No matter what, we do love the staff and location of this hotel!
My hubs and I love the Kimpton and the king bed! We enjoy the jetted tub and the general ambiance of the hotel. The staff is always top notch!
I am not sure if Covid has taken a toll but was a little surprised of the condition of the room. Curtains are stained in the bathroom and the chain is broken. Drain plug was also broken and we had to pry it up to drain the tub. Sheers were ripped badly by the couch. Lights in the bathroom were badly decaying from moisture. Room 2202 needs some help.

No reason to be dissatisfied with this place. Would stay here again.
Beautiful spot, nice lounge, great staff, clean and normal-sized rooms with nice modern facilities. No complaints. Center city pricing, but that's just how it is in that area.
Hotel bar was kinda weak; especially considering the one directly across the street from their front door is waaaay nicer.

No bell boy available. We had to wait for cart and push it on elevator to our room. credit card scanner wasn’t accepting Amex cards at check-in. Elevators very slow.

The parking staff was amazing. Did Valet - car died and two gentlemen -Horace & Caleb - went above and beyond in trying to help me.

Very good
I like that the gym was on the same floor; also it was quiet. My son is autistic, so he is very animated and loud, yet, there was no noise complaint. Close to eateries and shopping locations.
No pool or play area for my son.

bright! very easy to unpack in room. Very clean and great coffee machine. Valet was wonderful, very accommodating. well worth the price for the services for the valet.
TV set up was less then ideal. Tub is a bit dated. Housekeeping does not come every day. Lighting in room less than ideal. Functions on TV weren’t necessarily working such as check out, account management and in room dining. Dining in the hotel is closed Sunday and Monday for dinner for dinner

Elegant style but modern feel, staff was accommodating and the food from the restaurant was very good.
How loud the doors slam, the thin walls. Sometimes the elevator takes a few minutes to reach your floor.

Giveb we were there for my son’s medical appointments, the hotel made a big difference for us.
The hotel was very clean and comfortable, especially the beds. The bathroom was nice too. The concierge was very helpful in finding good meals. The morning coffee was very good, but it would have been nice to have oat milk as a choice for milks. It was nice to have cold water available.
There was nothing we didn’t like except the restaurant. The food was not very good and we paid way to much for what we got.

my go-to hotel when in Philly. Right in the heart of Rittenhouse Square with great dining and shopping within blocks. Great staff. Clean rooms.

Great stay for dog owners
The rooms are spacious and very clean. The hotel is located in a great area and is accessible to the rest of the city. While a bit pricey the staff is super friendly and the fact that they allow dogs is a huge plus.

The only reason we would return would be for that convenient location.
The location was awesome! Lots of places nearby to walk to.
Many of the staff weren’t knowledgeable about a lot of the amenities (spa treatments, valet, in room dining) There was also no coffee option available in the room and each day the coffee in the lobby was taken away at different times. Ordering room service seemed to be a challenge as the menu wasn’t up to date. Aldo food arrived cold. Overall it very overpriced for the selection and quality.
