self check-in.

location - near central station - tram stop (denningans, if i rmbr correctly) stops right outside the main door - ease and convenience of automated checking in/out - has big pantry/lounge area at ground floor for use

size - the room is abit cramped (but thats the price we paid for, so cant complain much) other than that, all good

Would have been good to have a few cups for water because our drink bottles didn’t fit in the sink. We did find some paper cups downstairs but 2 glasses would have been nice!

Rooms are very small. Elevator doesn’t work during stay.

I liked the locations, the downstairs facilities with the restaurant and self catering kitchen. The room was a good size for two people.

Bathroom was a bit small. And the heating issues in the morning made it a cold morning.

Everything was fine and clean except there was a smell coming from the bathroom. I don’t think it was due to lack of cleaning but due to bad ventilation. Everything else was very good! Check in and check out process were extremely easy and fast!

The location was great, it had great facilities and the value for money, in my opinion, it was good. The self check in is easy and simple, and the room, even small, was enough for us.

The only thing I would say it could be better is the bathroom, after the shower, there was a lot of water outside that it didnt dry.

Automatic check-in made my girlfriend extremely happy - quick easy and early. Everything in the room was adequate.

When needing support it was hard to track the staff and get help. The check-in machine said we got an upgrade but I don't think we did and got exactly the room we booked.

Super comfortable beds, nice showers with underfloor heating, extremely easy check in and check out, and exceptional location.

No amenities in the room, not even water bottles, glasses or iron, no shampoo and conditioner just one cheap body wash type substance in a dispenser in the shower so I’d bring your own. Iron, glasses etc could all be found in communal areas so this was okay!

The room has a window but looking to an internal patio. I would prefer an external window. When you choose a room with a window you can not choose an internal or external window.

Looks like the best rooms are the internal rooms.

No TV, but who needs a TV anymore? Toilet paper a bit sandpapery.. and would love a more functional soap dispenser rather than something you have to hit 20 times to get a handful. Would have been nice to at the very least have a glass or cup for a midnight sip of water. Central, clean, cheap (for Oslo!), good facilities.

The check-in was easy, communication prior was good with the code needed. The hotel was clean, labeled clearly to know where to go for the room. The community kitchen has what you need, including refrigerator space and cups (since neither are in your room). The bed was really comfortable. Check-out was also very easy. Location very near the metro/train hub was superb!

There were no cups and no TV in the room. We realized we could get cups from the community kitchen, so that was solved. No TV was a bit odd, but not a deal-breaker.

Central position. In terms of quality/price, probably the best hotel in the central area of Oslo.

Rooms very small and with a sad/gloomy design. But 1- it s Oslo, not Rome or Paris. 2- it's cheap and central. It's ok that rooms are not fancy/beautiful.

Nice large room near to station and city centre.

No kettle in room and the coffee machine in the communal kitchen dispensed the worst coffee that I have tasted for a long time, and you had to pay for it! No TV in the room either despite the sockets on the wall that had been clearly put in for one, needs covering up with a picture.

Super clean bathroom and a comfortable bed. The interior design of the rooms and the lobby area is very cool.

Check in was a little confusing, since no one was there to help , since check in was 3pm, I was not sure if I could try to check in at 1pm.

The hotel is located just 3 minutes from the main train station and within walking distance of tourist attractions. The hotel consists of blocks A, B, and C. Check-in is done individually, and check-out is also completed through a kiosk. There is a restaurant in the lobby, and at the entrance there is a spacious kitchen area with an oven and counter where you can prepare your own food.

Apart from the room having a very small window and no minibar, it is a very nice and clean hotel.

We booked 2 rooms — 1 double bed and 1 twin bed. The twin bed room was spacious, while the double bed room felt quite small, including the bathroom. The twin room faces the tram line, and the double room faces the office. Both are quiet and comfortable. Everything is self-service, from check-in and key collection to check-out. The location is excellent, within walking distance to the train station, Opera House, Karl Johans gate (shopping area), souvenir shops like Waynor, coffee shops, and halal food options.

The lift is very slow, but we found another lift with a red door — older but works fine, a nice little hack to move faster. Hotel guests get 10% off meals at the café, though the menu choices are limited.

The location of the hotel is very central, and it’s possible to reach most places on foot. If you don’t feel like walking, there’s a tram stop right in front of the hotel. It’s also just a 5-minute walk from the Central Station. I was satisfied with the cleanliness of both my room and the hotel in general; I didn’t have any negative experiences. The room was a bit cool for me, but I was able to get a heater from the reception when I asked. Breakfast is not included, but there’s a door inside the hotel that leads directly to the café downstairs. The breakfast there was nice and sufficient. This will definitely be the hotel I stay at again when I come back to Oslo.

When I contacted them through Booking, they were very helpful and professional. However, when I asked a question face-to-face, their attitude was rather indifferent. They continued to talk amongst themselves in their own language and only reluctantly provided an answer. Unfortunately, this wasn't a pleasant experience. Thankfully, you don’t have to communicate with them unless absolutely necessary.

It is walking distance to key attractions. Very easy check in and check out. Comfortable stay.

Location was pretty good, and easy to check in and out using the contactless screens. I liked that there was kitchen facilities which made it easy to prepare bottles for baby (although would have been easier if there was facilities in the room). View from the room was fantastic.

The room was tiny, and the bed took up almost all the space so once we were in there with luggage and cot it was extremely tight. As a budget hotel there were some interesting characters staying.

The location is so convenient for anything you want to do! You can easily take the train, visit museums, go on a cruise, and more. The lobby has plenty of cozy corners where you can sit, watch TV, or chat with friends. It’s a really cool place to stay. There are also basic kitchen items that guests can use for free, like a kettle and disposable utensils for eating.

However, it would have been perfect to have real plants instead of plastic ones.

the room was clean, and all complain or suggestion I want to make is bed light on every side of bed. There is nothing else to complain about. The check in and out was working excellent. We receive a kettle and hairdryer on request and the restaurant accessible from within work excellent and provide excellent breakfast

Information and maps availability in foyer as well as assistance in foyer at all times. All our questions were always well and friendly answered. The tram was also so conveniently located just outside the door

Toilet sink was for kids, shower curtain (glass) did not touch the floor, had a gap so the bathroom floor gets wet while showering (room 204)

Location provides access to all things needed. Food is available, attractions are nearby. Also the train station is very closely located.

Near the Oslo central station, groceries, shops, pharmacies. It’s self check-in, modern, clean. It has a common kitchen with basic equipment like bread toaster, fridge, microwave and a kettle. On the 1st floor, there are several places you could chill in. There are vendo machines and tv’s.

Got confused which elevator to take. There are 3 elevator groups designated to your room number (A,B,C)
