The front desk sucks. Never was able to accomplish anything I needed: receipt for my stay, connecting to the package room, even getting my name on the reservation correct. Stinky.

Close to work.

The last room I got had burn marks on floor and toilet flushed real slow I guess it was the last room available.

The room was spacious and exactly we expected.

It could be better if the workers at the hotel front desk and a casher woman in the attached parking garage are polite to their customers. We also feel sorry for them working on the Thanksgiving weekend.

I didn't appreciate the mandatory $10 charge for snacks.

The front desk staff was very welcoming and gave us a free "upgrade" for my birthday. The room was pretty big for being in Center City and very comfortable. The location was ideal..

I didn't like the parking garage. I didn't like the $17.50 " facilites" charge for wifi and 2 bottles of water, on top of the $200 we already paid. They did give you a $ 10 gift card to use in their "gift shop" which was just various snack & drinks next to the check in desk. $4.58 for a bottle of diet coke.

The hotel is so beautiful and with the restaurant attached it is so convenient it’s nice to come back to the hotel and sit at the bar for a drink

The toilet in our room was acting up all night, which made it difficult to sleep. Other than that everything was great.

Location and it was clean. The bell man was awesome!

No early check in.

Location was excellent, the room was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable. Had requested a "quieter" room away from elevator which was nicely accommodated, lobby was modern and welcoming, elevator response was fast. Only minor complaint was accessing parking garage - a huge bus stopped at the hotel was completely blocking the side street to access the parking garage - we never did see valet parking.

Lovely entrance area. Close to shopping and restaurants. Big rooms.

The air system in our room looked filthy and didn’t work well. Otherwise it was good.

Gorgeous building with a lovely lobby and restaurants. The location is fantastic and walkable to many parks, attractions, restaurants and shops.

Considering the nightly rate, the rooms leave a lot to be desired and are more what I’d expect of a 3 star hotel vs a 4 star hotel. The room was dated and the furniture had a lot of nicks and stains. There was a little entryway to the room that didn’t have a working light. We were also in a room with a handicapped accessible bathroom (not requested, but ok) that had barely any lip to the bottom of the shower and a shower curtain that was too short, so the water just ended up all over the floor, even with the undersized shower mat and multiple towels placed down. This is an obvious safety issue. And the water in the shower was awful - it took 10-15 mins for the hot water to kick in and then abruptly shifted from either hellfire hot or ice cold. Overall, the room was comfortable despite these issues but these issues are not indicative of a 4 star hotel.

Great location, great doorman.

Expensive to eat there with minimal menus. Lack luster service at front desk and restaurant. Maid service spotty and not explained before hand.

The room could have included a few more amenities such as a microwave.

Located very centrally to attractions, easy to get to mass transit, etc.

Some parts of the property needed some repair, but nothing serious enough to consider not staying there again.

Restaurant and bar shuts early

The room was huge. The bathroom was comfortable. It was easy to leave my luggage upon arrival and I was notified that an early check-in was available. The staff and luggage handler were all very personable and professional. The lobby was a delight.

The only thing that I didn't like was that the rug and furniture in the room were a little shabby. The rooms could use freshening up. The staff at check-in could be just a tad friendlier. And yes, the view of downtown was obscured by buildings right in front of my bedroom window. The best views were from the bathroom.

Our new favourite hotel on the UWS. Room was great and the staff were excellent, polite and well-trained. Room comfort, space and facilities (inc kitchenette) were top notch. Would happily stay again.

Shower was substandard. No water power. No shower gel (just soap).

Very central easy to get to tourist locations. Well air-conditioned as was really hot when we visited. Ice machines and vending machines on each floor.
