The breakfast was great. The breakfast room was also impressive.

Lovely setting in a great location. Great room and very helpful staff.

Staff were helpful. Breakfast had good choices in a nice room, garden and garden bar would have been nice if we had better weather, location was excellent for access to old parts of town and sights, as well as Metro, and many good restaurants.

Room and bathroom were a little oddly shaped. Plenty of room in the living/kitchen area and bedroom. Bathroom was a little small (by North American standards, but okay by European sizes.) The following is a complaint about most hotels, not enough power points near the bed (for computer, charging phone, CPAP machine, etc.

We loved the well-designed apartment we stayed in, with our own balcony overlooking the garden area. It has a rooftop terrace and amazing view over the cathedral and city. It was quiet and peaceful at the back of the hotel yet minutes from one of the most interesting streets in Porto. Wonderful.

There is an extra charge to use the spa pool.

The staff were exceptionally supportive.

Layout of garden villa was a surprise having to walk through the bedroom to get to the toilet upstairs. But not a massive issue

The reserved room was large enough for a family stay and you could overlook the city of Porto from the window with a Cathedral view with 4 terraces, and the interior and furnishings were wonderful. The staff was also friendly. The music at the breakfast venue also served guests on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day with songs suitable for each day. The food was also replenished with fresh food as appropriate, and I think the staff's heart was warm. The reception also delivered the cake at the end of the year and champagne to the room, and I would like to extend the stay if it was possible to change the plane.

We are Japanese, so This room would have been great to have a bathtub.

Amazing location on the main street and within walking distance of most sights. Room was a good size with a comfy bed. Gym had a few machines and dumbbells for a good workout while on vacation.

We were given an accessible room and the water from the shower went all over the bathroom.

The location is great. The spa facilities are small but good. The garden is a great place to escape to enjoy the view with a glass of wine or to eat breakfast. Perhaps the best is the value this hotel provides versus other places to stay on Rua das Flores

We noticed small spots in our room and other locations that showed some deferred maintenance. We stayed here 6 years ago. It seems the pandemic and the tourism economy have had an impact.

We love the location which is right in the middle of town and is easily accessible to the metro station as well as short walking distances to all the various sights. The staff were very friendly and helpful too. The villa room was very spacious with a nice kitchenette and sitting areas. The garden in the villa was very nice with good views.

It was no fault of the hotel but the villa we booked was outside of the main building and we had to exit the building, walk up a small flight of steps with our luggages. It was raining quite heavily on one of the days we stayed and we had to use umbrellas from our villa to the main building. If you happen to need to book the villa take note of the accessibility.

Great location, great room and thankful for a room upgrade, a welcone gesture from the hotel caused by a muscommun8cation. Staff were most friendly and helpful. Conveniently locsted. Within walking dustance to the Sao Bento station, cathedral, metal bridge. Duoro River bank. Lots of eating places and shops just outside tge hotel. The room we had,have a coomanding view of the cathedral, day and nighr. Good breakfast spread, and nice convenient place to have drinks.

The shower could have been better designed. Understand space is tight, but the way it is currently designed makes the toilet floor wet after use.. Would be helpful if people were told that unauthorized vehicles cannot stop in front of hotels. Assistance from hotel for those with a lot of luggages from some pick up spot would be a good added service.

In the center, everything is in a walking distance or if you take the yellow metro, then you can reach really everything. The staff very nice, the Turkish bath very unique, the sauna is good. The breakfast is delicious and the sweets are changing every day.

Sometimes they run out of things in the buffet breakfast and they replace them quite slowly.
