What better way to take in the world-famous theme park scene than staying at one of the biggest? Sapphire Falls Resort is on-site accommodation at Universal Studios. This is a luxurious and fun place to stay so you can still have easy access to the huge theme park right there.
Staying here will transport you into the tropics and to an area of relaxation, fun, and peace. Who would not want the jungle experience (kind of) while enjoying Florida? With gorgeous architecture, plenty of palm trees, and water features all about, you feel like you are in an oasis of fun.
One interesting feature of this hotel is the number of rooms. There are literally 1000 rooms on site. For some, this may be far too much and bring too much foot traffic. For others, this means that there are top-class amenities to take advantage of. So, depending on your preferences, this could be a pro or a con.
On that same note, there are a number of great suites available to stay in. This upgrades your stay and puts you in a great position to enjoy your time at Universal. Although it will cost extra, it will be worth it.

Great resort, will stay again
Fantastic location, can walk (or take boat) to universal CityWalk. Room is large and updated. Service was great.

Loved the boat to city walk was included
Love the beautiful landscape for taking my daughters prom pictures. Staff was very helpful.
Paying extra for parking for the price you pay to stay a night parking should be included. Prices at restaurant over priced for meal you get.

Fabulous hotel in perfect location for access to Universal.
Resort feel property. Water taxi to Universal. Pool area was fabulous and the hot tub. Balls & pool noodles in the pool for general use. Lemonade in the lobby in the afternoons. Shop & cafe have long opening hours so lovely to have a coffee or pizza when you come back in the evening.
It would have been great to have breakfast included as it worked out to be very costly for a family of four for a week. The service at the pool bar was poor and poorly staffed. Room wasn’t very big for four people for a week.

The hotel property is beautiful. There are a lot of great food options both at the hotel and just a ferry ride away. The pool was amazing. Getting to and from the parks was easy. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Great option for Universal
The facilities were nice - the perks were also nice- early admission to the park. Great pool, and little market for quick breakfast or snacks on the go. Close proximity to all the parks

We loved the hotel and all the amenities. It was exceptionally clean and fresh smelling.
Everything!! From the lobby to the rooms and the restaurants, and staff was super friendly and helpful. All the water taxi captains were awesome too. Some of the staff that stood out by name were Nico and David (from the Kanteen), Alessandra (from Amatista), and especially Mark Huurneman (Director of Food & Beverage). However, all were extremely kind and helpful.
The staff at the coffee shop were a little too matter-of-fact rather than kind and friendly as were everyone else. They seemed a little disinterested in showing a lot of enthusiasm toward the hotel guests in our opinion.

Amazing, we will definitely be back next year. This is now one of our favourite resort hotels

Staff were all super friendly
Beds were comfortable
Facilities were amazing and the gym was massive with brilliant opening times to get to the gym before the parks
The taxi is amazing and the walkway was really nice
We didn’t love the sliding bathroom door
There were not a lot of cheap food options compared to some of the other resorts

Amazing Property!
The room was perfectly clean and in order, the staff went above and beyond to be kind and help wherever possible and it's the perfect location to stay for visiting Universal. The boat ride to CityWalk was so easy and made our trip so enjoyable.
