Falkensteiner Boutique Hotel, Prague

Thank you for making my visit so special, and for all the personal touches! Brilliant stay, and great personnel!

The room's design was really modern, clean and fresh. Everything related to the 'hotel' side was fantastic. Any minor/issues or requests we made were dealt with incredibly professionally and efficiently. The locations is good - it's a 15/20 minute walk into the main parts of the city (tourist parts). We also found some great local restaurants and bars around the hotel too. My partner said the hotel gym was one of the better they'd experienced in a smaller hotel.

The Monkey Bar was disappointing. On our first night, we weren't allowed access because of a private event. In the evenings, service was slow and not overly professional - we waited 25 minutes for our first drinks on one occasion. It's a shame because the space was great.

excellent location, staf was very helpful: Gabi with the tours, Andrej at breakfast, Kasa at the evening bar and Jakub at the reception. Hotel was clean and the spa was very enjoyable

A truly amazing stay at the most glorious hotel. Excellent location. Close to the train station and an easy quick into the old town. Housekeeping, next level. The room was sparkling after a day of exploring. Huge comfortable rooms. Complimentary bottled water everyday. Plenty of coffee capsules. Highly recommend a stay here when visiting Prague.

Great location! - 10 minutes walk from city center. Room was spacious and designed very nicely. Hotel bar is welcoming - really liked the Whisky Sour :) Best value for money I was able to find in Prague.

Nice spread. Gluten free items are also available. A la carte had good choices. Overall a hearty breakfast

Milder coffee options were not available. Though the coffee was good, my wife prefers less strong coffee

Close to the train station, few minutes walking from Prague's best locations! Really close to the river, Prague's old town, main high street, but not too close - so it is not a loud street (makes the nights really calm and relaxing)

One of the best spa space in town. Very clean and modern. Room also spotless, with very good bedding. Breakfast was more than excellent. One of the best breakfast in our travel experience. Fresh juice pressed in front of you. Many choices!

This is our 3rd time staying in this hotel booked via booking.com Only thing to notice is although we were regular guests but the receptionist doesn’t seem to notice. The check in and check out process was very robotic. Which for me is very important to have a more personal guest experience and relation to make our stay even more enjoyable. Otherwise, staffs are all polite and friendly

Had to change room due to dripping air con system which would have been japanese water torture had I not moved. It was addressed immediately by the very helpful and friendly staff

Staff is very good and helpful. Location is very good very near to Train station.

Great location, beautiful and comfortable. The fitness center was also very nice and complete. We travelled with our dog and although there are high daily costs for it, the hotel provided bowls, a towel and a blanket for the dog, which we liked.

The temperature in the room was very high and there was nothing that could be done to bring it down. We had to leave the windows open all the time and even so it was 25° in the room, and noise from the street came in

Very beautiful hotel, the location is great, hot wine and cookies on December, the atmosphere of Christmas with an Eve at lobby. Breakfast was delicious, very good stuff and a Spa downstairs is absolutely amazing ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you for our wonderful vacation will be back❤️

Clean, modern , funky hotel with real attention to detail. Comfy, quiet room with plenty of space and storage. Extremely friendly, polite and knowledgeable staff. Superb breakfast with a vast range of produce and choice. Central location and good value .

A 3 min walk from the Main Stn. Very friendly staff at reception. A big room with a comfy bed and a walk in shower. Good sauna and steam room downstairs too which was nice to relax in after a hard day 😆

Close to the city,,there is a park next to the hotel, it was good,because we arrived wit dog.They were wery frendly,and helpfull.😊

Very Cosy and professional breakfast, variety of choices, and good quality, friendly staff. freshly cooked omelettes and superb espresso.

the booking options on their homepage been so weird that i chose booking dot com. the bar , at our second stay now, still lacks with space for improvement.

Very good location, the staff was very helpful. Best breakfast I had in Prague. Uber taxi 1 minute away ( I tried a few times) The room were very spacious and well equipped. The spa was fantastic, many thanks to the massage ladies. The Monkey bar was enjoyable, best whiskey sours I had in long time

Everything was brilliant, staff was friendly, unbelievable location, room was clean. And the shower! Amazing

The heat of the room was to much, we tried to turn it down but we were sweating! 6th floor so maybe heat rises but suppose that's better than being to cold!

The staff were brilliant, the food was excellent, location was fine and our bedroom was fine for the weekend break. All in all an excellent choice

The staff! the reception lady name Emily! is the kindest and more helpfull person also the waiters name Gabi, Kateřina Adriana and almost everyone was extremely kind! I will definetely stay again and i have also the list of Falkensteiners hotels all over so if any country place have a Falkensteiner company i will choose it with no Regretss! Thanks fir everything!

Breakfast and cocktail bar excellent Staff lovely and very helpful. Hotel very clean and beautifully decorated. Spa facilities really nice.

Bed and pillows uncomfortable TV in room was tuned in such a way that you couldn't get anything to cast, or log on to netflix etc, looked like WiFi disabled Would have appreciated a warning that there may be naked men in the sauna spa area, or even better, insist that they had to cover up. Made sauna unusable for me, very intimidating, a real shame

A wonderful hotel and little gem. The online check-in was fantastic leading to the easiest and quickest check-in when we arrived. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff courteous and helpful. The bar/restaurant was magnificent and we loved the ambience. We loved Prahue and will be back and the only place we will stay is here

Loved our stay here! Room was big, comfortable and soundprofed. It was a 10 min walk to the main city. Plus it felt so clean! Would recommend the deluxe room.

Location, bar, premises and design of hotel was very nice. Good location for local walking and transport options around. SPA has 2 Saunas and chill zone with tea and snacks. Tasty breakfast with possibility to order varieties of and additional food to have from stands. Coffe was great, fresh squeezed drinks, juices and Prosecco available daily. Cozy and nice Monkey Bar every day for chilling with DJ music. Comfy beds and quiet rooms with mini bar without crazy prices in rooms and complimentary water replaced daily. TV and WIFI worked very well, was happy with stay

A beautiful hotel in a great location. Staff were exceptional and facilities were great. We stayed over Christmas which was particularly magical in Prague.

The hotel was close to everything. Beautiful, clean and everything you could want or need was there. As a solo traveler i felt very safe.

No really usable desk in the room.

We arrived hours before our check in so we’re thrilled to discover not only did they have a room for us but they were upgrading us for free. The room was lovely and clean and lots of amenities, the hotel has a really good location walking distance to the old town and to lots of restaurants and shops also very close to a train station.

There was a painting in the room I did not like as I felt abit like it was watching me as it was a huge painting of a woman the room was nice without that but this was not a major thing wrong with the property
