The bed was comfortable, and the location was convenient to many major attractions. The room was clean and the climate control in the room was good. The Japanese toilet was nice. The room service was good, even though the food was expensive.

The staff was stingy with drinking water. The room was smaller than expected and had no view. I was overcharged for breakfast once and they did not correct it (chose to ignore it). Overall, the room/stay was not a value for money.

the staff attentions to us was way below the expectations. Some are extremely rude. my previous experience was way better. I'm not sure if I'm gonna recommend this hotel for anyone.

Interiors and rooms are dated and very dark. The cost of food in the lobby is ridiculous - $19 for a glass of orange juice is just plain insulting.

Nice luxury hotel, comfortable beds, clean rooms and good location if you’re looking to stay uptown. Beautiful pool in basement.

The staff at the cafe/breakfast is NOT friendly. after multiple visits to this hotel, even when not staying at this hotel, we often come for breakfast or snacks, I can honestly say that the staff that run this cafe (same faces every time) are so unpleasant! Hire new staff or retrain them! They are not a good image for the baccarat dining experience.

The rooms were lux and well appointed. The staff were attentive. Housekeeping was top notch.

I arrived on foot in the rain and walked past the hotel MULTIPLE times because it is NOT well labeled from the street. I was a drowned rat by the time I noticed the black on black barely illuminated sign with doormen standing in front of it.

Location. Excellent design. Very comfortable bed and pillows.

Restaurant service. I had to wait until someone serve us for 20 minutes, finally had to call for the waiter and ask a menu. Also I was charged twice for one drink.

Way over priced room service. I paid $9 to get one measly slice of bacon added to a burger. I will never understand adding a delivery fee for in-room dining. And overall the food just was not good, especially for the price you pay. We tried multiple things just for the sake of convenience and it ended up being a huge waste of money

Absolutely fantastic, room was exceptional, the décor was elegant and cosy. The staff were excellent and went above and beyond they are a total credit to the hotel. Well done.

The room could have been better if it had a bath tub as well, but that is not a negative in my opinion. However, if the room did have a bath tub, it would have put the "icing on the cake".

Absolute lack of detail and service for a five star property. Very disappointing and will not be staying again.

Not much is to be liked

- dirty robes (so disgusting! we got new ones and they were ripped; twice!) - flashing smoke detector kept us up - stingy with shampoo/body lotion - weirdly unfinished shower - broken mirror lights - noisy location - rude staff that wouldn’t accommodate a paid upgrade, even while showing him that there was a suite available for upgrade. once he noticed the suite was available, rudely said to me it wouldn’t be ready until “wayyyy later in the day”, discouraging me from a paid upgrade. also was super rude at check in.

We had to change room on 3 occasions due to the smell of weed and the parties in the room next door. A week has now past and I still haven’t received the refund promised by the hotel. Quite a joke

The location was amazing. The hotel ambiance was spectacular.

There was no coffee machine in the room. We traveled with the kids, and ordered in room dining almost everyday. The food was extremely high priced. Once we ordered 1 boiled potato as my daughter was stomachsick, it was like 40 dollars plus tax.

the room was amazing! everything is beautiful. the doormen were the best!!! they went over and beyond! the sales staff in the boutique were so helpful and the front desk staff were very welcoming.
