You had to pay 25 dollars per day as a "food credit." This gave you 25 dollars off in the resteraunts, but it really did not.
They keepthe 25 dollars regardless. It is so you have to stay at the hotel to eat.

Everything was incredible! They provided smores, welcome drinks and amazing service.

The staff was very friendly, the location was great, the room was clean, the pool was clean, and there were so many cute decorations throughout the hotel.

The restaurant and bar were great. The pool was great. The people are great.

It's a pretty lousy place to try and get some sleep. Noise all night, and this was our 2nd visit.

The rules- cant bring water into the pool area in a thermos has to be gotten from the bar in a plastic cup that will get warm in 5 minutes.

My husband and I work opposite schedules and hadn’t had a vacation in awhile. We were looking forward to 4 night staycation at Hotel Adeline. We checked in late afternoon, unpacked and explored the property. We were in absolute shocked as the property looked like in had been through a tornado. The restaurant was in shambles, chairs and tables in piles as well as dirt all around.The pool was dirty, zero yard games were out and the pool cushions were filthy and stained. We walked by the kitchen and smelled an awful rotten aroma and at that point didn’t even want to eat at the hotel which we were planning to do daily….

Very disturbed we went to the front desk to find out the property had been closed for over a month due to some production/ tv show filming and they felt it was ok to open the property to paying guests in this condition? A couple employees put their heads down and chuckled, not surprised by our concern. It honestly felt like we were getting Punkd!

We received ZERO disclosure prior to booking of the horrendous condition of the property….I’ll let the photos speak for themselves…

We checked out the next day and ended our much anticipated vacation early. We spoke to who we were told was the manager on duty Ruth Dicochea ( director of rooms). We didn’t have to explain but we showed her photos that were clear as day around the property and how disappointed we were. She told us when the property was back in its optimal condition that she would like to invite us back for free. We waited a month and my husband called to take her up on this offer for his birthday. No response. He called again in which we were told she’s in a meeting and he left a voicemail. She never called back…I think he tried 3 times. What a joke. Why would you extend the offer if you were just going to ghost us? No follow through or honoring YOUR word?

Stylish and fun without being over the top or obnoxious, had a classy-retro vibe

Was my first time, I will back and stay there for sure. The room is pretty nice, ambient supper cool, nice pool, gym, the food is delicious and all of employees super friendly.

Very friendly staff and clean rooms and facilities

No elevators. No automatic doors at entry. Essentially an updated motel 8. Automatic 20% gratuities on all food and beverage

This hotel is outstanding. This was my 2nd time visiting and it's where I will be staying on my next trip to Scottsdale. The pool area is beautiful. The staff are friendly and hospitable. The Speakeasy bar is great fun with fantastic cocktails. Our room was cleaned every day and the bed was so comfortable. We had everything we needed for a great holiday. Also the food is great too.

The facilities were beautifully decorated, location was perfect, very comfort beds, and very very hot shower!

The lack of access to a microwave, the ability to hear people walking through the skyways, lack of full coverage of black out curtains in the room.

The pool set-up was cool. Unfortunately no one was there in Dec / January so there was zero vibe.
Whiskey bar was neat. Like the fresh water with fruit at the front desk.

The rooms need a serious upgrade. The cost just doesn’t reflect the accommodations. Rooms are not sound proof and you can hear your neighbour and everyone walking in front of your room.
Counter staff were 50/50 pleasant.
Bar staff were super friendly so that part was nice.

The top 40 playlist that was playing on repeat was super annoying. The property itself if a vibe and music matters. Highly suggest they reconsider the music they are curating.

It was clean and stylish

First, the front desk guy (12/28 at around 3pm he had no name tag or I would use it) was very rude and lied about room availability as to why we couldn’t switch from a parking lot facing room. Even though rooms were available online to book… along with other lies we were told. Like that we had “requested that room”
The night front desk women gave us bad information. The restaurants are listed to be open until 11pm, I called the front desk at 9:20 and asked if we could put in a Togo order and she said no but we could get food quickly because it wasn’t busy. At 9:25 when we walked in, we were told the kitchen was closed and no more food was being sold on property.

Fun, trendy vibe. Great staff. Great location.

I reserved a king room and upon arrive was given a room with two twin beds because the hotel was overbooked. I expressed my disappointment as my husband and I had to sleep in separate beds which are smaller than our bed at home. He is over 6ft and this was our vacation from a little condo so disappointed I didn't get what I paid for.

The rooms look more updated online than they did in-person.

Hotel room walls are extremely thin. I couldn't sleep for the three night we were there because night 1, we could hear the pair next door talking into the wee hours of the night, night 2 we could hear snoring and night 3 we could hear a baby crying. I am a heavy sleeper and usually do not wake to noise so that speaks to how thin the walls were.

Pool area service/cleanliness - I had to flag down the gentlemen working at the pool to wipe down tables and even lounge chairs which were left dirty by other patrons. In my opinion, they should be regularly circulating to tidy behind patrons.

Ping pong table was crooked and ping pong balls were no good
