Great location, modern facilities, comfortable bed and clean room.

Small size room, not much space to move and put your belongings and small windows.

could hear the tram from our room but wasn't bad unless you're wanting an early night and are a light sleeper

The location can’t be beat. The tram line that links many Oslo sight stops right in front of the hotel,and the bus stops at one block away. Nice helpful staff.

The thread that fastened shower head was worn, didn’t stay up. It was hard to take shower. Also lack of shelving forced us not being able to unpack.

Windows did not function very well

It was centrally situated but still quiet! It was close to Oslo S which was great! No TV in the room was ok although it was at times noisy to watch TV downstairs with people coming g and going. Could a better solution be found? The kitchen was great- loved buying/ making our own food!

Our room was a bit small. Would have liked to see more of hotel personnel.

Its close proximity to everything in the city from tourist attractions to public transportation to restaurants.

Easy checkin and a handy location to train station and restaurants. Clean and all you need for an overnight stay.

Location was great and the room was basic but clean and comfortable.

Well situated, efficient and clean.

The hotel is in a good location, nearby a shopping area and restaurant.

The location was 5 minutes away from the train station and directly behind a tram stop. It’s 15-20 minutes away from all main attractions. Check in and check out went smooth with the automated machines.

Beds were small for 192cm person. Not that comfortable. No cleaning service during our stay. I felt it’s a bit expensive for the value.

Rom is tiny. Location is quite good. All areas are quite clean.

Location, location, location and I’m a fan of Citybox, I love the concept- laundry, access to quality restaurants, communal areas, microwave and coffee making facilities

Not so clean. Also quite rowdy when fully booked.

The rooms are small but cozy with everything you need. A lots of services at the hotel which are shared but done in cool way, like kitchen and shared spaces to watch TV, or work. Also restaurants in the hotel where you can eat or have breakfast. And of course the location is perfect, you can reach everything on foot.

Clean, good location and just a box really, but we weren't in the room much so ok. It was comfortable and clean so we were happy.

Norway is expensive but Citybox was the most cost effective for what we needed and very close to train station and harbour/city centre.

Rooms are small. Bed, pillows, duvet comfortable. Spacious common areas. Close to train station, shops, major sights.

Heavy late night tram service noise

The location is great. It’s only a few minutes walk from the train station.

There is no fridge in the room

This is a budget hotel and it is good at what it does. Room was basic but clean and modern with super fast wifi, kitchen had basic facilities but also clean and modern. Easy check in and check out, comfortable stay, great central location, no complaints.

A centrally located budget hotel. Close to the train station and DFDS terminal. Guests can use a simple communal kitchen. For Oslo a good price-quality ratio.

Too bad you couldn't open the window. If you are taller than 1.75 meters, do not take a budget single room. It has a very sloping ceiling under the roof.
