It is cozy, in the center

The little bumps on the corridors. I didn’t see one of them and I fell down very badly. There was no sign. Not good for safety.

Very close to the train station and to most of the cultural places in Oslo. The place looked very modern and young. Very convenient to have a self check in /checj out (we arrived at 1.30 am and left at 6 am ).

The location was amazing, balcony was great being on the 7th floor, and the price was very reasonable.

Easy access and check-in. Room works and the atmosphere is nice.

The rooms shover drain doesn't intake water very well and the tables besides bed are too small.

Perfect location. Everything ran smoothly and we were even able to check in one hour early. Microwave, toaster, fridge and boiler are available. Super helpful staff.

Room soundproofing was not good. Could hear conversations and noise from next door. Hit my head against the slanted ceiling.

Perfect location, clean and comfortable property. Easy and practical check-in and check-out. While the property doesn’t directly offer meals, it provides discounts for one restaurant and one cafeteria within the same building. I highly recommend the breakfast buffet.

I personally did not have any issues, I just heard a young woman crying on the phone, complaining that her luggage was stolen from the storage room and that the staff took no responsibility for that. This primed me to be a bit more alert with my belongings, but this is probably a reasonable requirement within a property with so little interaction with human staff!

Amazing location, super easy check-in and check-out. Clean, tidy and beautiful hotel all around. Room was small, but we didnt mind. Great for the price!

The room was clean, quiet and covered my basic needs for a one-night stay. The location was very convenient for the station and Karl Johan gate.

A bit sad to have no friendly face at reception. Could have been some information about breakfast options. The experience was very impersonal.

Location was superb for central Oslo and the pizzeria attached was fantastic.

The location was great and it felt clean. Communal spaces were nice and I enjoyed a game of scrabble.

Minimalist facilities (no TV etc), but good minimals.

We booked the junior suite as we like to have a sofa/couch if staying anywhere more than one night. The room was a corner room so it had lots of windows and space. It is super close to the train station. They have laundry facilities onsite and using them was very convenient and easy.

The facilities in the hotel are great! There is space to hold luggage, wash clothes, a kitchen area and a pizza restaurant. Staff were nice. Easy to check in and out. No issues with Wifi. Cleanly room. Good location.

We liked self checking, hotel has really good location. Apartments are pretty standard, not new, but for this price relatively good.

Fuss-free and easy check-in and check-out experience. Very well located and good value for money. Would recommend to anyone who is not planning on staying at their hotel room too much, given that rooms are on the smaller side.

There should be cups in the bathroom. But nothing else to criticise.

Rooms small and did not provide adequate maneuvering space for couple with luggage other than items on floor, Cracked but function shower head not replaced after advised to hotel staff who said they would change out. No TV in room if that’s important, but internet fast

The room was clean and functional, the shower was hot and the bathroom was a decent size. We found the bed was comfortable too. The room was very warm when we checked in initially, but it was possible to adjust the heating and / or open a window.

The room was a little worn, there was a nail sticking out of the skirting board and no hook by the sink to hang towels for drying hands, there were dirty marks on the walls and a hook that was about to fall off where an attempt had been made to attach it before. The table could be better positioned in the room to give more space around the bed. I had stayed at Citybox Bergen and the room their was in a better state and had a better layout.

Great location, easy access to downtown and most points of interest were close by. Very convenient for transport, tram stops right out side door and central train station 5 min walk. Room was comfortable.
