Great location near central train station and although a busy area the room was extremely quiet. Well soundproof even on street side room. Friendly staff, large rooms and a great gym for a hotel.

AC wasn’t real strong on hot day in the room.

It felt dark initially, then it grows on you as it’s part of the theme. So actually no negative comments.

Everything. Just a perfect hotel on a perfect location with very helpful staff. The Monkey Bar was definitely the best thing, good food, music (especially live music during brunch hours).

The location was ideal for touring the City. The Old Town Prague clock is only a fifteen-minute walk away, so in a slightly quieter neighborhood, yet the main train station is just across the road. Tram lines are only a five-minute walk away, too. We had read the reviews on the Hotel, which highlighted the breakfast offering. Well, this was beyond what we were expecting; it is not to be missed. Wonderful selection of freshly prepared foods.

This hotel is absolutely superb. The room was airy, and clean. The staff were so helpful and the location fantastic. The breakfast was so good. We had an amazing stay at this hotel I would highly recommend it.

The hotel is very well located, it is super close to the main trainstation and also to Wenceslas Square. The breakfast is absolutely fantastic, the ginger shot and the prosecco are nice extras. The Monkley Bar itself is also worth a visit at the weekend brunch with the live music. The room and the entire hotel is very stylish, we loved the interior. The staff is super helpful and polite, and accommodated all our questions and requests immediately. Wifi connection is flawless, and the spa area is also nice and can allow relaxation after a full day of sightseeing. There is a parking garage which does not belong to the hotel one block away, which is easy to reach. I highly reccommend this hotel to anyone who appreciate good value for money.

We booked the room for 2 nights. Upon arrival, we got a tiny room with a very small bathroom and air conditioner that didn’t work. After complaining, we were upgraded into a very large and comfortable room with no issues at all. Other than that, everything was great: team, breakfast and more.

I had a fantastic stay at Falkensteiner Hotel Prague. The hotel is contemporary and beautifully designed, with clean, comfortable rooms and a great atmosphere throughout. The gym was one of the nicest I’ve seen in a hotel—spacious, modern, and very well maintained. I also really enjoyed the Monkey Bar—both the food and cocktails were delicious, and the vibe was relaxed and stylish. What truly stood out was the service—every staff member I encountered was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help. It made the stay feel genuinely welcoming. I’ll absolutely be returning next time I’m in Prague. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a modern, well-located base with excellent amenities and service.

The room was excellent, and thanks for the free upgrade. The beds were so comfrotable, the sheets of high quality, the shower was fast to get hot with high flow; the towels were soft and fragrant. Loved the big window we could open for air and the sounds of the city, but closed the room was so quiet. Love the bar and restaurant. Grateful for bag storage facilty too.

Phorographs of sexy women with flowers as a theme perhaps a bit sexist in the post-me too era...women friends rolled their eyes...Option for a coffee and a continental breakfast might be more appealing to guests than a 32 Euro breakfast!

Very convenient location just across from the main train station. We could walk with our luggage with no issues. Easy walking from the hotel to key places in the old town. Room was nice, spacious and clean. A great spot to stay.

Oh my goodness, I cannot stress how good this hotel is. From the staff to the rooms to the breakfast to the spa - everything top notch and fantastic attention to detail.

Great location very close to the old city and the river. We passed a couple of days by walking around, and it was great. The hotel is very clean and the stuff are very nice and welcoming

One thing, minor inconvenience: There was no restaurant or room dining option after 10:30 PM, when we just arrived.

The best breakfast in the world. We stayed here last year, and we loved this hotel. We came back to stay again, and we still love this hotel. We will be coming back to stay again next time!

Right opposite the train station, ideal for transport connections. Bright, spacious, and spotlessly clean room. Modern bathroom, with a smart makeup mirror—a thoughtful and handy touch. Bed sheets and pillow very clean and comfortable. Bed mattress was supportive and very comfy as well.

Service attitude could be a bit warmer, though it didn’t bother me much.

There is nothing about this hotel I did not like. Just wish I could of stayed longer.

Breakfast was great and beds were comfy. We loved the Monkey Bar and location was great, right across from the central train station (but far enough, there was no noise).

Only four towels per room and they were pretty small. Hair shampoo + conditioner in one - a disaster for anyone with long hair.

Breakfast was excellent, quality of food was high (we had lunch there too), the bar area was really nice and the staff were all very attentive and well trained. Our room was clean, comfortable and looked great.

This hotel is the best i have been stayed in years! Starting from the staff which gave us personal attention every time when reaching back to the hotel after a long day of trip. We even managed to make friends with the staff which actually were interested in our trip and not just give us service. The breakfast was phenomenal with amazing quality and the coffee was the best in town which we are not exaggerating since we are true coffee lovers. The hotel is 5 minutes from th e main train station which is a massive advantage. All of our needs were immediately dealed with for eg. our shower wash was finished and after reporting to the front desk it was filled again immediately.

The air conditioning of the room could have been better, but we see this in all around Prague many places are not that air conditioned. Maybe its us who arrive from hot countries and require good air conditioning.

Spacious room and bathroom, nice design with high quality materials, comfortable real king size bed. The spa is excellent both the steam and Finish sauna are perfectly maintained and enjoyable as well as the resting area. The staff are friendly and professional both in the reception and in the restaurants, cleaning was also immaculate.

All was perfect. If the spa there would be a cold water pool after sauna it would be even perfect.

I bit of a walk to old town but very doable. Across the street from the train station was perfect for us.

Location is good as it’s near the attractions, within walking distance. Good gym facilities.

It will be nice if a kettle is provided.

We liked everything- the cleanliness of the room, the helpfullness and enthusiasm of the staff, the vibe at the Monkey Bar and the special cocktails, the design and the whole atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent. The most comfortable bed ever!! The hotel is very close to the city center, near the central station and airport bis station- 4 min walking.
