A beautiful place to stay

One of the front desk staff was rude. I left and forgot something in the lobby. When I was already 45 minutes away I called and spoke to a woman from the front desk, I asked her if she could look if my bag was still on the chair in the lobby area and she said no it’s too busy I can’t walk away from the desk. I thought that was extremely rude and inconsiderate since I didn’t want to turn around and drive another 45 minutes if it wasn’t going to be there.

I like the location. The swimming pools. Inside eating places are bonus.

Front desk girl need to put some smile on her face. I do not remember her name, but she was not friendly at all. She was not informative. I was literally pulling answers from her. If you do not like working with people quit and let some one take your place.

Good resort-style hotel with everything necessary (pool, shop, restaurants, etc.). The staff was extremely polite and helpful.

The rooms were slightly outdated. Self-parking was around $25 per night, and valet was $40. we found that to be a bit pricey.

The view from our hotel room is breathtaking. Massive room and big comfortable bed. Free shuttle bus to the Universal Studio.

No complimentary breakfast. And parking is extra $30 per night.

Clean, great location, great pools, amazing grounds and nature trail.

We really loved everything about the Rosen Shingle Creek resort. Great staff, excellent food, terrific pool areas (4 of them!) and beautiful grounds. Totally exceeded our expectations!

Sushi place wasn’t open

Great stay. Confortable room and beds, Nice view to the city. Resort like amenities and pool area. Steep parking fee per night to be a hotel in Orlando, and long distance to the hotel main entrance.

Having to pay for parking that was far and on gravel, large lot but not enough parking if arriving late. Expensive nightly fee.

Great view of the Disney fireworks show. Beautiful grounds & amenities. In-house Starbucks and other restaurants.

The room service is great. Pools are nice and clean, included in price. Beds are very comfortable, elevators are also fast. Close to Universal studios- 10 minute drive.

The parking is expensive, 28$ per day is too much.
