Great Location, price, rooms very clean, staff friendly

This property is just gorgeous. The pools were heated and clean, and there are so many things to do. Every staff member we encountered was lovely and helpful. We forgot an item in the hotel room and they shipped it back to me, free of charge. Just an overall lovely place.

It was huge, beautiful, clean. You had everything you would need here. Scenery was beautiful in the rooms and you’re amazed the moment you turn into the hotel, and walk in. Check in was easy. They packed my language and brought it up, treated like royalty. They have many dining options, pools were huge and clean with food and beverages service while you relax. Definitely a bargain especially booking with booking.com. Love it!

Had a few issues, one with a cleaning crew staff. I stayed 3 nights and on the 2nd day I called down to the front desk to request extra toiletries when we got room service. One of the cleaning ladies came up with the extra toiletries and questioned me why I had them bring it and didn’t I know that when they cleaned the room they brought it anyways, threw me off like I did something wrong. I requested it that way, but even if I didn’t, I felt like it was rude from her. I requested a service she did not have to question it to me like she did not want to come. 2nd is parking is expensive. 3rd would be It’s hard to connect your phone or fire stick to TV, wish they were up to date and had smart TV’s. The channel I wanted to watch was blacked out with only audio. It staff was wonderful and came up right away, but they couldn’t fix it.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Rosen Shingle Creek and I can't recommend it highly enough. 🌟 Although we encountered a small hiccup with the Arcade, where a third-party vendor's machine was out of service, the situation was handled exceptionally well. 🎮 My autistic child was quite upset about not being able to redeem his hard-earned tickets for a prize. However, Mr. Yu, the manager, went above and beyond to make things right. He followed up with a thoughtful call after our visit and arranged for the vendor to ship the item directly to our home. 📦 This level of service truly impressed me! 🙌 There are numerous dining options and amenities to enjoy, making it a perfect destination for families. 🍽️ We look forward to returning and highly recommend Rosen Shingle Creek to anyone seeking a top-notch hotel experience. 🛎️✨

While the hotel is upscale and beautifully maintained, I did notice that the room had a bit of a smell, which was slightly off-putting. However, this minor issue did not overshadow the overall experience. 🏨

The restaurant The Land That Was, the name may not be exactly right but the customer service was exceptional 👌. The lamb ribs and the Management and staff superior.

One of the most beautiful hotels I've stayed at that did not break the bank. Staff was kind, the rooms were stunning, property is exceptionally maintained. Could stay at the pool/hot tub area all day. Shops are right across the street. Parks are around the corner. Already planning a weekend trip just to stay there again!

It’s a beautiful with several pools, nice grounds, beautiful lobby. The employees were sincerely happy and expressed praise for the owner ( now deceased) his son ( who is carrying on the tradition of philanthropy) and perks of working at what was Mr. Rosen’s flagship hotel.

The prices in the market were akin to airport sundry prices ! Ouch! Parking was close to $40 per night. Not a real walkable area to get off grounds.

Well 2 things, the rooms definitely did not get cold! Which really wasn't good for me and my asthma And all the hotel staff was nice but a tall dark haired girl working in the Mexican restaurant, she walked pasted us a number of times and just was out right rude, I had to ask the bartender to be seated, not sure why she's working there treating customers like that.

Very nice!

I liked having access to a hot tub after all the walking in the convention center all week. Also the golf corse was nice and the shuttle to Universal and epic universe was a sweet bonus. Overall it was clean and peaceful most of the week.

Towards the middle of the week the fire alarm went off one morning and staying on a higher up floor there was no guidance as to whether or not we needed to evacuate. With staff actually cleaning and working in the rooms on the same floor I believe a little more training could go to use on helping guest for possibly evaluation notifications. Or if its a drill. Also on the last night there a few teens tried kicking down the door to our room and yelling trying to get in and carrying on around 1130 at night. Only to claim they were at the wrong room once I asked what I could help them with without opening the door.

I loved everything about this place. It was absolutely amazing. I had already stayed one night in Orlando at another hotel. But much later after I had checked out, I decided to stay another night in Orlando, so I booked this on Booking.com. When I pulled up, I couldn't believe my eyes or my luck for the price! There was nothing not to love about the Rosen Shingle Creek. The view from my room on the 9th floor was a giant Christmas tree and two beautiful pools. My room was exceptionally clean, and all the staff were amazingly friendly. I also had the breakfast buffet, which was very large, with many choices of good food, and the service was excellent! I will definitely try to stay at this hotel the next time I'm in Orlando. Thank you!

Self-parking is a bit of a walk, but they have shuttle service. I guess that can't be helped at such a large resort.

It was fabulous, with beautiful pools and simple logistics to reach Epic Universal. The place was hopping — a wedding, a themed party, and a black-tie event for Canine Partners were all happening at once. From a guest’s perspective, it was like watching the Easter Parade stroll by.

If you’re gonna go to Universal or Disney or a convention, this is the hotel for you. It’s conveniently located easy to get in and out lots of parking.

I didn’t like all the extra fees they hit you up for parking and other things like that. The pillows were terrible. The bed was comfortable. The staff was nice.

Ryan at the front desk was great. Our flight was cancelled. He gave us late check out and told us we could enjoy the rest of the hotel until our train ride at 6pm. Beautiful place.

The check-in process in theory was nice (a can’t circles around the self parking to drive you up to the property). But I personally preferred to park at the front, take care of my check in and continue. It appeared that they are only covered about the valet parked. Wish there was more clear direction.
