This is fantastic hotel with great customer service. This trip had a great experience with the head of Customer Service. His name is DJ. He personally took the time to take care of my wife and I; really the sign of a great Hotel.

The pool was really nice and the amenities. The good thing is it is directly connected to occc making it easier to commute if you are staying for a conference or something

Location, amenities and the staff are top tier. My son and I take this trip every year for his Spring break. Our room wasn’t ready, so we were given another room in its place. The substitute room had an odor to it. Gigi(PR) the customer service rep was AMAZING!!! She exemplified what it means to be a professional problem solver. I’ve been in customer service for over 30 plus years and Gigi is the real deal.

Couldn't log into wifi food was pricey for breakfast that was quite bland breakfast eggs Benedict said bacon but I think it was brisket and didn't care for it also ordered extra sausages which had a weird taste so didn't eat that either but my coffee was good. There was also a dead frog in the pool I took a picture of.

Parking for guests is ridiculously expensive for longer stays.

The hotel is beautiful, large and very clean, good attention from the staff and variety of restaurants and shops.

We went on vacation with our children to enjoy the pool, and the first day we arrived from two in the afternoon they had closed the pool because according to them there was a storm but the sky was totally clear and with a lot of sun, and on the second day they also closed the pool around three in the afternoon for the same reason, so we could not enjoy almost anything.

The whole reason I booked this hotel was because it was attached to the convention center that I was having an event at. Also they had many options for eating and the pools was nice to attend to.

The room at first glance was very nice and clean, but after getting settled in we found stuff on the pillows that wasn't ours and there was trash under nightstands. It was meet with the staff coming up and taking care of it. The other thing is the shower curtain doesn't keep water from getting all over the floor. It was flooded everytime we took a shower.

Room was very spacious and was appropriate for our needs. We found comfortable beds and large bathroom and lots of clean towels and even had all of the basics. Body wash, Soap, Shampoo, Conditioner, Shower cap, and Body Lotion.

No microwave in the room. Could have been a great convenience for me as my very busy schedule made it difficult for me to eat on my normal meal schedule. Often had to bring food to the room to have time to eat it. Ate a lot of cold food. Hotel is very large. almost think it would be great to have an in house shuttle for those with limited mobility. Scooter was not the best option for many.

The property is is in an excellent location. The staff works together with presion. Well trained and customer focused. The property is well maintained and housekeeping does great job. I will be back

How can you not enjoy the experience

We were there for a conference. The conference center was connected via an airbridge. So convenient! The room had a pool view and we liked it so much. The lifts have never been crowded. The room was clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was served in a restaurant (B-line) so it was not an open buffet, we could choose only one starter and one drink free in the breakfast included reservation. Some of the restaurant staff was nice but the rest was not so friendly. The beds were so soft that you sink in. I didn't like it. The pillows were too soft. Altought it was march and the weather was not that hot, since there was no way to let the humid go out of the room, the towles never got dry.

The pool area was messy and the pool was cold not heated appropriately to enjoy swimming with my family. There was also people smoking by the pool side, which should be prohibited as other people don’t want to inhale smoke.

The rooms were nice!! Everyone was GREAT except for when we tried ordering room service...

The room service order taker was rushing us and not clear on what was and wasn't available. Chanel 2 showed lots of options that said they were available until 12 AM and most of those options were not available. And while ordering over the phone they acted as if we should know what's available and what isn't. They continued ro refer to chanel 2, which didn't match what they said was available. Told us to call back when we knew what we wanted.. yet they didn't have many of the items shown on chanel 2.

Housekeeping was too late on daily basis and only changed towels and made bed but did not actually clean. Sometimes even the trash was left behind.

We love the convenience of having a 24h open market and different food options for dine in or take out. We loved the welcoming at the entrance door, very personalized. We love the fact that it is a big location with different spaces.

The room was a bit outdated but well cleaned on daily basis.

When ordering room service, I was little surprised that it came in a paper bag, and was not delivered on a tray. Wine was in a plastic cup. But other than that, our stay was PERFECT!

Garage parking too far about 10 minutes walking where my vehicle was parked, hassle to go back and forth every time that had to go somewhere.

Convenient location.

No microwave in family suite. Assumed it would be included. Only microwave is in the Market we were on the 21st floor in Tower 2. Slow housekeeping. Came close to 5 both days so I skipped.

The bathtub was very very slippery. I was actually afraid that one of us would fall (72M , 63F). They should provide a mat or something for the guests protection or at least have grab bars. My husband was quite worried about me and stayed in the room while I showered just in case.

All staff and room were first rate—excellent!

Breakfast was very nice our waitress Regina ( the woman from hati) was wonderful she was married to an irishman from Dublin city and she's a big joe dolan fan I would stay in your hotel again if I knew she would be serving us

Great dining options, pool area is very well kept and its size allows everyone to enjoy.

HUGE issue: it is impossible to get a human being on the phone for anything without having to get past an annoyingly cheery automated response character. I took off 2 points for this one issue.
