Hotel was clean and comfortable. Nice security measures.
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooftop lounge was very nice.
We were not impressed with our meals at the restaurant. I had the pasta dish and was disappointed it was just a bowl of pasta. No bread, no side salad, and expensive. My husband got a chicken dinner that was a simple meal and ok in flavor but expensive for what he got.

A nice place to stay for a short getaway in Philadelphia.
The bed was very comfortable but the pillows were poor. Excellent location. Interesting decor in hotel and room. The breakfast at the restaurant was tasty. Elevators were very quick.
Valet parking very expensive. Pillows on bed were unsupportive. No toast included with omelette at breakfast. Seems like nickel and dime situation. No coffee service in the room.

Great stay
The location to museums and restaurants is perfect when visiting Philadelphia. The rooms are pretty big and very clean. The staff was very friendly.
I really liked everything. If I had to nitpick I did noticed the hallway carpets were stained.

The hotel is beautiful and functional. It is in the middle of the city, in front of the Independence National Historical Park. The rooms are beauty spot with printed decorative paper, and the beds are so confortable.

A lovely place to stay and a very nice city to visit.
Friendly and helpful staff in a beautiful lobby with a nice setting. The style of the hotel was very nice. We appriciated the complimentary wine and coffe. Last but not least - the location right next to Liberty bell and the historical areas.

Lovely Stay
The hotel is lovely. Very clean and comfortable. It's in the city center so of course you know you are paying for the location. The staff is efficient, personable and professional. I included breakfast with our room, I thought it was quite good and a much better deal than paying at the restaurant. I love that it's a pet friendly hotel, it was nice to see a pup in the lobby. They also serve wine in the lobby starting at 5 pm.
The valet to park the car was more than $55.00 as stated on Booking.com. It was $68.00+
The bottle of water in the room was $10.00, honestly that's ridiculous.
We stayed one night - Mon/Tues. The restaurant is closed for dinner on Mondays and the roof top bar was closed as well. Not to worry, there are excellent restaurants nearby.

Typical Hote Monaco with average customer service
Trendy and funky decor, freestanding tub,
location, and the upgrade for the $25 Al la carte breakfast voucher per person for the restaurant was worth it.
The slyly labeled $8 bottle of water in the room, staff/service was meh.

Room service - presentation of evening meal was poor (served like airplane food in plastic containers with paper plates and disposable cutlery). Limited vegetarian/vegan options.

It is beautiful and pricey. Great place to sleep. Great place to wake.
This hotel is beautiful and colorful. None of the drab grays of other hotels exist here. It is bohemian and cool. I could see the Liberty bell from my window. And it is a convenient location to lots of history and cool things to do. The bathtub is nice and big. The shower and sinks are nice. Beautiful stay!
The tv was old and pretty garbage. Just get new smart tvs. There were some homeless people around, but they were not intrusive. The hotel was supposed to credit me for $10 to not have my room cleaned, but still charged for the $8 bottle of water I drank.

Location and positive, friendly staff are the hotel's biggest assets.
Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean
I had a really tough time figuring out where to check in! Overall, the hotel signage could be improved ... a lot. I am partially blind, and I had problems with the elevators. That said, the staff were gracious and helpful.
