The building is beautiful. The dining hall where breakfast is served is particularly stunning.

The swimming pool should not be described as a pool. It’s more of a built-in jacuzzi. Any attempts to try to swim for exercise is unsafe due to the columns and their sharp corners.

Beautiful hotel, lovely & spacious room

The pool/Jacuzzi was cold. The room was a bit chilly, but they gave me extra blanket after I asked You could hear noise from the hallway or adjacent rooms. The hotel wasn’t busy, so I didn’t mind

There is nothing that we didn’t like

The location was perfect. Everything is around 10/15 minutes max walk away. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. The room was very clean and the shower was great ! The hotel itself is very beautiful and the apartment was big with high ceilings.

The pillows were uncomfortable, they could definitely be improved. The room was not soundproof, you can hear every step from the apartment above and in the hallway, especially from the bedroom which disrupted our sleep almost everyday ( we stayed here for 9 days ). We had a terrace with our apartment, but on the first days of our stay we weren't really able to make use of it as it rained, so it would be good if there was a part of the terrace that was covered. The water in the spa area was cold which didn't allow us to fully enjoy the beautiful roman bath style pool.

Flores street was loud at night and that kept me up (although I'm sure only the rooms facing the street have that problem). I also wish we didn't have to pay to use the pool/sauna.

The room was great for 2 people…….separate rooms.

After a long day of travel I was soooo looking forward to a nice deep bubble bath but the plug for the tub did not work (allowed water to drain out of tub as soon as it was put in) and when we called down to the desk for a ‘fix’ of situation we were abruptly told there was no the they could do…….so much for my deep bubble bath!

Fantastic location ,deluxe room was perfect for our family with two teenagers very comfy including kitchen and bathroom. Breakfast was nice with fresh coffee and chose of tea and testy local food .

As we come in February we experience over the night temperature in rooms drop and was cold ,aircon was not work well and we cant make chances to adjusted thermostat .

The Only issue we encountered was a lot of ants in the bathroom.

Location was excellent - right in the historic district and 2 mins walk from the train station / metro. All major sights are only a short walk away. Staff were so friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent.

Slight noise from outside which was quite late on one night.

The location can't be beat, it was right where you want to be. Porto is very hilly, so having a great location made our short stay in Porto more enjoyable.

What amazing front desk staff!! Anna and her colleagues were fabulous, they are so helpful and friendly like old friends welcoming us to their home! They also look after three stray cats on the very top terrace, who have made the hotel their home, very kind!! Great views from roof terrace. We will be back to sample their exceptional customer service.

We could have done with a little table or more shelf space and a kettle but I’m sure had we had mentioned this at the time they would have fixed this!

The location was superb, we spent a week at the hotel and felt that Flores as a location had some of the best restaurants and shops by far. Very nice breakfast but the bar wasn't much to write home about but apart from that Room 501 had everything we needed and was very bright and comfortable, I would recommend

Everything was great. The room was spacious,right, comfortable and super clean with an excellent view.. The hotel is perfectly located at walking distance to almost all interesting sites, nice restaurants and cafes. The staff was very nice, polite and helpful. There was an issue with an extra that was counted twice due to a technical bug and they handled it quickly and efficiently. We would defi9go back.

Great location, SPA, comfy beds, very nice bathroom, gorgeous terrace—the hotel has a very tasteful vibe. I would recommend it to my friends and colleagues. I could not have chosen a better place to visit Porto!

We were on the second floor and the gym is above on the third. I believe there is a treadmill that was used and the noise of running came through the room quite clear and went on for about 20/25 mins. Was quite annoying. Ask to stay on the first, third or fourth floors if poss.

Fantastic location. The room is comfortable, clean. Breakfast is exceptional. On the roof of the hotel there is a beautiful garden to enjoy.

This is a great location in one of the main streets of Porto. It is central to all the main attractions so easy to walk to the cathedral or the bookstore or the bridge. Porto was a magical city to explore with so much history. Recommend to do one of the walking tours to orientate yourself - the starting point just 5mins from this hotel. Beautiful big rooms as an apartment very spacious. Also, amazing that you have breakfast in an ornate room of the previous palace.

Room was incredibly spacious and clean. Hotel is in a great location and very central. Bar and outside area was nice and a good price. Nice facilities and toiletries in the room.

We were told that the pool and spa was closed for maintenance during our stay which was disappointing and did not get a chance to use it.

The reception staff were very welcoming. The room we had was massive compared to many other hotel rooms. Room was very clean, beds were comfortable.

Only reason I gave a 9 rather than 10 is that the noises from the street kept us up for a long time, only died down closer to midnight.

The Oca Flores exceeded our expectations in every possible way! The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is lovely, and located in an excellent area. I would highly recommend it!

For some reason we were in the room with a bathroom for poor mobility . The shower flooded the bathroom every time you used it .

The location is excellent and the staff, lovely. Guillherme and Iris welcomed us and were super helpful and sweet, helped us with a much needed massage appointment and put our heavy bags in our rooms. Later on Maria helped try to locate a place to buy a luggage lock on a Sunday. Joao was outstanding and provided our injured friend with a healing massage.

This hotel was exceptional. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was a fantastic size and had cooking facilities and a fridge. The bar and garden overlooking the city was a true hidden gem in a bustling city. The bathroom and shower were ample size, the bed was comfortable, the living room was a nice added extra to sit and chill after roaming the beautiful city of Porto. I can't recommend this place enough a true 5 star experience. Can recommend the rooftop bar, try the staffs signature cocktails and enjoy the view. We didn't try the spa but I am sure it is fantastic.

Shower drain didn’t work. Staff responded quickly but could only line shower with towels. Not very useful. Shower curtain moldy along edges. Room was below gym. Could hear thumping music late into night.
