The bathroom had only one soap for three days , no shampoo no bathing foam

The Hotel is nice with good services like breakfast, bar and restaurant with show.

The room is quite small also compared to the price.

Nice room, cleaned every day. Really good breakfast,fresh fruit and various options of eggs, cheese, vegetables… rooftop bar and restaurant. For every recommendation.

Nobody informed us in advance that we needed to leave deposit, 50eur per day. For six days its 300eur blocked on my card during period of stay, and it goes back on your account 10days after check out. So you need to plan that expense. In Saturday’s evening in restaurant downstairs it was a loud party until 2am.

Friendly staff. Clean room, cleaned every day. Varied breakfasts. Located 10-15 minutes walk from 2 metro stations. From them you can get to any attractions.

Firstly, there was no drinking water in the room. It was often missing when we returned to the room, but forgot to buy it on the way. Secondly, the lack of shower gel. Instead, two small pieces of soap. Perhaps it's just a matter of habit. It was our first time in France and I don’t know how things are done here, maybe they just prefer soap to shower gel.

Rooms well cleaned with good entertainment available, restaurant down stairs was nice. Breakfast was enjoyable. Eiffel Tower etc maybe an hours walk. Good restaurants etc nearby.

Was told breakfast for the mornings of our stay would be €20, wasn’t informed this was €20 a day til checking out

The breakfast being included on our booking was amazing. The rooms are spacious and the decor is cute.

It’s a good 10-20 minute walk to nearest metros. There’s really nothing close by except for a small grocery store across the street. Next time charge us the tourist fee at check in and not at check out. Checking out was a hassle. It should just be smooth by just dropping off room keys.

Please add more lighting in the rooms it's like getting dressed in a dark lounge.

Nice hotel with funky touch of decoration, value for money (room is all ok, beds are and bedding is comfortable, modern basic bathroom) and its very convenient that it has underground parking including EV charging stations. Not sure what breakfast is like at the hotel so cannot rate this. We chose to pick-up some French breakfast at one of the many bakery's and convenience stores in the area.

Restaurant is open and lively till late... our experience is that if you come later in the evening for drinks, you are pretty much ignored and drinks ordered never arrived...oh well, we solved this by getting a bottle of wine, softdrinks and snacks at the convenience store across the street;-)

The hotel is fun, the design of the rooms is stylish, the restaurant is great, the breakfast is just amazing!

Their team could have been a bit nicer to us, they could do an extra effort to be a bit more friendly.

The staff were friendly and attentive. They serve a nice breakfast in the dining area every a.m.

The hotel has a nightclub business in the dining area every evening. It brings in a lot f younger patrons and it got noisy on several nights up to 1:30 - 2:00 a.m. I could hear the noise in my 4th floor room. I like to sleep with a window cracked if possible and that only made the noise worse. Also, I was using the metro and the nearest stop is about .5 miles away. A trek if your tired coming back to the hotel.

Comfortable beds, nice decor and friendly staff.

Not many vegan options for breakfast... just bread and veggies. Also no kettle in the room was a bit unexpected.

The bathroom wasn't very clean and the rooms are so dark that it's hard to see how clean it is. Location was fine, but a little farther out than I initially thought. That's my fault though, not the hotels.

Stayed room only but had a great breakfast LOTS to choose from,would have preferred a coffee machine in our room instead of a microwave 🤷‍♂️great vibe in the bar area each evening to ,will definitely stay here again when we come back ..Thank you .

the breakfast was not ideal. more attention required by staff to ensure there are plates and bowls for the buffet. No water in the urn so the tea/coffee station was hectic.

Stylish hotel with comfy rooms. Free movies were a nice touch.

Nice part of Paris, easy to get to the centre. Staff at the hotel are all friendly and helpful. The breakfast is excellent and the restaurant was great with live music on Sunday night. Great cocktails too

I come here often. Always a good nights rest with comfortable bed and good shower.

Bathroom can do with a little extra cleaning. There is some dirt/ mold in the showercabin and in between the tiles..

Maintaining good quality over the years. Love the breakfast buffet, enjoy if you have time.

Missing some small touches like shampoo ea. also missing the possibility to use towels more than one time. The house keeping changes them everytime no matter if they are on a rack or not

At reception during check in we we told there was a rooftop which on day one wasn’t accessible because of a private party. On day two and three it was closed! The weather was beautiful: 25-28 degrees and sunny… But no access to the rooftop….

Booking via booking didn't came through correctly but was solved properly!

No eggs one morning. Realized you could order fried eggs on last day of our stay.

Efficient hotel with a friendly fun atmosphere

Rooms are relatively basic but value for money.

I ve been here very ofter over the last 10 years, and most of the aspects of the hotel have not changed and they keep it in good condition. Breakfast is very plentiful,fresh with a lot of choices. Beds and shower are great as always.

Missing the extra features in the room; no shampoo, no water cooker. Missing the possibility to opt out on new towels everyday to be a bit more environmental friendly. Even after all these years they still haven t noticed that I am a mrs and not a mr… no possibility to change this on my invoice?? Room prices have gone up 50% since corona but the hotel and facilities stayed the same?

The breakfast options are really huge and what I've been able to taste had very good quality. The bed was very comfortable and the room with two windows + AC made it extremely easy to have always the perfect temperature in seconds.

It's dark even in places where it's not needed (e.g., the breakfast, close to the desk in the room). It's sort of creepy/unfinished: not really an happy place. When it is crowded it tends to be too noisy. The carpet in the room.

Mama Shelter stays true to their brand values. It's a brand and you feel it in every hotel. I went to Paris with my 2 children of 23 and 25 and they really liked the ambiance in the hotel. The hotel area is nice and we easily took the bus or tube to the center. I stay regurarly for business myself in a Mama Shelter and it's hotel where you have a very good price/quality for Paris. And yes the rooms are small but this is Paris. So that is normal. The rooms are always clean. Connecting to streaming services as Netflix (which is possible on the tv) did not work. But bon who watches tv when you are in Paris ;)

Mama Shelter hotel as a concept is fun! Staff were super friendly, interiors are funky, atmosphere is nice, and the breakfast was amazing.

Rooms are too tiny (as expected), room is too dim- poor lighting. & if I recall correctly there wasn't even basic shampoo.

The hotel really has personality: the decor, the vibe, the roof terrace. Breakfast is excellent and had the best scrambled eggs in long time

The staff was very friendly. Realy great. The bathroom could be a bit bigger. Breakfast was lovely. Good variety.

Our stay was overall realy great but the thing that could be better was the the food that is served on the different places. On the roof terras we could not order a seperate dish and only the bqq menu with a starter, main dish and desert, while we only wanted a main dish. This was also an issue on the terras on the ground floor. Only the severall dishes were possible to order outside and not the pizza, while the pizza was made behind the glass where we were sitting. It was nbot the problem of the staff they stayed positive all the time, but aparantly policy. If that sort of things change if will be even more great.

Restaurant and pizzeria were both great! Rooms stylish and comfortable.

Rooftop bar was closed and locked. No toiletries provided in the bathroom, which seemed pretty mean!

We loved the hotel as soon as we arrived. Cool decor and great atmosphere. Rooms have everything you need, very comfortable beds. The restaurant is lovely with a great menu & delicious cocktails. The live DJ made it a fun experience. The breakfast buffet looked amazing, although we had a “small” breakfast which was delicious. There is also a pizza oven restaurant serving delicious pizza. Also recommend the Tiramisu! Great hotel, good value and suited our need’s perfectly.

Location was not in “central” Paris area but easy to access and was not a problem for us. Bus, Metro and Uber taxi.

Very small room, if you like "king-size-bed-room" (room with size like bed) it is your choice. Popular restourant inside, but too hard to get a table for dinner.
