It was clean, the nice smell on the hallways, the attention from the people outside in the valet.

Pillows are tiny, the hotel needs renovation, a little upgrade.

Went from the room to the pool and back. Pools were great. 3 pools, plenty of chairs and umbrellas. There is at least one large heated pool. The other pool we ventured into did not feel heated. I cannot vouch for the third. There is also a smaller kiddie pool and two hot tubs. There is a Publix supermarket very near by, about a ten minute walk (its literally across the street but the driveway to the resort is long), and the room has a minifridge. There are also plenty of food options in the resort and a mini-market.

Easy check in. I received the level of floor I had requested. Friday evening food somewhat limited.

18th Street Market employees were visiting with one another, eating food on duty and looking inattentive on 2/14/25 at 5 pm. Not a good image.

Beautiful resort with amazing restaurants and pool. The rooms are very clean and spacious with a comfortable bed.

The only downside I had was that the spa charges an automatic 20% gratuity fee to your bill. I don't think anyone should be obligated to leave a certain percentage of tips.

$32.00 a night self-service parking and front desk clerk taking my card and swiping it without telling me first (until I asked) what she was charging to my card.

Huge facility, nice and clean, Mexican restaurant was amazing.

The AC didn’t appear to be working in our room, had to call for maintenance.

The stay was worth it. I had a great view from my room. My room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was a quick, efficient, and easy check-in process. Kevin, the manager at the Mexican/Tequila Restaurant, was amazing, and the gentleman who made the awesome homemade salsa was great. The food and drinks were excellent. The shuttle drivers were professional, very helpful, and patient. My experience at this property was Fantastic. I can't wait to stay again!

Room was clean and nice view overlooking pools and golf course. Multiple pools and hot tubs, the lobby was nicely decorated for the holidays. Great late evening food (cobb salad and pizza), and all the restaurants looked great.

Loved every amenities that’s was on the property. The nice Christmas Tree, decoration for Christmas, the amazing big gingerbread house(was our kiddos favorite), the food at restaurant and BREAKFAST BUFFET WAS SO GOOD. Waiter took the time to not only make sure we were good, but as well our 5 and 2 in half year old. Literally went beyond our expectations. This will be a forever place we stay at coming to Florida.

I want say this was a breaking point for us. But some of the restaurants wasn’t open the entire time of our stay such as sushi and hibachi place. It could have been because low on my staff. Because I did notice that every time we tried a new place there we seen some of the same waiters and workers but different places.(Even though they were working didn’t spot, They were friendly every time and remember us).

Convenient location, huge property, very friendly staff. 24hrs convenience store inside the property with lot of quick bites and drinks option. The lady at the conveinece store was amazing. Front desk staff was accomodating to all our requests. Rooms decent size, well equipped with all necessities. I will highly recommend this property.

Very beautiful hotel and even more beautiful outside.Due to travel,we did not use all the possibilities that the hotel offered,bud even so,the stay was big nad pleasant suprise.

Great breakfast buffet, and very helpful front desk staff. We had a minor snag with one of the rooms and they promptly took care of it - I have not seen such promptness and politeness at hotels in a long time.

Self parking is a mile away and they were building something on over half the parking lot so most of the parking lot was closed. Parking was TERRIBLE.

All the staff we encountered were very friendly. The free shuttle from parking was very helpful. Christmas dinner at A Land Remembered was tasty and a good deal. We appreciated the holiday lights all around.

It offers so much from comfortable accommodations, plenty of food options and wonderful pools.

Go to the large shampoos to hang in showers and remove the small bottles

The property was expansive and nicely decorated for Christmas. It had a lot of places to eat and the food was good. The stay was inexpensive however the food was expensive. So next time we stay we will bring food with us. There is a refrigerator in room however no microwave . Golf course was very nice and playable. However I only pay prices like this as a treat to myself once a year.

I also extended my reservation for the hotel because I thought it was excellent.

I have traveled to the Orlando parks every year and can say that if you are familiar with the noise there, you should experience the quietness of this hotel.

Liked most of it but mainly staff valet parking were so nice and quick.

Bed was not freshly made so I complained because at night it was wrinkled inside and hair was in it. Also there was a weird noise coming out from refrigerator like bang.
