Fabulous
The location-very safe and close to the center, bus stop in front of the hotel, the cleanliness, the staff, the cozy atmosphere, the view of my room. I liked that my room was cleaned every day
The upstairs guests had kids and one night they were especially loud, so you might take into consideration to not put them at a high floor next time :) also I didn't like that the room did not have any kettle, coffee or tea

Good stay in family room
Well located from Nationaltheateret station, but visitors should know to walk towards Ibsen gate when leaving the train as that exit is much closer to the hotel. Good family room with two separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Beds were comfortable and the street started being noisy only around 7:00 a.m. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and well appointed, with extremely soft towels. Great value overall.
Unfortunately there was a group of travellers who checked in very late at night and were not asked by reception to keep it quiet, resulting in about 20 minutes of loud noises, shouting and slamming of doors. This event disrupted sleep and marred an otherwise very good stay.

The room is not quite clean, a lot of dust. The room is not designed for two people. Very inconvenient for tall and fat
Very polite and nice staff at reception. Everything was super. Could go downstairs for hot coffee and tea at any time
Close location to the center, very close to the big box stores and the waterfront, as well as a short train ride to the airport. Great!

Overall lovely stay
Fantastic Spa, great location, welcoming and very kind staff, lovely atmosphere and design, tasty breakfast, excellent eco-lover products in the bathroom, best is the room spray :).
Mattress is not so comfy, room a bit small. Breakfast bit overpriced.

If you adore the design and philosophy of this hotel (family-run feeling), I’d definitely recommend booking the biggest
The design of the hotel is wonderful.
Staff were unclear with instructions so I unfortunately couldn’t use the wellness facilities as planned. The ensuite bathroom was so small that I wonder how bigger people can actually comfortably use the toilet.

Everything was clean and eco-friendly. Workers in the hotel were very friendly and helpful.
To turn on the heater was tricky to figure out. Never encounter that type of the heater before. It should be some guidance how to use it.

A lovely stay.
The check-in clerk was very friendly and gave us easy directions to find dinner upon arrival. Though we had the do not disturb sign up, the cleaning crew left us fresh towels outside of our door. The floor of the bathroom was heated, which really made a chilly weekend so much better.
The room felt a little small but seeing as Oslo is a very expensive city, this was to be expected.
