Great location. Good breakfast and friendly staff

Water was out middle of the night and early morning banging and noise from repairs. Valet was great service however price a little high. Parking should be included for the price of hotel.

Easy walk to Broadway and the major attractions. Friendly helpful staff. Complimentary breakfast was very good with lots of options.

Valet parking was very disappointing for $50 per day. On arrival, we had to retrieve the luggage carrier and unpacked our own bags, despite the fact that the valet was standing @ his counter curb side, busy with his phone. Then when we checked out, I sent a text message as requested before going downstairs. Waited for 20 minutes, asked the front desk for help twice and then the valet brought up the wrong car. Very poor service.

The location was fantastic. The breakfast was really good.

Had I joined their club, which no one suggested that I do that, I would not have had to pay over $100 for parking for the 2 night stay. Their pillows were not comfortable either.

Great location for walking to sites. Excellent breakfast and the staff working the breakfast area were fantastic. The room was very nice, very clean. The checkin area gentleman worked the bar area gave us a complimentary coffee for free. Very nice guy.

Staff or hotel policy made us sit with our bags till exactly the checkin time 4:00 or pay $35.00 to checkin early. Ridiculous!! Charged $3.00 for a bottle of water. Ridiculous

Location is ideal, parking and amenities were well laid out. The breakfast was above average and the room was nice. Coffee quality was great and staff very helpful.

Parking expense was a little high and unexpected but I can see why it is a premium given the location. Baggage carts or bellhops could be more available.

we love our room each time we stay! we are always in town for doctors appointments! my son loves the little living room space and the big bathrooms

only thing we dont like is its only a shower and not a bath tub in the room. that is the only thing i dont like

The breakfast was fabulous! We were pulling a trailer and had to park across the street. That lot charged us for 2 stays because we pulled out like 10 minutes late. Absolutely no leeway. That stunk. Of course next time I'd not have a trailer.

We took a walk in the morning, everything I've been down town there is always the construction going on. The Riverwalk sidewalks were clean, when looking over the rivers railing that was a bit scarey. Every bit of trash and some homeless with tents startled us. I know that is not in your control. However you should have a say in the town working on cleaning up the areas. I took pictures of the old brick buildings and to my surprise had a few bums sleeping on the steps. It is what it is. I did not feel unsafe or worried that they were there. I just know now I'd not bring my kids with again if I came downtown. It's a beautiful thing for all to see, all the talents, I want my grandkids to experience the young artists and live their dreams if that's what they want to do water in life. I had 3 15 yr old girls with. They are not city oriented at all. So it was a culture shock to them.

Location was great- near Broadway which made it easy to walk everywhere and go back to the hotel if needed

Great location in downtown Nashville, very close to the main attractions (Jonny Cash Museum, Country Music Hall of Fame, Broadway, etc.). Comfortable, clean and with a complimentary breakfast.

The parking was a little expensive. They were conducting renovation work during our stay so the breakfast was not the optimal experience.

The room was very nice and clean, the beds were comfortable, the chromecast service was a great feature and the breakfast was perfect for what we needed. The staff was also very friendly.

The sofa-bed wasn’t very comfortable (mattress was about 3 inches thick). A more comfy sofa bed would’ve been a 10/10 grade.
