Cleanliness, friendly staff

Would have liked breakfast, didn't have to be much--muffins, yogurt, toast, cereal etc. Nice not to have to go out each day. Better selection of drinks, snacks to buy and maybe few toiletries available.

Comfortable beds, friendly staff, great smelling body wash and shampoo, great maid service

Rooms are small. Could not pay for snacks with a debit card or cash. Some light bulbs were out. No lock on bathroom.

The doors to the bathroom are a little awkward. The How to turn on and off lighting is hard to figure out at first.

Check in and check out. Downstairs area with computers and room to eat in. Friendly staff.

Heating controls hard to regulate. Rooms are small.

It was good! Gym was perfect for me. Great size. The "living room" area at C floor was great! The microwave was very helpfull. Every was very clean and nice.

I was expecting the little 2 waters every day, LOL. I heard noises at night. I thought that someone was opening my door and got scared every night,

The facilities were on point

The room was very clean! The bathroom was surprisingly modern. I especially liked the set of shower necessities. I would have taken them home with me if I had room in my toiletry bag.

The lack of soundproofing. I could hear the guests in the room next (?) to me through the walls. Also, there is no way to modify the thermostat; I ended up turning it off because it was so warm and stuffy in the room.

Beds, pillows and towels were the very best quality. Loved, loved them. Room very small but overall comfortable.

No parking at or near the hotel. No porter assistance even though the room rates suggest both would be available.

Friendly staff, poridge, coffe, kitchen with opportunity to watch news. Near to metro station. Direct metro to downtown.

Room very clean. Excellent view. Excellent proximity to hospital where family member was being treated. I was also able to add on one more night unexpectedly and with very little trouble.

Setting room temperature with thermostat was somewhat cumbersome

Nice and clean with a window view over Manhattan far below. Conveniently located close to George Washington bridge bus station.

I arrived at night and the neighborhood was not so nice to walk around at night while I was looking for a place to eat. The hotel staff did suggest a list of restaurants to order and get it delivered. The hotel was far away from Manhattan city center.
