A hotel designed to a high standard. Especially for fans of design and attention to detail. A boutique hotel with beautiful rooms. We took a large room and recommend adding - it's really worth it. The spa is amazing, the breakfast is luxurious and healthy. Highly recommend.

Room was comfortable, clean and well laid out. Sauna was excellent, as was the gym.

Breakfast was nice, but the a la carte was just variations of egg dishes - a little more variety would have been welcome.

We like every thing The location( 5 minuets walk from the main railway station- from the airport recomand to take the buss airport expres straight to the rail way).10 minuets walk to the old city ang vazlav squere. The beds were exceptionally comfortable—honestly, some of the best sleep I’ve ever had. The room was quiet and wonderfully cozy, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of fresh, high-quality options, and the facilities were outstanding. The location is perfect, just a short walk from major sightseeing spots and the train station. I definitely recommend this hotel!

Comfortable beds, very clean. Nice little spa and gym. Location is close to city center and right next to the main train station.

The steam room was quite cold and a little smelly.

Everything, hotel amazing, staff so friendly and welcoming , location perfect and the monkey bar was was an added bonus as it was a restaurant on my list to visit and I was delighted when I realised it was part of the hotel

First and foremost, the staff, super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Big room, very clean, great breakfast with everything you need. Very good location if you don't mind a 10-15 minute walk to the center of the old city; I see it as an advantage, as it is quieter.

Honestly, we liked everything. The only thing that could be upgraded is the TV to offer more international entertainment. It is more of an upgrade suggestion than something we didn't like.

the location was perfect; everywhere was within walking distance. we especially loved the bar, it left us with unforgettable memories. the staff were also really helpful and welcoming. overall, i would recommend it to others.

Room was big, breakfast was really nice options, restaurant and bar was also great.

Our bathroom had a little smell, not sure if it was due to mold or not. There was also not good ventilation in the room, so it was very hot.

The breakfast was amazing served but wonderful and friendly staffs. Cozy stay and with good location out from the city noise. Just 10-15mins walk from the "Old Town" and city night life. Oh ya one more thing, they have this Monkey Bar where they do serve good food as well.

The property is located in a great area. Only a 10 minute walk to the city center and a 5 minute walk to the main bus station

The A/C wasn’t the best (unless we couldn’t figure it out). But we just opened the windows and it was cool enough

Everything was pretty good, overall great value for money. Location is perfect for arriving by train, or by car (my friend pre-arranged parking around the corner). Breakfast was a good range and easy to fill up. The bed was SUPER comfortable. The room was big with lots of space for bags. Staff were all very nice and helpful.

Not really dislikes (I would stay here again without doubt), but just some things that might be relevant to others: - we stayed on a weekend and the noise from the bar downstairs can be a bit loud (our window faced the inner courtyard), but it doesn't go late. - the sauna is limited hours, so we didn't get to use it as planned - there is a lot of housekeeping trolleys that seem permanently left in hallways, making the walk to the room not the best - for some unknown reason, there were pendant lights hanging from the ceiling right beside the bed, which I hit my head on about 10 times (I am not tall!).

Train/underground next door. Spa facilities. Location very good. High ceiling in room give better feel for the standard size.

No grab bars in tub and to narrow. Stop with the half glass shower. Rather have full curtain..

I loved it

The staff do not help with luggage and clearly get angry with doing it. They get so angry and rude to the point that they start making noises, I think the dont understand that not everyone is on vacation and some people have actual long work trips and need to take their luggage.

This is a great property! Comfortable rooms. Wonderful breakfast. Great walkable location. Friendly staff. You won’t be disappointed!

breakfast was exceptional, the room clean, huge and no noises ( windows to the inner space, fifth floor) . Location is 3 min waling distance from shuttle bus stop from the AirPort, 15 minutes waling to the center, 5-7 minutes to the tram or metro. There are good restaurants in 2-3 minutes walking distance.

Only a nespresso machine in room, no kettle. Couldnt work air con and had to open windows at night.

Welcoming reception area with drinks and sweet treats. Whilst waiting for my brother next day (after I'd checked out) staff very happy to let me use reception lounge area, madr me comfortable and welcome with light to read and charging me phone. I was upgraded to a larger room for no reason whatsoever: lovely, thank you.

I really can't think of anything. The only extra convenience would be USB charge portals in the rooms for charging phones, to avoid bringing adaptor plugs. I brought my own but I'm guessing you probably have these available for guests to borrow.

This hotel is simply wonderful! The staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever had – fresh, delicious, and with a great variety. The spa is beautiful and among the best we’ve experienced. It’s our second time staying here, and we’re sure we’ll be back again. Highly recommended!

An excellent boutique hotel — modern and elegant. Great location: less than a 3-minute walk from Václavské náměstí and about 10 minutes from the rest of the city center. The room felt spacious and was very comfortable. The breakfast is also excellent and of a very high standard. The hotel has a bar called Monkey Bar, which serves world-themed drinks and dishes — very nice. There’s also a spa; not the largest, but it feels upscale.

The bathroom is relatively small and lacks a towel warmer rack. Service at the bar at night could benefit from better staff training. Honestly, everything else was perfect.

I loved my room, the decor was perfect. I felt like a queen. The ambiance of the whole hotel was perfect for my birthday. The restaurant/bar was so cool and picture worthy. I had a great time.

Parking sucked but I got back to my room super late and the front desk agent offered to add more time to the parking meter for me.

The buffet breakfast exceeded my expectations. A wide range of food of good quality with helpful staff.

The bar was expensive.
