Hotel Andaz Wall Street, New York

The breakfast was wonderful! A wide array of fresh and prepared items were available self - serve. Coffee and teas were served by a very pleasant and attentive staff. After our outing in downtown NYC, we returned to get our left bags and the front desk attendant offered us some cool fresh water!

There was an advertised " Happy Hour ". But when we asked about it upon checking in, we were told it wasn't offered, and that we were welcome to go to the bar for regular drinks service. Also, for some reason, only the service elevator was working & there didn't seem to be any notice about the regular elevators being broken.

I liked the location. It’s really easy to get around the city from the Financial District by the subways. It was a nice hotel. Clean, comfortable beds.

I didn’t like that the bathroom door didn’t latch closed, and it was made of glass. I could see my partner through it while he was using the toilet! And I could hear him too, if you know what I mean 😂. Also the AC was not as powerful as I hoped and expected from a $300+ per night hotel room. It’s only April but the room felt muggy even after having the AC set to 60° for hours.

It was close to a lot of subway stations and also a lot of food places. They work with the parking garage next door so we got a good price on overnight parking!

My room wasn’t all that clean and some of the tiles in the bathroom were loose or cracked, also the ac system didn’t seem to work in our room.

Very well located, easy to get to all the areas we wanted to visit and near to lots of nice places to eat.

The hotel was about what I expected for the price and I think it was good value for money for such a central Manhattan location. The room was very comfortable and spacious, the bathroom was a nice style, but a little bit tired, hence my 4 rather than 5 stars. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Overall, a really good stay.

Everything was excellent! The only thing I didn't like was that they charged a fee of 40 USD per person per day, which was not included in the policies indicated in the reservation. In fact, it clearly stated that there were no other fees associated.

Large enough room Central location in Financial District

Heating/Cooling system did not work properly, had to call engineer a few times to fix it. The room was either too hot or too cold. Windows were not properly insulated, with cold air and traffic noises from busy Wall Street

The hotel is located in the financial district with easy access to Brooklyn over the bridge and nearby locations. The hotel is clean but a bit old. Overall we enjoyed staying there.

I like the location. I’m glad I chose this Hyatt and not the location in Times Square. Also, the staff was awesome! Very helpful and friendly. I even had my check-out time extended, free of charge.

The bathroom area wasn’t bad but certain parts need an update.. Grout etc. Also, the hall area. I think the entrance could be changed as well as far as the doors.

the room was quite spacious for a NY hotel, clean and comfortable. Location was great, near from hustle and bustle but quiet at the same time, which is what we wanted. Staff was welcoming and kind.

The breakfast was not as good as I expected, restaurant staff wasn't nice and I found it very expensive for what it was.

The view from our room was amazing, and the room itself was incredibly spacious, with large, comfortable beds—an important factor when traveling with kids. The hotel staff was very friendly and responsive to our requests, which made our stay even more pleasant. We were delighted by the thoughtful touches, such as morning coffee, cookies, and fresh fruits in the hallway. The hotel's quiet location on Wall Street was another highlight, with the Brooklyn Bridge just a short walk away. We truly enjoyed our stay and only wish we had planned for a longer visit.

We were woken up around 5 a.m. by other guests across the hallway, who were ending their evening in a very loud and disruptive manner. Adding a coffee/tea option in the room would be a benefit.

Prices are higher than those at nearby properties of a similar standard. Dining options are limited, with breakfast (included in many room rates) consisting solely of a rather dull self-service buffet.

Rather small beds, breakfasts as a buffets but rather little variety. It was impossible to adjust the temperature in the room so it was rather cold.

the noise in the bathroom and the sink were awful, we couldn't rest and the water was not restorage, we called to front desk, they couldn't help.

Hotel staff upgraded our friend and I into a king suite out of a random act of kindness. We loved the room and had so much space for NYC hotel room standards! Love this Hyatt and definitely will be back. Great location for the train and a quick ride to Brooklyn

Breakfast is always same. Only pork option. They should keep something good for vegetarian or chicken.

The room had a strong smell of cigarette, and it was not possible to choose the temperature of the air conditioning (it was too cold).

Room services -- top notch -- Claudia deserves a special mention for her professionalism ! breakfast team - very nice - made us feel welcome each morning. Unfortunately, forgot to ask their names but they were awesome! One slim and tall who loves singing reggae tunes saw that my daughter loves strawberries so he gave her a whole bowlfull and she was so excited. The other buff guy would bring you orange juice and tea once you showed up and the white guy greeted with a cheery good morning and asked what you wanted. wonderful team there!!!

It was an amazing experience in Hyatt hotel. All the facilities were properly cleaned and it allowed us to enjoy better our NewYork experience. Thus, they allowed us to do the check in and check out earlier and later

Very clean and beautiful. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Room was spacious and organized with a luxurious bathroom.

Only suggestions are to have a better fridge in the room and maybe a coffee maker in there. Entrance into hotel was in an unclear, odd spot. But building location was clear. Would stay again.

Location was great and the parking garage being next door was even better. I loved the early luggage care they offered for when we arrived before check-in.

There was not a coffee machine inside hotel room & there was only 1 mirror (in the bathroom) there was not an additional mirror for someone to do make up or to look at one’s full outfit. (At least in the room we stayed in)

Great location, very close to pier 11 which was very important to us. Good location for exploring downtown and Brooklyn.

The flooring near the bathroom was in need of repair.

The room was nice and clean. Well equipped with towels and the essentials we needed. The location was great right off of Wall Street close to the water and the Brooklyn Bridge.

Wish water was stocked without requesting it. There is no room service which is a downer.

I do not understand the trend of having no door on the shower, and while the deep tub was lovely, getting in and out was dangerous. Not having a dinner restaurant was annoying, esp since there were signs for it with no indication it was closed There were drops of dried blood on the sheets and since it was after housekeeping went home, I had to make a fuss to get them changed

The rom was larger than other NYC hotels which was nice. The bed was very comfy, there were blackout curtains, good lighting, and there was an iron, hairdryer etc. but no coffee which was my biggest complaint. The bathroom was large and clean but a little unusual with a frosted window between the shower and bathroom. The hotel was quiet. The bar was closed "for maintenance" and the restaurant may have been open but when I went to see it no one was there but maybe it was afterhours. I don't think there was room service. Front desk personnel were great.
