The location was amazing. The room was perfect sized, although the bathroom was pretty small. The library and fireplace were highlights.

Parking was expensive and only by valet, although the valet service was impeccable

Very nice. Next door to Arlene Schnitzer theater. Most pet friendly place I have been. A block from a park. Nice restaurant, lovely, comfortable public spaces. Better artwork than most.

Our room was located near the old service elevator which made a lot of noise but the staff moved us to another room and credited our parking. They were very accommodating.

The parking was a challenge.

Friendly and helpful guest service. We stay her 6-7 times a year to come for blazer games and the gentleman at the front desk remembers us and asks about the game. Nice touch!

Loved the location. Loved that they had valet parking. Perfect for what I needed.

The cost of the valet parking seemed a bit high at $55.00. but I paid because it did make my life easier especially since they had my car ready at 5:45 am.

Windows did not open at all. Coffee shop attached to hotel was not open at 8:30 on a Saturday? Really?

Our room wasn’t ready. But, the staff comped us drinks and we got to hang out in the library. So, it was not so much that we didn’t like it, we loved the wait.

The rooms are very pretty, as are the common area's. We had a corner room which was really nice. The location is very central, and you can walk to some of the city's major sights. Breakfast was great.

The price was a bit steep. Downtown Portland is depressing with too many homeless people who need more help than they are given. But this is not the Hotel's fault off course.

Somehow got an ADA room, which I had asked not to have. It was fine but the HVAC was loud.

The library was extraordinary ! The art through out the property is worth the stay. Beautifully curated. The burger at the tavern was worth every calorie. Breakfast was amazing and Connie was a delight. All the staff were great! Nick, our valet was friendly and so helpful.

The bathroom seemed small compared to the rest of the room. The restaurant menu was small and the food was mediocre. Seemed a little dead.

I booked 2 deluxe double accessible rooms; however, we got only one of those rooms. In addition, I did not like the view…of the wall. To use deluxe in room description was deceiving.

The staff was very welcoming, accommodating, and had excellent suggestions for local restaurants and events. Our room was spacious, and the fitness center was very well appointed.

There was nothing unpleasant about our stay.

Bar closes at 8 ..we extended our stay and they got the signals mixed so our things were put into lost and found from our room (even tho the room wasn’t cleaned) so be careful on those details

Location is perfect if you enjoy walking around downtown Portland which we did. I really wanted a bathtub and they kindly moved us to another room. Staff is super helpful and tavern great for a bite. Library is heaven too.

The staff where all wonderful and helpful! The inside was great and the rooms are very nice I loved the shower!

The Parking cost more money which wasn't communicated clearly. Our room was upgraded as a compensation which was very nice of them. The shower sliding door didno close properly.

Staff was excellent. Our room was not ready for checkin for 1 1/2 hours after 4pm checkin time. They gave us 4 free drink vouchers, refused the porter tip, and free dinner which we declined as we had reservations at Dolly Olive. Upon checkout they comped the overnight parking fee of $55 and we graciously flowed with the changes and really enjoyed our stay. Had breakfast in hotel and could walk to Portland art museum. Will stay again here next trip to Portland

Loved the library and the location. The room was great and the bed comfortable.

Our room was fully serviced on the first day including fresh towels, the next day the bed was made but the coffee cups weren't cleaned, although coffee plunger was. By the third day rhe bed was made, that's it. By the 4th day the bed wasn't even made. We're pretty chilled so didn't complain but thought you might want to know..
