Amazingly effective noise cancelling windows helped a ton with the busy locale. Extremely comfortable room and lovely staff.

We stayed in an apartment within OCA Flores and it was excellent. The location is on a pedestrian street with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. It felt very safe and the apartment was spotlessly clean. The shower was lovely, good water pressure and beds were very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to stay. We had breakfast and it was nice but only a small selection of fruits available. The staff are friendly and we enjoyed our stay.

Facilities in our room with kitchenette wete good. Loved the balcony looking out on to garden and lounger chairs. Beds comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful but forgot to get instructions acted on, eg re housekeeping and sorting out beds. Jacuzzi was great. It was a large pillared cool pool with lots of jets and good cool off after sauna/steam room.

We had asked for two single beds but the bed was made up as double. As we arrived latish they said they would do that the next morning and we could use the sofa bed which they managed to find linen for.. The next day we came back after a day out to find the room the same and unmade, despite sign out saying please make up room. So we had to ask again and finally beds were sorted.

Hidden gem!! Such an amazing hotel

We were placed in a handicap room and water from shower flood the bathroom floor.

Very nice looking building, excellent location in the heart of a city. Room was spacious and nicely furnitured. Fair beds (to hard). Very nice and friendly staff. Excellent hotel for short stay. Very nice terrace. Overall good loking interiors, nice surrounding.

Be carefull when you book this hotel because of the pool. It is not free ! It cost you 15EUR per hour per person ! That is rediculous price. Also the breakfest is exactly the same every single day. You may be bored. And altough the choice is quite good ( fruits, vege stuff, hot dishes), everything is not a state of the art. Just simplest food possible. Everyday scrambled egs barely eatable (cold and too firm), not too tasty sausages and oversalted beacon. Only the mushrooms were good (if you like them). Mold in the shower cabin. Low water pressure and broken shower head. Maybe only in my room. You can't take coffe to the terrace to drink outside of the dining room, and if you return for another coffe after finishing breakfest they will ask you to pay for it. And this could be so nice hotel..

Staff were very friendly and very helpful. The man who checked us was great he spent 10 mins giving recommendations on where to visit and where to eat. Great location. Close to everything

Outstanding location and views. Staff was wonderful and welcoming. The rooftop garden was so delightful with more amazing views. The room was spacious and clean.

Shower leaked through the door, but floor was tiled so no problem with using a towel.

The hotel is truly in a great location, with easy access to the most beautiful old town streets, cafés, and the riverbank. The rooms are tidy, and the studio with a kitchenette had everything we needed. The balcony offers a wonderful view of the city. We don't really have any major complaints.

Maybe a little overpriced. And the sofa in the living room is definitely in need of renovation (or at least - better matrix ) :) A kitchen towel or some paper towels would be very useful in the kitchen.

Great location in the heart of the city. Lovely old building with lots of character. Garden to sit out in was very relaxing . Didn’t eat in hotel but used our kitchenette for breakfast.

Had connecting door in our room to another room which made it very noisy. Could hear conversations like they were in room with us. Kitchenette not really equipped to be used apart from making tea and coffee. Only had 2 plates and cutlery and 1 pan.

There was no kettle in the room and asked 3 times for a kettle and didn’t receive on Only 1 tv control for 2 tvs in the room. Again ask for an extra control and never received Book at taxi for pickup to train station and was shocked to find it was a 40 euro charge. Staff could have advised charge before hand.

What a lovely boutique hotel in the historic centre of Porto. We loved its quirky layout, in keeping with the city. The upper floor garden, bar and breakfast room were so pretty. Our apartment was spacious, well equipped with elegant decor.

The only drawback was the small bed for two tall people.

Centrally located which was perfect for sightseeing. We had a lovely studio on the top floor. Exceptionally clean room and bathroom, comfortable beds, maid service every day was excellent. The reception staff were absolutely great, so friendly and helpful. Quiet garden and terrace. Good breakfast.

The hotel was very clean and ideally located in the historical centre of Porto. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was delicious! It was lovely to be able to sit outside on the rooftop garden overlooking Porto.

Location, staff, breakfast. We were there during the power outage in Portugal/Spain. Staff worked endlessly to make sure we were safe and not terribly inconvenienced

Lobby was small and uninviting. Rooms were a bit strange like we had the ceiling below us indenting in our room

All aspects were very good. Just my comment below made the stay a little disappointing.

Extremely disappointed that this is marketed as a hotel with an indoor pool. It appears that you can only use the pool if you are having at treatment in the spa. I was looking forward to the pool as I had just completed the Camino and it would have been very welcome.

Fantastic location and so nice to have the lovely garden oasis in the middle of the busy city. Staff was lovely and accommodating, especially with storing and retrieving our rental bikes, which were delivered even before we arrived! Great breakfast & room was comfortable.

Walls seemed a bit thin as we could clearly hear the people in the room next door.

Beautiful characterful building with views over the bustling Flores with its quality shops and cafes or peaceful garden with refreshing little pool to the rear.

Reception staff very helpful; room was a good size although the wardrobe was rather small; breakfast was good although choice somewhat limited; location very central but on a busy street. However, we were not disturbed at night.

A little jewel. The street entrance from R. Da Flores does not seem impressive. Pretty tiles, simple lobby and check in area. Our villa on the 4th level was close to perfect. A lovely and spacious garden in the interior courtyard was our sanctuary. Views of the Porto tiled roofs and the Cathedral. Breakfast and bar area comfortable. My traveling companion scheduled a massage at the spa which she said was great. The location was convenient to everything. The immediate area has restaurants, bars, cafes, etc. Shopping good. Metro and local buses within walking distance. Staff was so nice and always helpful.

Only two minor things. Room electrical outlets were abundant but not where they are needed, near the bedside or sofa. The bathtub/shower lacked a grab bar and was a bit slippery. The shower head itself would not be useable by anyone over 6 feet tall without removing the spray arm. So very minor in the scope of things, but something the hotel might look at.

The location of the hotel is superb. All main sights of Porto are withing a short walk. Our room in the upper part of the property was very quiet and had a great view on the cathedral. All people at the reception were very kind and helped us with dinner and taxi reservations. During our stay we only once had breakfast at the property. The breakfast was reasonably priced and we were pleased with offered food options.

Very central location close to Metro. Spacious high ceilinged apartment, clean facilities, helpful unintrusive staff. It is a lively tourist street so there was a bit of noise into the night. It is a boutique hotel so expect facilities like the gym to be quite small. There is a little bit of pleasant outdoor space on the rooftop with a bar with great night views of the city but it was definitely more compact than I had imagined from photos. I also got the impression from the listing that there was an indoor pool but on arrival it was clarified that it's more of a plunge pool. We didn't visit it on our stay in the end.

++ Great location, wonderful staff, beautiful garden, spacious rooms, we were very comfortable with 2 kids -- The room was not very clean, there were hairs in the bathroom at check-in and the glasses had lipstick marks on them :( the second bed was a sofa-bed, and was constantly coming apart, which was fun for the kids, but uncomfortable for us
