Fantastic property, location to Universal was amazing, it was so easy to teavel to and from.

The environment area is outstanding really beautiful

The room (the Air Conditioner system) is out of control and every time turned on the air inside the room feels like a tornado (and cold doesn’t matter how you push up the temperature inside) I think the system is outdated but in general it’s really good (the Hotel is beautiful)

The parking! While valet was amazing, we felt that we overused the service due to needing the use of our car to much!!

Self parking cost $38, which I paid at the entrance upon arrival. After parking, I had to walk approximately half a mile to reach the lobby, navigating through the expansive parking lot. Additionally, my assigned room was located quite far from the lobby about a 7-minute walk requiring me to traverse several hallways before reaching it. The majority of restaurants were closed

I appreciated the various amenities offered at the hotel.

The only thing I didn't like was that I couldn't make my room cold enough.

The staff was extremely nice. They allowed me to check in early and put me down as a late check out.

Everything. There was hardly anyone there. It was very relaxing.

The parking. I had to park far away because they were re-paving the parking area by the hotel. My favorite restaurant was closed.

Love the Rosen , it’s a beautiful resort , the whole place is immaculate. The bed was so comfortable and we will definitely be back .

The parking situation is dire , it’s a long trek to the hotel which isn’t good with luggage

Didn't like that due to low census a majority of the restaurants closed. To try and save on the cost and waste of food. They would open at times when there were more room reservations only. Felt that this is not what I paid for my stay. This is one of the reasons I chose to stay at this location for the number of restaurant options.

Beautiful property excellent staff

Location close to Universal. Big hotel but not too crowded. Big clean rooms, comfortable beds, little supermarket/shop/restauration til late in the evening in the hotel. Totally worth the price we paid for it ($700 for 6 nights), valet parking worked out just fine fine.

Bathroom a little bit outdated but still functional and enough space to store all the beauty articles.

The property was absolutely beautiful. So many restaurants and bars along with pools and hot tubs. Everything was so convenient.

Great hotel pools and hot tub along with plenty of food choices.

Wheat conference center the distance of bathrooms and lack of outlets. Also didn’t like that you have to pay to use the gym and then pay again to use sauna and steam room they charge separately for each time and each day.

Very nice hotel

An all-in-one feeling. Plenty of food options, no matter what your mood is. The arcade was fun, and just walking around the outside near the golf course was relaxing. Plenty of picture opportunities.

Not complaining, but the price of the room could have been a bit cheaper.

I love how clean everything is and the beds are comfy!

We absolutely love Rosen Shingle Creek. We have stayed here three times in the last month and a half. Beautiful resort with awesome amenities, love the restaurant’s, bars, pools etc especially the pool bar. Everyone is so friendly and helpful they are very accommodating. Super clean and just stunningly beautiful !!! Highly recommend. Just wish they had some kind of points or rewards program for your stay !!!

Parking could be a little closer for self parking especially when the resort is really business.

The pools, restaurants, golf course and people were all great! They helped make a very special birthday for my daughter even better.

N/a didn’t have. But the steak restaurant, do not recall the name, was amazing. The food and staff were amazing.

AC wasn’t working in the room at all. Room was hot and muggy when we came in but after calling, maintenance was up within 5 minutes.

Disclosure about the cost of parking. It’s absolutely absurd to charge $45 for valet or $31 to self park and then you have to walk a few blocks to get your car.

Fee for fitness center but no big deal.

Loved the pool- the onsite restaurants were great and we loved you didnt have to leave. We will stay here anytime we are in the area from now on. We do not spend alot of time at one theme park.

Not much that needs to improve. The valet parking and parking in general was a very busy due to the sheer numbers of cars but staff was very friendly and efficient. Rooms were very clean and the high ceilings made them seem larger. We had an issue with our TV but maintenance was there (after 9:30pm) right away to help!

Laundry app does not work

Beautiful hotel with lovely swimming pools. Comfortable beds and good coffee in the rooms. The food and drinks are expensive probably because you are a captive audience. The hotel is kept quite cold, so bring a sweater or jacket.

The food was very good, however quite expensive. Air conditioning was set too high, thankfully you can adjust it in the room. Housekeeping was very kind and accommodating.

We come here every year because we love the property and location. But the price for parking is a getting crazy especially when you are staying multiple nights. The pool and cafe downstairs are great. The sandwiches and other items are so fresh and tasty.

Parking is expensive when you stay multiple nights. Sometimes waiting for a trolley front for parking is inconvenient..

The location is close to so many shops and places to eat. It’s just about 5-10 minute drive to icon park area. The pools were beautiful, the rooms were cleans and staff was friendly.

The $32 plus tax fee a night to park your car is unreasonable it will probably hinder me from coming back.

Good enough!

The staff, especially Bryan (at Italian Place) and Jacon (at bar), were ALL happy, friendly and superb. That makes or breaks a place. This is our favorite spot in Orlando, but we wish we knew about tbe Steakhouse on our 1st visit, not when we were leaving on the 10th + visit. Maybe put a sign in the lobby? All of the food and service was fabulous, as always. Thank you for another great experience!

Doing laundry was really a pain- difficult to figure out what I needed money wise, where to get detergent, change, etc. Digital would be easier and some directions inside the laundry room would be very helpful.
