Location, theme, hotel staff, transport to theme parks by boats, and responsiveness.

Humidity smell in the corridors. No bellboy services to take the bags on checkout after midnight. More lights are needed in the extra kids room.

I thought that the property was clean and looked very nice. Had a beautiful pool a game room, which are always nice options to have when traveling with the family.

I wish they had a little bit more affordable eating options or buffet was quite pricey $32 per person and anyone who has kids even though My Son is not a huge eater and I pay $32 for two pancakes because that’s all he really eats

Restaurant prices and limited menus hours of operation. Catina by pool never open during advertised business hours. Electric receptacles didn't work and there was no power bank station for charging electronics.

Love how they decorate for Christmas, the paths around the property for walking my dogs, they Love dogs, the staff is so friendly and helpful (they assisted as I got photos at the Christmas tree), and loved the text helpers!

The new parking technology that never worked. They finally just raised the gates. I’m sure it’s being worked on. Just an inconvenience.

I love that the property has everything you could need. Shopping, restaurants, a place to eat breakfast, amazing pool with pool side food and drinks, a water taxi direct to the park, and soooooo much more

Room was well appointed, clean, and spacious. Very friendly staff, great resort theming, perfect location, rapid lifts, and an outstanding pool area. Overall a fantastic stay and Sapphire may have overtaken Royal Pacific as my favourite. Highly recommended.

Very minor gripe about limited hot and cold grab and go options at New Dutch Trading Co. within the resort.

The pool was much colder than it should be. I guess that they are trying to save money but cutting back on the heaters.

The water taxi option to universal city walk, and the parks is a big plus staying here. You go through security at the hotel dock which is also convenient. Rooms are large and clean.

Room service took so long we had to call to cancel it as we were all falling asleep.

The carpet in the hallways made it difficult to roll heavier luggage.

The entire place was amazing the food, location the water taxi it exceeded all my requirements. My daughter and I went on a week getaway to Universal and we spent the whole time there. Everything was just amazing.

The food and the water taxi was a plus.

Very busy at weekends, probably because of Halloween Horror Nights at Universal so couldn't get into the hotel bar, 2 hour wait for a table they said Breakfast is very expensive and only average Hotel bar is whiskey and rum based and limited deserts, could expand the menu a little for those looking for night cap and snack with some more vodka based cocktails

Wasn’t a huge fan of their buffet breakfast. Prefer their regular menu for breakfast.

Price of food. We are a family of six, not a lot to choose from that was any cheaper than park prices.

Literally everything from the friendly staff, to the extremely comfortable beds, to the location being a perfect walking distance from the parks. This is the ideal hotel to fully immerse yourself in the bubble of universal.

The only thing that would make it better is a complimentary basic breakfast which for the price of the hotel I would expect.

Car parking charges made clearer as we drove down from Melbourne airport when we checked in managed a better deal at $15.00 per day

Close to Universal Parks & the ferry service was great for getting to and from the parks and hotel. The pool was great and open well into the evening to cool off after a day at the parks.

The room was very small for the price and calling the room a ‘pool view’ was a stretch on the 4th floor when blocked by the pool buildings and trees.

I loved the pool area especially the slide! The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel location was in the middle of everything at Univeral. Great staff!

Order a microwave for the room which was delivered broken. Took another hour to get a working one then they did not remove it from the room when asked. A bag of trash sat outside our room for 2 days before we reported it to the manager for removal.

Great resort with nice pool, comfy rooms, clean facilities, and use of water taxi.

I wish I was told how to get to the water taxi when I checked in.

very good hotel with great location and very high level facilities - a fitness room, wide pool and easy parking/ the family room is too small narrow the water taxi - This was the main reason we got the hotel - but it wasn't much accsable in rush hours. ONLY 2 boats going and returning with great amount of people trying to get back ay 22:00 end time of parks. more than an hour waiting at the pier (in rainy weather) .
