The property is located in a great area. Only a 10 minute walk to the city center and a 5 minute walk to the main bus station

The A/C wasn’t the best (unless we couldn’t figure it out). But we just opened the windows and it was cool enough

Everything was pretty good, overall great value for money. Location is perfect for arriving by train, or by car (my friend pre-arranged parking around the corner). Breakfast was a good range and easy to fill up. The bed was SUPER comfortable. The room was big with lots of space for bags. Staff were all very nice and helpful.

Not really dislikes (I would stay here again without doubt), but just some things that might be relevant to others: - we stayed on a weekend and the noise from the bar downstairs can be a bit loud (our window faced the inner courtyard), but it doesn't go late. - the sauna is limited hours, so we didn't get to use it as planned - there is a lot of housekeeping trolleys that seem permanently left in hallways, making the walk to the room not the best - for some unknown reason, there were pendant lights hanging from the ceiling right beside the bed, which I hit my head on about 10 times (I am not tall!).

Train/underground next door. Spa facilities. Location very good. High ceiling in room give better feel for the standard size.

No grab bars in tub and to narrow. Stop with the half glass shower. Rather have full curtain..

I loved it

The staff do not help with luggage and clearly get angry with doing it. They get so angry and rude to the point that they start making noises, I think the dont understand that not everyone is on vacation and some people have actual long work trips and need to take their luggage.

This is a great property! Comfortable rooms. Wonderful breakfast. Great walkable location. Friendly staff. You won’t be disappointed!

breakfast was exceptional, the room clean, huge and no noises ( windows to the inner space, fifth floor) . Location is 3 min waling distance from shuttle bus stop from the AirPort, 15 minutes waling to the center, 5-7 minutes to the tram or metro. There are good restaurants in 2-3 minutes walking distance.

Only a nespresso machine in room, no kettle. Couldnt work air con and had to open windows at night.

Welcoming reception area with drinks and sweet treats. Whilst waiting for my brother next day (after I'd checked out) staff very happy to let me use reception lounge area, madr me comfortable and welcome with light to read and charging me phone. I was upgraded to a larger room for no reason whatsoever: lovely, thank you.

I really can't think of anything. The only extra convenience would be USB charge portals in the rooms for charging phones, to avoid bringing adaptor plugs. I brought my own but I'm guessing you probably have these available for guests to borrow.

This hotel is simply wonderful! The staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever had – fresh, delicious, and with a great variety. The spa is beautiful and among the best we’ve experienced. It’s our second time staying here, and we’re sure we’ll be back again. Highly recommended!

An excellent boutique hotel — modern and elegant. Great location: less than a 3-minute walk from Václavské náměstí and about 10 minutes from the rest of the city center. The room felt spacious and was very comfortable. The breakfast is also excellent and of a very high standard. The hotel has a bar called Monkey Bar, which serves world-themed drinks and dishes — very nice. There’s also a spa; not the largest, but it feels upscale.

The bathroom is relatively small and lacks a towel warmer rack. Service at the bar at night could benefit from better staff training. Honestly, everything else was perfect.

I loved my room, the decor was perfect. I felt like a queen. The ambiance of the whole hotel was perfect for my birthday. The restaurant/bar was so cool and picture worthy. I had a great time.

Parking sucked but I got back to my room super late and the front desk agent offered to add more time to the parking meter for me.

The buffet breakfast exceeded my expectations. A wide range of food of good quality with helpful staff.

The treatment at the spa needs improvement, we ordered a hot stone treatment for 50 minutes each, the use of stones was minimal and the massage was painful and unpleasant. We didn't get robes and caps for the spa. We didn't feel that there was value for what we paid for the massage

We stayed as a family (two parents and two teenagers, aged 15 and 17) and had a wonderful experience at the Falkensteiner Boutique Hotel Prague. The rooms were very comfortable and well-appointed, offering a quiet and relaxing atmosphere despite the hotel’s central location—just a few minutes’ walk from the main attractions. The breakfast was an absolute highlight: a delicious, varied selection beautifully presented. Overall, an excellent hotel — highly recommended!

The room was very clean and comfortable, with an excellent bed and the option to choose different pillows – the cherry stone pillow was a surprisingly nice touch. The hotel design is modern and stylish, and the common areas are spotless and easy to navigate. The spa was a great way to relax after a day in the city. Breakfast was outstanding, with a wide choice from both the buffet and à la carte menu. Staff were very kind and professional – special thanks to the team at Monkey Bar (Jaroslav and Kačka) and the lovely lady at breakfast who spoke Russian with us. The bar’s happy hour with 2-for-1 cocktails made our evenings even more enjoyable. The location is also very convenient, close to the main station, Museum and Můstek metro. A nice detail was the complimentary bottled water in the room, which we used for coffee. Bellboy assistance during check-out was also appreciated. Overall: Despite these small issues, our stay was truly enjoyable. The atmosphere, service, comfort and design make this hotel a fantastic choice for a weekend getaway in Prague.

The air conditioning was a bit noisy when starting up and disturbed sleep on the first night. It was a little tricky to figure out how to use the bathtub and stop the water drain. The bathroom lighting was quite bright at night and woke up my partner. In the spa, it would be nice to have softer covers on loungers and more privacy in the shower area. Tap water had a noticeable chlorine taste, so we avoided using it for coffee. Also, bellboy service was missing during check-in, though it was available at check-out.

The breakfast is amazing. The room is spacious (high ceiling) with a good bathroom. The spa and gym facilities are really nice too. The bar is great and the common areas are very inviting. The room (207) was surprisingly quiet, given that it’s close to the elevator and located in the middle of the hallway. You can still hear the guests upstairs, and the windows are not soundproof, but the fact that the heavy door is a bit further away from the bed perhaps helps. It’s better than the average hotel experience.

We had issues with our room key card most of the time (it didn’t seem to work, but sometimes it would open the door), and our mattress was a bit too worn; though it appeared to be "firm", the middle of the bed would easily sag. Not too comfortable, as you can imagine. If the stay were a bit less expensive, I would completely disregard this; but if you want to deliver vis-à-vis a high-level boutique experience, these tiny details matter. I also wouldn’t promise a pillow menu if you can’t have the pillows as advertised. On a personal note, the (German) guests were noisy most of the time, in all common areas (e.g., breakfast hall) and spa. It would be great if there could be a way to ensure that their excitement (or drunkenness) doesn’t interfere with the experience of other guests, notably in the spaces where silence is the rule. The pre-check-in information promised a “concierge”, whom I tried to contact via email, to no avail. When I was about to leave the hotel, I saw some nice cards pointing to a Google Maps guide, but it was already too late to take action. I can also confirm that the charged price in the hotel reception does not match what was stated in the Booking (it was slightly higher, apparently it is a conversion issue).

I loved the hotel. It was an excellent choice. Its location is fantastic, right in front of the train station, which was very comfortable especially for me, who was traveling alone. It is located a few minutes walk from the Staroměstské náměstí and several places of interest. The reception staff is very friendly. The room was very cozy and spacious. The hotel has a very complete gym. The breakfast is exceptional, as is the staff who serve it who are attentive to all the needs of the guests. It was a great experience.

The monkey bar a hidden gem. Good location near the train station but a bit of a walk to old town and trams. Nice gym and spa area.

The spray of the shower went everywhere as there was an open ended shower. Couldn't quite get the AC temp right.

The food was excellent and beautifully presented. A very interesting menu. A la Carte breakfast was made to order and of a very high standard. The decor and room was beautiful. Very thoughtful inclusions including a hair dryer diffuser and styling nozzle and magnifying illuminated makeup mirror. Bed was very comfortable and the offer of a pillow menu with lavender or pine was a nice touch. Free use of the Spa was welcome after a cold and wait day hiking. The area is top class with robes available upon request. The Finnish spa and steam room were excellent and the snack room and relaxing area within the spa were unexpected and lovely. The staff at all times went above and beyond. Even when my room phone was not working, staff would appear at the room door to see what I needed. Location is excellent and central and within a 5 minute walk of a tram or hop on hop off bus. Would love to stay here again! I have travelled extensively and this was a stand out. I rarely give a 10.

Absolutely everything was perfect: amazing staff, chic interiors, clean and fully equipped rooms and absolutely outstanding breakfast. I have to mention scramble with truffle, as it was made specifically for us à la carte, and I still remember how delicious it was. The bar is stunning, terrasse is cozy and charming. Spa zone is stunning with free hot drinks and snacks, hammam, sauna and rest zone - all what you need for the absolute relaxation. I would like also to express my gratitude to the host one more time, as although we arrived at 10.00, they were so kind to check us in right away, and after early flight we did appreciate this.

Staff is great! I mean is probably hard to find more helpful and friendly people in hospitality business. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious with a large bathroom and all amenities you need. The breakfast was really good with a lot of options, quality ingredients and the space itself very nice designed. Surely we will get back here 😎
