Hotel Lunetta, Rome

Hotel Lunetta was in an excellent position, very close to Campo de’ Fiori and Piazza Navona, so exceptionally central. It is located in a lovely small piazza that is quiet and secluded. The hotel is beautifully appointed with clean, comfortable, and well decorated rooms. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room was quiet and well soundproofed. The bathroom was a great size with a fantastic rainwater shower. Our booking included breakfast which was comprehensive and delicious. The team at the hotel were excellent, they were friendly, approachable, and eager to help. Nothing was too much trouble. They were able to provide help and directions as we needed. They really made us feel very welcome and looked after us well.

Excellent location and very clean and cozy property. Roberto and Sofia were very kind, cordial and helpful at all times. I was expecting a package during my stay and they both helped me immensely communicating with the carrier. A great big thank to Roberto, Sofia and all the staff.

The location is in a small charming area of Rome. The staff were all super friendly and helpful.

The road to the hotel is cobble stones so you will struggle to "push" your luggage. Driveway is small so my taxi can't really find a space to stop and had to drop us outside of the are slightly.

Friendly staff always helping, calling taxi making tour reservations for us, making lunch/ dinner recommendations. Bar on site and roof top terrace was very relaxing. Close to attractions, nice, safe neighborhood to walk around. Lots of shops Pretty far from airport but taking a train then bus worked for us but will grab a taxi next time. We will definitely book again on our next trip

This is our 5 th time we have stayed at the Lunetta hotel. Best location near all attractions. They take great care in cleanliness, excellent breakfast, very comfortable beds.

The location was excellent and the staff were superb. We were upgraded to a junior suite for two nights and then a really good superior room. The rooftop bar was a great place to watch the sun go down. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean.

Could not think of anything that could of been improved

Great location and very helpful staff who waived my charge for the minibar. The room was comfortable and the bathroom really spacious. The spa facilities were also excellent. Thank you!

The hotel is located in a great area of Rome. Very convenient walking distance to all ancient Rome has to offer plus really cute neighborhoods for food and shopping. The staff all go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of with a smile and no expectation of gratuity (although I always tip regardless of the country custom). Breakfast was sufficient, but not the best I've seen. Still, plenty of quality options of food and juice as well as a fully stocked "Breakfast Bar" in case you want more than just coffee.

It is an expensive hotel and having stayed 2 different times, I was surprised how different each room is. If you're looking for consistency of room, this may be challenging. However, the rooms are comfortable and well appointed.

Staff at roof top bar was always attentive. Evening predinners at roof top were great with excellent service and great cocktails. Doormen always attentive and polite and desk personal always helpful in organising our day. Thanks Lunetta you made our Rome vacation one not to forget.

Terrific central location with most attractions in walking distance. Lovely and comfortable facility with a delicious breakfast. Staff were extremely helpful and nice and the rooftop lounge area was an added bonus for quite relaxing evenings.

Small & intimate! Location, location, location gorgeous area on the doorstep!!

Our room got upgraded but unfortunately it had not been cleaned well. I called out to the reception for the hairs found on the sheet and pillows. I was told it was the mistake of the laundry for not checking and they were under staff that week due to holidays. The bathroom on the room that we were in was evident with molds, it does need to be taken cared off.

I was sent with an SMS last Sept 24 from Hotel Lunetta asking me to change my rating from 8.0 to 9.0 or 10. "However, Booking.com algorithm only favors now ratings with a very high score. Center of everything, clean upscale beautiful property

Hotel Lunette checked us in for the first 2 nights at its sister Hotel Martis at an upgraded room at same price. Loved that Hotel!!! Stayed the 3rd night at Hotel Lunette and unfortunately due to its proximity to a car park, 3 car alarms went off from 145 am to 3 am. Hotel staff was extraordinary - went above and beyond!!

Rather stay at Hotel Martis instead of Hotel Lunette - the facilities are nicer and location is a bit better away from the hustle bustle of Campo De Fiore.

Amazing hotel, great value for money, amazing staff

Location was perfect, in-between main sites (eg Vatican, coliseum (20 mins walk). Near to pantheon (5 mins walk). Small square right next to hotel with great eating places. Room was great, helpful staff. held bags on last day and booked a taxi for us to airport (arrived in a couple of minutes). Used Spa each day. Nice relaxing little pool with water jets - great sauna and steam room. Perfect

We loved the central but quiet location. Everyone on the staff is very kind and helpful. We enjoyed the daily breakfast and the servers were wonderful!

The location is excellent! You have the most monuments and plazas near (Piazza Navona, Fontana di Trevi, and the Pantheon, among others. There are a lot of restaurants nearby.

It was a perfect spot for our family trip.

Rooms smaller than anticipated

The staff were so helpful and helped us in getting a taxi every day.The airport ripped my luggage and the showed me where to get a new suitcase and tookcare of disposable of my broken one.

Perfect location. Walking distance to most places. Staff is amazing. Breakfast delicious. Rooms are cleaned daily. Sonya booked the best tours for us. She also recommended the best church for mass. I can’t say enough about this hotel. We are definitely booking this hotel again for our next trip.

Friendly staff upon arrival. Was given an upgrade to a Junior Suite which was beautiful. Nice amenities in the room. Spa in the hotel but did not have time to use it. Nice little terrace bar on the rooftop, overlooking the little alleyways around the hotel. Buffet style breakfast with a great coffee. Great location to all tourists sites. Would definitely stay in this place again. Photos are the after effects of 2 days.

Great location, within walking distance of everything, super square out the hotel turn left with busy restaurants great atmosphere. Added bonus was the pool even though small it's enough and lovely roof top bar to end your evening. Great breakfast plenty of choice.

The room was nice and the staff were excellent, location wise the hotel is situated within a fair walking distance to all points of inspiration. The rooftop bar is a must do, the vibe is wonderful up there and John/Giovanni mixes great drinks, provides recommendations on where to eat, and is just great to chat with.

Not much, the large shower head didn’t work and my partner and I could not figure out how to switch it on, meaning we had to shower ourself with the hand held shower head.

It was the perfect way to unwind and added an extra layer of luxury to our holiday. The spa was tranquil and rejuvenating, setting the tone for the rest of our stay. The hospitality extended to the breakfast service as well. The staff at breakfast were incredibly friendly and attentive, making our mornings pleasant and enjoyable. Their warm demeanor and excellent service ensured we started each day on a positive note. When I told the very nice staff that I have some diet restrictions, he brought me a separate plate with the food I can eat. The location was great, super close to almost everywhere. Hotel Lunette exceeded our expectations in every way. The combination of Aya’s exceptional guidance and the overall friendliness of the staff made our trip truly memorable. We can’t wait to come back and experience the outstanding hospitality once again. Highly recommended!

Rooms were a very good size for a European hotel. Bathroom was also very nice with double sink & very nice shower. Location was great - walking distance to many sites & good restaurants. Breakfast was good, although the same daily. The rooftop bar & beautiful spa were really an added perk. The staff was especially great from bellman to maid & bartender to concierge. Special thanks to Fabrizio & Sonia for making our stay such a wonderful experience.

We had some issues with our air conditioner but Sonia did get someone in to look into it.

location is the best

This is a wonderful hotel in the heart of Rome, close to a lot of the attractions. We had a relaxing stay and the hotel offered a lot including a day spa and breakfast each morning which was always good. The room was clean and comfortable.

Some of the bathroom fixtures needed to be replaced or fixed. The bathroom in general was a bit tired looking and could have done with a makeover.
