Hyatt Regency Hotel, Orlando

Property was very clean, staff was excellent and amenities were great

Clean, spacious, pretty.

The walkway between the hotel and the garage, it always looks really dirty, looks almost like duck droppings, not sure but it needs to be kept clean, pressure cleaned regularly. Other than that, everything was great.

This property offered many amenities that we enjoyed. First, we enjoyed the views, the swimming pools, the slide and easy access to shopping and restaurants! Such a huge place to visit!

The only thing I didn’t like was that the slide closed at 6pm🥹

Very clean and modern

Reception was very welcoming, the lobby and rooms are really clean and modern. The room was spacious and comfortable. We had a room on the 22nd floor and the views were great, nothing special but cool, especially at night. Would stay again. This hotel is ideal if using the local conference facilities.

Room service was slightly rude. I had sourdough missing from my order and when I called, I was told they didn’t have any (should have been told on delivery) and when I asked for some toast, I was told they didn’t have any. When challenged if there was any bread, they miraculously had sourdough. The lady on the phone was quite short. However the lady who delivered the food was very polite and apologised.

The staff have been wonderful and flexible all the way long. The manger also kindly didn’t charge me the car park. Nothing big but means a lot in terms of Relationships with clients. Breakfast was nice. Many thanks to all the staff

Excellent hotel. Beautiful.

The room phone doesn’t connect to the Bell Desk. I questioned the bellhops and they stated room phones don’t connect to the bell desk. I had to carry my luggage (a lot) from Tower 1 12th floor to checkout (Tower2). I am 68 years old and was breathing heavily by arriving at the bell desk.

The food from the b line was very good. I ordered room service because I had just arrived after a four hour drive. Food was packaged well. Utensils, seasonings etc.

I was very surprised with the hotel. I've never been to a hotel that was so busy and very well organized! I've never stayed in a Hyatt Regency before. You guys really sold me. I'm already looking for the Hyatt Chicago. The Regency is in Chicago. However, I'm staying in Lombard, There is a Hyatt there, but it's not a Regency. I hope it is just as good.

The room was freezing when we first entered. We adjusted the thermostat. The unit seemed to run constantly.

Hotel is modern and the room is huge . Everything is super clean, staff is very friendly, restaurants are great and the gym is amazing!

The staff greeted us and made us feel like they were happy we were there. They were friendly and nice to my kids. My kids loved the pool.

Not kid friendly at all, though the staff was great. It would be nice to have a kids menu at the pool.
