Maison Perrier Bed & Breakfast, New Orleans

What an amazing place. Friendly, comfortable, and a delicious breakfast. The perfect spot for a friends get away!

We had a tube light in our room which was great during the day but the sun comes up early in the summer. It was a little difficult to sleep, but it did not ruin our visit in the least.

Tom and Patricia are the consummate hosts, passionate about making guests feel welcome and "at home". The Inn itself is incredibly charming and historic with many original interior details, and is a gracious and comfortable place to stay. The breakfast was wonderful, with terrific mini-quiches and excellent coffee. I would also add that Patricia was kind enough to obtain nut-free muffins for my college-age daughter with severe allergies. The neighborhood is lovely and safe, with great shopping and restaurants a couple blocks away on Magazine Street. Great access to the Garden District and Tulane University.

It was an absolute pleasure to stay at this B&B. Everything was wonderful. The B&B is close to the trolley making exploration so easy. We felt 100% safe here the entire time. We would absolutely stay here again!

Loved everything about our stay, from the tremendously gracious and informative check-in with the innkeeper/owner (as noted online, complete with southern charm) to the amenities and breakfast options (including eating in the dining or kitchen areas or having breakfast delivered to our room), lots of spaces to relax and read or chat, very quiet setting, safe environs, and easy parking out front. They even had thoughtfully made available cold waters, sodas, etc., in a shared area that you could collect up and write down on an honor system, so we didn't have to go to a grocery store to get simple beverages. Had never stayed here before and can't imagine staying anywhere else when we return.

We honestly cannot think of anything we didn't like, and we were even in one of their smaller rooms (they apologized for its size more than once, and it was perfect for us, so can only imagine how wonderful their larger rooms are).

We had a wonderful stay at Maison Perrier. Location was convenient in the beautiful garden district. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast including quiches made by Andrea was lovely. The proprietors, Tom and Patricia are hospitable and professional. We would definitely stay again.

What was not to like? The hosts, Tom and Patricia, we're extremely friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The room was beautiful, and spacious, with a wonderful porch (our room was on the first floor). And the breakfast was delicious and filling, with homemade baked goods and mini quiches, as well as yogurt, granola, hardboiled egg, coffee, orange juice and other items to choose from. The location was great, right in the heart of the Garden District and only a few blocks from the St. Charles trolley that you could easily take to the city center and the French Quarter (about a 30-40 minute ride),

Excellent! Tom & Patricia are fabulous hosts. We would highly recommend their establishment. The room we stayed in was called Dolly it was extremely spacious with the most comfortable bed, access to your own balcony with rocking chairs to relax in. The breakfast selection snd quality is very good make sure you order the fresh quiche that are made daily. The hosts were super helpful with suggestions and directions. We thank them both for making our trip to New Orleans so memorable.

Absolutely stunning house! (You can absolutely trust the photos.) Tom and Patricia, along with their staff, made us feel right at home. Tom truly went above and beyond by sending a curated list of concerts for our entire stay via Whatsapp - the suggestions were fantastic! Patricia provided us with a delicious breakfast to-go on our early departure day (we had to leave early). The quiet neighborhood was a lovely bonus. Rather random, but for all those with long and / or thick hair: The water pressure was amazing, so washing out shampoo and conditioner was a breeze.

Innkeepers Patricia & Tom are fantastic. Both went above and beyond to help with restaurants, travel, and then post-stay finding a valuable lost object. Great staff. Breakfast delivered to the room to eat on the balcony. Cookies in the afternoon!! Hope to return!

Tom and Patricia were amazing host's with some great knowledge and tips to explore New Orleans. The location is really good and a short tram ride into the main town but also a short walk from plenty of shops and restaurants. The rooms were very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. Couldnt fault anything, I would happily return if I ever go back to new orleans.

I can’t say enough good about this bed and breakfast. From start to finish it was superb. We felt very welcomed by the owners and it was so comfortable and relaxing. It is located in a great neighborhood and very close to the streetcar line. Also walking distance to Magazine Street and some great shopping and dining. We felt very safe walking around and even met the neighborhood cat. So much better than the hustle and bustle of the French Quarter but just a short distance away. Breakfast was of the Continental style and was just enough to get the day started. Mini quiche and pastries - all of which were quite good. When we returned at the end of the day, it was so nice to walk into such a peaceful place and visiting with other guests. I would love to stay here again and again.

The Mainon was excactly as we expected from New Orlaeans, very authentic house and accommodation and with amazingly friendly staff and owners :-) We just loved that house !

There is no any complains and evrrething met our expectaion and even more, many things were far above our expectations :-)

We really appreciated the location of the B&B -- though we spent a lot of time downtown, we liked being a little removed in a quiet, safe neighborhood that is also close to a ton of great restaurants and shops. The rooms were spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. Most importantly the hosts were incredibly friendly and communicative. It felt like we were staying with family! And the breakfast was really nice -- you got a different baked good (if you choose) every day as well as a different flavored (and yummy) homemade mini quiche (again, if you choose). Besides that, the breakfast wasn't elaborate and there weren't infinite options BUT we honestly appreciated the breakfast being on the lighter side, considering the rest of the day we were eating so much food!

We stayed in a downstairs room and we definitely could hear movement/activity in the kitchen or when other guests returned and walked up stairs and such. But for the most part it was pretty quiet!

New Orleans style accommodation in a safe and upscale area, within easy reach by historic tram. Comfortable room, great breakfast. Very accommodating and kind hosts with great recommendations, made us feel welcome. All in all a perfect experience, thank you!

The owners were very kind and willing to make our stay comfy and memorable. The grounds were so nice, a great Nola feel. The daily breakfast wasn't quite as advertised online, however the daily baked goodie was just divine; with enough choices to get your day started right. Especially the croissants, just heavenly. The fridge on the 2nd floor was so convenient. Our room was hotter than we liked, we did have control over the thermostat, but in that old house, I'm sure it takes a while to cool down. Maybe bring a fan of your a hot sleeper. It really was very nice. The bed was comfy, the room was adorably gorgeous and that bathroom was huge, clean like no other and so nice!! Overall just a wonderful place.

Not that they can help this, but those roads in that neighborhood are atrocious!! My poor car took a beating. Nola needs to really invest in their roads for their locals and tourist sake.

From first booking to checking out the service we received was exceptional. Tom and Patricia couldn't do enough for us, they organised a driver to pick us up at the airport and co-ordinated the calls between the driver and myself as I couldn't get through to him. Tom organised a city tour for us when our existing booking was cancelled and helped me sort out a visit to an Urgent Care centre and pharmacy when I discovered I'd left important tablets at home. The room we had (Pearl) was beautiful with a lovely spotless bathroom and comfy bed, free wi-fi too. Breakfast is delicious and thoroughly recommend the mini quiches which were melt in the mouth, a takeaway breakfast was left for us the morning we checked out as we left early. Tea and coffee are available 24 hours a day. Tom even came in early to help carry our cases downstairs and see us off the morning we left Maison Perrier is in a lovely safe location, just a (very) short walk to the streetcar stop. Beautiful historic home stay in the Garden District. Short walk to the trolley stop, and other cool little spots. Tom the host was super helpful, full of great suggestions, and with such warm hospitality towards us. The house was beautiful, the breakfast yummy. We had the Lillian suite and we LOVED the spacious bathroom and spa hot tub, the spacious bedroom with separate sitting area, the chairs, the everything. I would book again next time in New Orleans!

There is nothing we didn’t like. A beautiful building, beautifully decorated and our hosts could not have been more excellent. It was in a perfect location close to Magazine Street and the streetcar into the other districts. Our hosts knew so much about New Orleans if we had any questions they knew the answers. The whole experience could not be faulted. Did not want to leave.

Our hosts could not be more gracious and accommodating. They thought of everything for the rooms and our stay included a homemade breakfast of our choice. It was well located in a beautiful residential area just a stroll from the best restaurants and a 15 min taxi, trolley, or bus ride to the French Quarter and WEII Museum. This historic BnB was like being in a classic inn, with locals who were extremely helpful with advice on restaurants and getting around.

Loved the owners. Took their time with check in information and tour even though we arrived at 9 pm ish. Absolutely beautiful 19th century home. We stayed in the Lillian room. Bed was amazing and plenty of breakfast items to choose from. There was always homemade treats in the family room to have with your choice of milk. Cow, Almond or Oat. Great AC and boy did we need it!! Summer in NoLo can be brutal! Definitely will stay there again.

An absolutely stunning place oozing with southern charm. Extremely spacious and comfortable rooms. Tom, Patricia and Rachel were incredibly welcoming. I massively owe Tom for staying up after storms delayed my flight to the small hours. Homemade baked treats for breakfast each morning and some fabulous dinner recommendations. The location is unparalleled - a stones throw from magazine street and the st Charles streetcar made it close to all the action but far enough away to be peaceful. I sincerely hope I’ll be back again soon.

Patricia and Tom are very nice hosts, you feel right at home. The house is very nicely furnished and the rooms are really clean. There is a fridge with drinks and the breakfast is really tasty. The location of the Bed & Breakfast is quiet but still very well connected. We had a great stay with Patricia and Tom and would come back anytime.
