotel is in an excellent location with brilliant amenities but most of all it provides fantastic customer service with really lovely staff!

Really nice room, fantastic location, and excellent staff, particularly Claudia, who was very helpful with tips and recommendations.

The room was a little colder than what would be expected, but nothing that wasn't quickly fixed with an extra blanket.

The service was amazing, Michael was so lovely and obliging. The hotel was exceptional and clean. I would highly recommend.

The room was a fair size with a nice shower and coffee making facilities, also a safe in the room .the beds comfortable with nice clean white sheets.

There was only I downside, and that was the cable on the kettle.It was too short to reach the socket, and there was not a really safe to put the kettle.

The property is within a few minutes walk from most of the tourist spots we wanted to visit during our stay. It was a plus that just a few steps away there’s a convenience store and further down the road you’ll reach the street where you can find lots of stores and dining options

Getting dropped off and picked up by taxi, specially when we were unloading/loading our luggages was quite a challenge since the property is along a narrow street.

The staff are exceptional. All are very helpful and polite, offering assistance whenever needed, Big thankyou to Claudia, Mike and the rest of the staff. My son and I stayed for 4 nights and our room was excellent, had the necessary facilities, was cleaned daily and fresh towels provided. The location is excellent, only a 2min walk to the main square Piazza Navona and a great base for visiting all the other attractions in Rome.

Not a fault of the hotel, but a Bit of a trek from train station, the airport bus location is an easier, closer walk and we used that on the way back , recommended by the receptionist. I’d use the bus both ways the next time.
