Excellent breakfast, superfriendly staff, good bed.

Style and vibe of the place is awesome. Staff are friendly and helpful. It’s super quiet, well located. I love it

The weather meant the roof top bar wasn’t open but that’s not the hotels fault!

Location and staff

The hotel was very clean with an interesting modern atmosphere. It has a good location close to public transport. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was very good.

It was very dark almost everywhere in the hotel especially the breakfast area.

The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our dinner at the restaurant & the service. They had parking next to the hotel. Really great place to stay!

couldn't make a hot drink no kettle . The water was not hot the dial on the shower was stuck the reception staff were helpful however

The hotel had a cool, comfortable vibe, a lovely rooftop bar and great dining facilities.

It would have been nice to have a couple of plates, some cutlery and a kettle and cups in the room to make a cup of tea or coffee. There was a microwave but it wasn’t accompanied by anything else, which I thought was strange.

Front desk staff are very dog friendly however the rest of the staff - housekeeping are not and we were screamed and shouted at with our dogs because of their personal fears and prejudice by housekeeping despite having notice on the door that there were dogs in the room I would say this hotel is dog tolerant not dog friendly

Very good, elegant place and very clean. Staff is kind and helpful. I’ll be back on my next Parisian visit home.

A very cool hotel. We booked two hotel rooms and stayed here for two nights. I really liked the interior of the rooms. The staff was very helpful and accommodating.

A little loud in the evening. We stay on the top floor which was apparently right under the rooftop bar. The location is not the best but could be worse.

Friendly and supportive staff, we had some complaints and they were adequatly handled. Nice urban environment with a few good local restaurants around the corner.

Location was quiet and in front of a bus stop [76] Shower and breakfast were damn fine so it saved our stay

The single rooms are with 1 bed smaller than a queen. That feels like a punishment for not getting a double bed Roof terrace is closed on Mon. Tues. Days and that's a pity

i generally like mama shelter. they have good value for the money mostly and you accept that you re not super central but usually in a cool part of town and a nice spot.

its not great to reach by public transport but by taxi it was ok. was a litte more far out then i antcipated but that was my own bad research.

convenient with parking and not to far from outside paris, good beds friendly people. rooftop is a bonus

The breakfasts were excellent! The reception staff were always so helpful and recommended some great places to eat in the area. Despite some reviews complaining about the location being noisy, we found it to be quieter than we expected.

No coffee machine or kettle in the bedrooms, there's a little kitchen area with a skin but no glasses, cups, tea, etc. The rooftop isn't open during the day which is a shame, would be nice if the guests could go up to the rooftop even if the bar is closed.

Rooftop bar is a good vibe, staff are very helpful and the location is generally quiet but has a good atmosphere and good connections to the centre.

Near a church so occasional bell ringing but the windows are alright at cancelling this out. The aircon is ok, I can imagine quite poor in the hot summer.

A cool hip place in the lovely 20th arrondissement in Paris. Nice restaurants closeby and the hotel rooftopbar and restaurant are great too.

Metro is a 15min walk. The bus is a 2 min walk. But I'm not a big bus fan.

Loved the breakfast as really good and varied selection for all tastes and always had enough for everyone.

A pity the roof terrace wasn’t open but weather dependent

I didn't appreciate being turned away from the bar at midnight when it clearly states you're open until 1.30am.

This is my second stay here and will always be my go to Paris hotel. Although it’s in the 20th arrondissement, it’s easy to navigate Paris. The staff are all lovely and friendly and the bar is lively every night. Breakfast is great, the rooms are clean and comfortable

Single room was small

It was very clean, stylish, and had a cool atmosphere. The bar at night was especially lively and colorful, adding a great social energy to the place. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. Everything felt well-maintained and welcoming.

The location wasn’t ideal — the surrounding area didn’t have much to offer and it’s not the best starting point for exploring Paris. The staff in the bar and breakfast area were unfortunately not very friendly, which affected the overall experience. The rooms were a bit small, and there were no basic bathroom accessories provided, so you’ll need to bring your own.

The hotel is everything they promise. Good quality for the price. But be careful in the evening because on the way from the metro to the hotel a man tried to mug us at 11pm

Cool rooms, good vibe, nice breakfast. Good bus access and close to the famous and beautiful cemetery. The only bad thing was the breakfast coffee..sorry but it was the most disgusting coffee ever. I don't know why. Also there is a microwave in the room, but no plates, cups of utensils.

We’ve stayed here a number of times. Love the area and hotel restaurant and bar are great at weekends. Visited this time with our kids in their 20s who also loved it

The room is standard, they cleaned it every day. Parking is paid, underground. Breakfasts were very pleasing. Very tasty pastries, freshly squeezed juice, hot dishes.

The shampoo was replaced with a piece of soap like "three in one", we have never seen anything like that. For 3 days one piece of soap and one piece of such "shampoo".

The menu doenst feel like it’s changed for a few years. Would be nice for some different choices but it was still good dinner and buffet breakfast was good as always.

The tap in my shower was really hard to turn the heat up. It was stuck. O

location is so nice.transportation is so easy from this direction.hotel has bar and nice restaurant which has cool atmosphere..one important disadvantage and missing thing is heating system for the room,room was cold at winter..and breakfast just ordinary,they dont have cheese types etc..

The hotel is very nice. Rooms are very spacious. I really liked the design and the bed is very comfortable. Bathroom is bright and clean. Check in and out was easy and the staff was also very helpful.

The only thing was the location. It’s a bit far from the city center. We didn’t mind walking but keep in mind it’s about 15 minutes walk to the closest metro station.

Can't fault anything in this hotel. Definitely exceeded my expectations for a 2 star hotel. Staff were super helpful, knowledgeable and warm. Bar and restaurant were great.

A bit far from traditional tourist attractions if that's what you're looking for. But good if you want to get your steps in ha!

No pillow options. Only tall pillows, good for sleeping on your side and back, terrible for sleeping on your stomach.
