The extensive lobby area and kitchen with all the facilities that you need to make tea or coffee or prepare a simple meal. Location is perfect too.

The shower screen had a leak that would make the whole bathroom wet.

Quite convenient next to train station and most of the places you can take a walk.

If you get a room next to the roadside it might be noisy

Excellent value for money. The room, kitchen area, and lounge were spotless and very well maintained. Staff were always available and approachable, which made the stay especially pleasant.

The stairwells could benefit from more frequent cleaning.

I have a bad knee injury and the chair was broken when I seated and nearly, fall, not good.

There were no any glass inside room for drinking water Matress was very soft and pillow to high , I used towels instead pillow, and air-condition is not working till 12 night it was too hot I couldn't sleep, it should work from 11 night to 8 morning And no any small fridge inside room

Very nice location, a few minutes walk from the central station. Easy self check in and check out, 24h kitchen, vending machine, coffee, tea it has everything you need, and the tram station is right outside.

Very spacious lobby, the room was bigger than I expected from the pictures. I could walk to different places and there's a mini market close by.

There was no kettle unfortunately.

I was staying there only for one night and that was enough. Good location and pretty clean overall. Very basic

Towels should be replaced, they were clean but stinky.

Due to check in and checkout being fully digital with the machines in the first floor and there being no real reception, it was troublesome to find staff to ask questions

Staff are sat in a office and will help if they have too but they stay out the way and seem to be standoffish

Beds and bed sheets were ok, but the room and floors could be cleaner

Great location, good shared facilities and decent space in rooms for a city break.

The carpet in the rooms were very thin and rough. Cleanliness wasn’t poor but could use some work - it was clear the beds weren’t cleaned under often and the bathroom needed review.

Need shampoo and conditioner, shower just has general soap

The location is absolutely perfect, the hotel has everything you need. The staff are very attentive, the room was very clean.

Very noisy from outside until 4am even though i was on the 7th floor. 1of the locks on the window was broken so window would not close tightly. Bed / pillows uncomfortable.

Bit hard to find way round between parts of the building. Did not really see any staff around .

The least that can be done is provide kettle with coffe/tea > although there is a vending machine downstairs

The room was comfortable and basic it’s fine for a couple of nights, the staff was friendly when I asked for a kettle and told them the heating was not working in the room (320) they provided me an effective portable heater. The communal kitchen was good. The room was quiet I couldn’t hear any outside noise or neighbours. I would recommend for a cheap stay which is what I needed. If you have a big suitcase you will struggle to find room to put this btw.

The living area space couches were uncomfortable and heating not working in the room but this was sorted quickly :)

Very easy and automated check in and check out process. Great facilities with a small kitchen woth microwaves, plenty of space to sit and hang out, well stocked vending machines with wraps, sandwiches and more. Small but tidy and clean room. Central location with walking distance to central station and main shopping street.

The floor of the room was a bit sticky, I think it was the material but didnt feel great, wasnt noticeable with socks but obly woth bare feet.

size - the room is abit cramped (but thats the price we paid for, so cant complain much) other than that, all good

Smoothest check in and check out experience I’ve ever had. Fab location. Very minimal but good value for what you get

Would have been good to have a few cups for water because our drink bottles didn’t fit in the sink. We did find some paper cups downstairs but 2 glasses would have been nice!

Rooms are very small. Elevator doesn’t work during stay.

I liked the locations, the downstairs facilities with the restaurant and self catering kitchen. The room was a good size for two people.

Bathroom was a bit small. And the heating issues in the morning made it a cold morning.
