Breakfast was very nice our waitress Regina ( the woman from hati) was wonderful she was married to an irishman from Dublin city and she's a big joe dolan fan I would stay in your hotel again if I knew she would be serving us

Great dining options, pool area is very well kept and its size allows everyone to enjoy.

the water pressure in the shower was terrible unless you were willing to shower in ice-cold water.

The rooms are very thoughtfully designed. Plenty of countertops, good coffee, free water bottles, mini fridge, good bathroom, comfortable bed

HUGE issue: it is impossible to get a human being on the phone for anything without having to get past an annoyingly cheery automated response character. I took off 2 points for this one issue.

Staff at the pool was a bit lazy- didn’t pick up garbage and it was windy. Had to keep chasing my own garbage

I liked the size, decor, and furnishings and location of the hotel. I absolutely loved the Terrace Pool on the 4th floor. Cleanest pool I've ever been in. Beds were comfortable.

I didn't like the exorbitant charges added just to order a coffee to the room. The disability rooms need care regarding carpet and trims in bathroom, some rust in corners. Our room size was great, clean, but maintenance did not match rest of hotel.

This is not really a family holiday hotel. It is excellent but I feel the corridors to the rooms look bland and would look better with a little colour or wall fabric.

You charged me tax and resort fee. They charged med tax again, as I could not prove I had paid it. The bill said room $171 and I paid $221. But because it was not line item charged just listed as other they said I didn’t pay. When I requested bill to show I paid resort fee and taxes, you sent me bill that the resort generated. Not what Booking charged or what I already paid. I will be deleting this app and NEVER use Booking again!

Excellent location. Lots to do on property. Close to other activities. Lots of Dining options. Beautiful beach access. Live music at night was nice. Room was large and the suite was perfect!

A little difficult to find things around the property at first. The maps given need updated. The parking is a bit weird. They don’t take cash. That really frustrated me to be in America and not be able to use American money. The pools were okay but left room to be desired. Hallways and stuff could use some updating and cleaning. Our sliding door was very hard to open but wasn’t a deal breaker. The AC worked great in half the sweet, and air didn’t cross over to the other side very well.

It’s beautiful, great amenities and location.

The cost of a container of grapes was $6. The prices were pretty out of hand.

Parking charges should be included. A higher parking fee to go in and out.

Reception was very welcoming, the lobby and rooms are really clean and modern. The room was spacious and comfortable. We had a room on the 22nd floor and the views were great, nothing special but cool, especially at night. Would stay again. This hotel is ideal if using the local conference facilities.

Room service was slightly rude. I had sourdough missing from my order and when I called, I was told they didn’t have any (should have been told on delivery) and when I asked for some toast, I was told they didn’t have any. When challenged if there was any bread, they miraculously had sourdough. The lady on the phone was quite short. However the lady who delivered the food was very polite and apologised.

The room phone doesn’t connect to the Bell Desk. I questioned the bellhops and they stated room phones don’t connect to the bell desk. I had to carry my luggage (a lot) from Tower 1 12th floor to checkout (Tower2). I am 68 years old and was breathing heavily by arriving at the bell desk.

It's not so much dislike. More a personal preference. The hotel is incredibly big. I didn't quite realise how big or would have chosen an alternative based on this.

Super Loud neighbors. Partied till 3:30 in the morning. Security kept coming but they just got loud again.

The comfort and cleanliness and amenities are the best ever. And the location right across from the Convention Center couldn't be better.

I checked in when I arrived and they said I was in Tower 2 on the 17th floor with a pool view. But my room wasn't ready yet due to housekeeping, which was fine. They charged my credit card and I went off to the convention. A couple hours later I got a text saying my room was ready. When I came back at 6:00 that evening to get my room keys. I had been switched to Tower 1 on the 15th floor. I told them I wanted to be in Tower 2 on the 17th floor, which after some persuasion they did. But now I didn't have a pool view. I would have appreciated if when I checked in the person at the front desk would have told me that I was in a foot race to get back to the front desk or they would give my room away. I didn't like that part.

Strong cleaners are used in rooms and hallways. My husband has asthma, and the chemicals kept setting off his asthma. I also had to cause ems one of the nights due to the exacerbation he had.

Your Italian restaurant food is very good and the market place is very convenient and well stocked with food and drinks

Your mattress is too soft, not enough back support. you also need to put in ventilation in the bathroom

1) The parking lot ticket machine should have a sign that says "scan room key." 2) Bed mattress was too soft. Needs to be firmer. Had hard time sleeping on such soft mattress.

It was a choice to relax from the Christmas hustle, we wanted to get away. It’s a beautiful location and hotel for us, luv Idrive as well

Hyatt has never disappointed me. Same this time. Everything worked out just fine. This is a huge conference hotel and I was for business. Car park is in a separate building, whereto you can walk under an outdoor canopy sheltered from possible rain, but try to leave your heavy luggages at hotel before parking. Room in our case was a U-shape setting, where you first enter bathroom & coffee-maker-area, then working corner and around the corner the bedroom-area. In the middle a narrow view to pool area, which actually is not the pool area that you expected - there are two separate pool areas, which was great if you had had time for those. Room was clean and silent. Nothing luxurious or fancy, though.

There were some eight restaurants, but at the end in the morning rush they dissolved to just one, which was busy and somewhat crowded. If you did not want to wait for your cup of coffee, you could pick it up from in-house-shop, which was mosts number one choice. Would have expected faster buffet-type of a breakfast setting, where you could have picked what you need faster. Now you had to order from a list and wait. No berries or salmon or fresh fruit. Have to write it in here: In Europe, we just walk to the hotel breakfast area, say the room number and take everything from buffet - including coffee and juice. Nothing to wait for before or after. Fast and effective.

Overall, the experience is wonderful! The pool is absolutely amazing and absolutely a kiddo haven. :) also, it being literally attached to the Orange County convention center, which I attended for a tattoo convention was a huge plus. :)

Given the price being paid for the stay, I really think it would be very, very worth having been provided with at least a simple continental breakfast.

Breakfast options very limited (and overpriced) in italian restaurant, 24hr market stocks healthier and better options. 3rd restaurant on site not available during stay as was being renovated. Despite being a Hyatt rewards member, unable to extend late check out on final day. Reception is a tad chaotic due to all the conferences going on. Gym is acceptable but not very clean!

How modern and luxurious the hotel was. Everything was very nice and clean.

That we had to pay 35 dollars for parking yet the hotel isnt responsible for theft or damage.

Close to Orlando Pointe. Also, the pools and cleanliness of the rooms.

The front desk staff could use some classes on manners and also the valet was so rude the manager gave me valet service for free.

Analyse at the check in desk was excellent and went above and beyond helping us. She had a super customer service attitude and compassion.

Gal checking us in was not friendly and had the attitude that we should know what to expect and didn’t seem helpful in answering our questions.
