Classic luxury but some improvements to be made
The building and the old fashioned sense of style and luxury
The building work made outside entrance ugly . The staff were friendly but too ‘stiff’ . The in-room entertainment sub-standard and TV too small . The spa facility not properly manned and bad communication . The food I did have in bar/library average

Overall amazing stay, felt like home.
I liked the interior, the exclusivity in the middle of paris.
I didn’t like their food options, and their service isn’t as professional as other 5 star hotels with the same price range.
