Excellent location; very practical self-check-in/out; rooms are very silent

The entire hotel including elevators (but excluding rooms) were heavily smelling food. The room might be cleaner.

Location and affordable price.

No glasses in the room to drink water with. No hand towels.

Nice location, shopping street and Oslo train station just within few minutes walk.

Had to wait quite a bit to check in as room wasn’t ready at 3pm as stated, due to housekeeping delays.

The central location within walking distance to the train station and sights, cosy room, got a water kettle from reception for the room. My room type wasn't ready after 3pm from the kiosk, the lady at the reception upgraded me to another room type.

Great location! Seems like a pretty big hotel, however it’s spacious with nice and visible navigation around. A room itself was clean and comfy. Separate compliment for a bed - amazing mattress. Very cozy sleep! Also I was impressed with how hot was bathroom floor. Couldn’t stand there with bare feet for too long. But generally experience at this hotel was nice

I was accommodated right above the tram stop, however my window didn’t shut fully, so it was loud. When I went to change the staff took a while and had to check the room, to let me switch. But it was managed in the end!

The bathroom was really clean and the check in and out process was seamless. The lounge area was great and had all the necessary amenities including laundry and ironing spaces

The bedroom was really congested and there was no space to keep our luggage without causing more congestion

Location is excellent. It is close to central station and there is tram stop right in front of the hotel. Staff are helpful and nice. Though rooms are clean.

Room is relatively basic with no small refrigerator, no glass and water pot. The water in common is not refilled in night. Bathroom is small and no hanger for hanging clothes.

Perfect location to explore the city, all main attractions/ districts within a 15 minute walk

Unluckily renovation work was happening when we there and replacement facilities were basic

Great location in central Oslo - super close to the train station that connects Oslo airport with the city. Also close to the trams. Small but comfortable room, very clean. Good value. No staff around - it's all self service, but works well including the easy to use self-service luggage storage.

Great location - easy walk from the train station (train from airport). Easy to walk to all the main tourist attractions. 12:00 check out time was much appreciated and they allowed me a late check out til 1pm. This hotel was very cheap.

The hotel was very chaotic. Check-in was absolutely manic with the whole check in area seemingly under construction. They issued me a key that didn't work so had to trek back and forth with bags. The staff we generally quite poor. I went to get a late check out which they allowed (5 people standing round behind one computer while there were about 20 guests queuing for assistance) but then they failed to add it to my booking so I was harassed by the cleaner in the morning to leave my room. All in all the experience was less 'hotel' like and more like budget travel - perhaps flying with a low cost airline but all and all I didn't mind at the price was low.

Not really much but maybe just a bad timing, I checked out around 5-6pm and just went to my appointment and then went back to the hotel to take a warm bath,I didn’t have time to roam around the city to find place to eat coz I was tired and cold so I decided to maybe just find something on the vended machine, but wasn’t able to get something coz when I choose a product it says it’s offline something like that, like I can’t go any further to choose any option so i just skip and went to my room and sleep.

Great location, with a bus and tram stop right outside the hotel. The room was clean and nice, although I didn't like the design of the bathroom, water comes from the shower and the floor gets wet! It was clean, nice and the receptionist was extremely helpful

Great central location in Oslo. Overall, apart from the first night’s heat issue, the stay met our expectations.

The room was clean, but the common areas, although spacious and well organized, were very dirty. The main issue was the heat in the room on the first night: the temperature was extremely high, almost suffocating. We turned off the heating and opened the window, but it took quite a while for the room to cool down...and we just wanted to go to sleep.

Many processes in the hotel are automated, so there is not much direct contact with the staff – which works very well. However, there is also a staff member available at the reception desk. Unfortunately, this is where I have to mention my only point of criticism: I was traveling with a baby, a stroller, a grandma and two heavy suitcases. One of the elevators was out of service. When I asked how to get to the third floor, I was briefly told that there was another elevator. Since the layout is quite winding in the beginning, we had to search for it and accidentally took the wrong one first. With a baby, luggage, a stroller, and after a long journey, this was very exhausting and frustrating. I would have appreciated a bit more support here – for example, a clearer explanation of the way or someone briefly standing up to point us in the right direction, especially knowing that it might be easy to end up at the wrong elevator. Accept this and In Overall it was a very good stay

Nice facilities with complementary bag storage. I would recommend paying extra for a "balcony room" away from the noisy areas of the hotel.

My room was right on top of the hotel entrance on floor 3. It was quite noisy during my weekend stay. I was also right next to the bright sign above the entrance; the provided curtains were able to block most of the light, but some of it got in.

Very close to the train station and to most of the cultural places in Oslo. The place looked very modern and young. Very convenient to have a self check in /checj out (we arrived at 1.30 am and left at 6 am ).

The location was amazing, balcony was great being on the 7th floor, and the price was very reasonable.

Perfect location. Everything ran smoothly and we were even able to check in one hour early. Microwave, toaster, fridge and boiler are available. Super helpful staff.
