I loved it all. It was our anniversary and I wanted to surprise my wifey with a red roses and the Hotel help me so with the most georgeus roses I’ve ever seen, they added complimentary some other things. The outside pool is an olimpyc pool, rooms are specious and cosy, I have to praise the cleaning lady for our 564 room, silent, smiling, neat. Uliveto restaurant is excellent. Staff is excellent. On top of everything I met Mr.Alessandro Borghi in front of Hotel, great great person.

We always stay at this hotel. Especially in sunny weathers have your breakfast outdoors. Dont be afraid of the location all facilitues balance the distance.

Very clean, beautiful hotel loved the steam room. Beds were comfortable bathrooms were lovely. Exceptional staff very friendly.

Prices are outrageous at the bar and for rim service. I understand up charging, but it was a bit excessive. Also, the location is terrible €25 every time we went in town each way.

Perfect place for outside the Rome stay

The bar area is beautiful and the balcony has lovely views over the pool and garden. Pablo on reception was an absolute delight and a credit to the hotel.

We were a little disappointed with our meal in Ulivetto. The hotel was a little further out than we anticipated and it was around 10/15 minutes to central parts of Rome. That being said there was also a taxi available.

Our entire stay went very well. This is a fantastic hotel in a great location. The staff were brilliant. We had easy access to the city either by cab or using the courtesy bus provided by the hotel.

Was a pleasant experience from time we checked to departure.

The hotel was clean and tidy, a bit distant from the center of the city but quiet with a very beautiful view overlooking the whole city. When you arrive at the hotel, there is no one to greet you at the hotel entrance and guide you where to turn until you don't search for yourself. But at the Guest relations vip desk they welcomed me nicely at the check in and during my whole stay and there was a girl from the guest relation vip desk who always smiles, cared and called to check if everything was okay when I asked her something about a problem in the room. She gave a personal, caring and concerned attitude. Her name is Carla. The bar staff were also excellent and kind and quick service Upon leaving, the hotel was very busy, and I had to go to the front desk and I was very disappointed with the different attitude than it was at the guest relations vip desk, which is not suitable for a customer who tooks a luxury suite. Also regarding the parking, I think that those who take a suite should have the parking includ.ed and not wait for the car when ask to take it. In the end, it was an amazing experience Sincerely . Pool and spa facilities were excellent! Breakfast was really good too.

They had confirmed in advance the baby crib, however it was not in the room when we arrived very late in the evening. Breakfast ok but not 5 star quality vs. 5 star hotels in general.

Lovely hotel with amazing service.

Everything about the hotel was perfect, the staff were very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and very caring. The breakfast was a feast every morning and the facilities were top notch. The ambience of the hotel was exceptional and outstandingly beautiful.

The service was exceptional, the rooms spacious and the beds extremely comfortable. The bathrooms were large and clean, and the view from the balcony was beautiful. I look forward to staying here again.

I ordered a steak medium rare. I forgot that medium rare in Italy is much rarer than medium rare in the US. I'll remember next time.

Wonderful hotel with views over Rome. Regular shuttle to Centro. Pool and garden to relax at end of each day.

The property is beautiful and luxurious. The spa was excellent, especially the inside pool. Our 3 year old loved it!

Service was excellent. City view rooms have outstanding views of the whole of Rome. Complementary bus service was an added plus. Spa and fitness were great.

Outside pool hours were too limited.

we had to pay for two rooms for our family of parents and a 5 and a 6 yo kids

Breakfast was extremely good. Lots of variety and choice with lovely friendly waiters and waitresses

The room decor was in need of updating. The original features were still in very good order and condition as the hotel was done to a very high standard. However, the soft furnishings were definitely in need of replacing in the bedroom

Amazing rooms, so spacious and comfortable, wonderful views and grounds. Staff were very friendly and accommodating (especially Paolo from the front desk, and Simone & Anna from the concierge.

Housekeeping needs some improvement. There were several instances were a complaint had to be made to get certain things done. Lobby restaurant food was sub par for my liking, considering this is a Waldorf Astoria I expected much better.

everything was perfect, from the welcome at the reception, to the staff, the room, we couldn’t wish for anything else!
