Booking in was easy as was booking out. My single room was just what I needed and very 🤫 Staff spot on and super helpful. Location very close to the Train station and harbour area.

The small double was very small but we knew what to expect. The checkin and out process is as easy as it could possibly be and the common areas are welcoming.

The Oslo Citybox location was perfect as we were traveling by train into and out of the city. Being able to leave luggage was very helpful and the checkin and checkout process is very easy. The room had a bit more space than during previous stay and that was helpful. In any case, it's exactly what is billed - a clean, inexpensive spot in a central location in Oslo.

Instructions and costs for leaving and picking up luggage could be made a bit more clear.

The bed was a bit too soft for my taste, but that’s a personal preference. Also, if you get a room facing the street, you might hear the trams in the early morning hours.

Great location. Approx 5 mins walk from central train station and within walking distance to Karl Johans gate (Main Street of the city Oslo). Friendly and helpful service staff.

I never saw a staff person, if I needed assistance I don't know how I would have gone about contacting a facility employee. Upon entering the the facility noted a hole in the sheetrock which appeared to have been created by someone's boot as well as a shattered glass entrance door - same appearance as the sheetrock. There was no repair during by 3 night stay.

It was so nice to be able to check-in earlier. Thank you! I liked the location and the facilities at the hotel. There's a kitchen with two microwaves, fridge and a kettle where you can prepare your meals and eat. There're paper cups, plates, forks, knives and spoons that you can use free of charge. Tab water is drinkable in Norway; so you just need to bring your bottle with you. There's a very nice small cafe right next to the hotel with an entrance inside the hotel, which serves pizza and sandwiches with hot and cold beverages for the ones who would like to eat outside. Although the room was small, it's enough for one person if you travel with a cabin-size luggage. The bathroom was in good size.

The hotel's location was fantastic—central and close to everything! The property was clean and ideal for a short stay. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. Additionally, the common kitchen downstairs was very convenient and well-maintained.

Room was small, but cozy. The bed and duvet were the most comfortable I have had in a hotel EVER. I understand why that is a FAQ on their website now! WiFi was fast. Hotel was very quiet without much noise from neighbors or the street. I also liked that I could open the small window in the room for fresh air. The bathroom floor was heated, which was a nice surprise! Excellent location 3 blocks from central station, walkable to waterfront, walkable to downtown.

The hotel lobby, corridor, and elevator system across the 3 buildings is a little hard to navigate with a heavy suitcase. Many times I walked by the front desk and it was unstaffed.

It is at walking distance to most of the tourist atractions and the train and metro stations.

The airconditioning was very strong and it wasnt possible to turn it off or lower it.

I stayed there for 5nights and there was no house keeping service provided

it's important to pay attention to which part of the building the room is in - there are three separate elevators leading to the different wings.

+ location is perfect, close to the train station and just within the city centre + it was clean + there was a lot of space in the common areas on the ground floor, where also a kitchen was located - it surprised me very positively

Self service - in case if a problem there was a person there but generally you're self sufficient - its nicer if you have a personal contact with the stuff... but ut was cheaper without... We got a 4 persons bedroom instead of 2 person - I would like it more without a spare bunk bed.

Pillows weren't great. No way to have a glass of water in my room I couldn't find the off switch for the side lights. The only way I could turn the lights off was by removing the key from the holder by the door.
