A pleasant surprise with a beautiful garden in the calm but also in the center of Nice.
The staff were very friendly and they also offered to keep our luggage for us so we could walk through town before heading to the airport. The garden was gorgeous as well.
Just as a recommendation—If the keys could be changed to digital cards, it would make it convenient for people sharing a room and quieter for people coming and going.

Good location, zero service
central but quiet location
no staff present. This is basically an Air BnB with codes to enter the hotel. There were no staff there at any time during my stay, except for the cleaning lady.

Ok hotel, partially horrible staff
Property is totally fine and clean. The bed is comfy.
Everything was ok and one girl from the staff was super nice. When I came back to get my luggage post check out I asked if I can quickly use the toilet, the lady told me no that there was no toilet. When I asked where the staff would go she said they would go to the guests rooms if there is vacancy and that right no all rooms were full. First of all I am pretty sure that is a lie. It sounds insane to me that the staff would have no toilet. Secondly the room I checked out of was empty as the key was hanging on the hook. I think that’s totally unacceptable. That kind of behavior is ridiculous.

I would love to come back again!
Location is really good, 5mins to the seaside and 10 minutes to the train station, near to old town, there are so many things you can see!
I would recommend it to my friends.

Very near to the waterfront, prime location in a safe area
The rooms aren’t very soundproof and are all quite close together. Breakfast isn’t worth the price you pay for it.

We had a family room which was perfect. It was very clean. The beds were really comfy and staff very nice. The hotel is in a nice and quiet area, close to city center and the sea.
