Fantastic location! Walking distance to top Nashville locations like Country Music Hall of Fame, Bridgestone Arena, Broadway, Ryman, over bridge to Titans stadium, considering how close we were to the bars the room was quiet. Beds were comfy, the rooms had everything we needed, and breakfast onsite was ok, although we preferred Pancake Pantry right outside hotel door, small shop onsite but again there was a small supermarket across road which had everything we needed.

Breakfast was ok, could have been improved, other than that the hotel was great!

Accomodated a request for a quiet room. The room was smart and clean. Great service from the staff. On site parking and ability to leave car in the car park up to 4pm on check-out day.

Coffee made by the in room coffee machine isn't as good as the pod ones.

One of the best hotel breakfast experiences I've ever had. I'm an Executive Chef and wanted to give high praise to the kitchen.

Nice spacious room! Beds were very comfortable! Room was quiet. Excellent location to downtown! The staff was very informative and overly friendly – a nice surprise! The breakfast had excellent variety and was superb! Very clean and well maintained!

Our room on arrival, although cleaned, still had peanuts scattered around on the floor. We did ask housekeeping to vacuum again, and they did.

I indicated that there were three of us, including my 14-year-old son, and they gave us a room with a queen-size bed and a sofa, but the sofa didn't have any bedding, and there were no extra sheets or blankets in the room.

Noisy and no curtain so light all night. Just a light roller shade for window.

I’m not sure why hotels, and this seem to be all of them, don’t tell their housekeeping staff to clean the bathroom doors. The actual door. They are always filthy!

We have stayed at this location repeatedly on New Year’s Eve. Always a perfect choice.

Prices are a higher on New Years Eve seems unfair to price hike on Holidays.

Didn’t eat at hotel. Super convenient for the stadium. Not real happy with valet service. When you request a certain time they should do, not 40 minutes later. Poor management. Room was great, bathroom awesome. Staff wonderful.

I felt safe because no one had access to any floor unless you had a room key to scan before selecting the floor you were going to, front staff always nice everytime we passed they will greet us, we always felt welcomed. The location of this hotel was great everything was walking distance and the area wasnt sketchy. It was the biggest win win because infront of the hotel we have dollar general which was equipment everything that you think you might need it was super convenient. The housekeeping staff was amazing and nice they were always willing to help us out. The room was well kept we had such beautiful view from window i fell inlove .

I loved the city views. Our room was nice and clean. I did the bathroom test and the bathroom was clean. Staff(Jasmine) was very friendly and helpful. She opened the elevator when she saw my hands were full. She gave me great recommendations. Breakfast was delicious and the choices were great! The hotel is in a good area for walking around. We will be back!!!!

Location: Excellent location — within easy walking distance to downtown attractions, restaurants, and activities. Very convenient for exploring Nashville without needing a car. Room: The room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. It felt calm and pleasant after a busy day in the city. Complimentary water was a nice and much-appreciated touch. Staff & atmosphere: The atmosphere of the hotel was warm and welcoming. The staff were very pleasant, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay, which made a big difference.

The breakfast buffet was okay — not outstanding, but better than what you often find in similar hotels. However, there were limited options for vegetarians who don’t eat eggs, which was a bit disappointing.

The breakfast was very good for a hotel breakfast, although the price was a little high. It was included in our room package so that was nice. The location was great in that it was easy to get to and close enough to walk to major attractions. There are great restaurants practically across the street; even a Dollar General nearby for convenience. Our room had a living area and a very nice bathroom with shower; clean and modern.

Not the fault of the hotel, but parking is a big, expensive issue in downtown Nashville. The hotel does offer valet and self parking in their parking garage, which is a nice convenience, but also an expensive one. Also, when you arrive to check in, you must temporarily park on the street to unload because there is no pull-through like at most hotels. Also, the main entrance is not clearly marked.

Nashville over all Is expensive but this was expensive. $500/night The valet is helpful but price is variable so no idea when you use it what the charge will be. It’s also separate charge from hotel. It ended up being $75/night
