LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!! If you are ever attending a concert at Bridgestone, this is your place. It's super easy to get back onto the interstate,convenience store next door, and walking distance to everything. The room was exceptional with all the amenities you could ask for.

The price of parking was RIDICULOUS!!! And the amount wasn't the greatest, but.. it's the price you pay, I guess to be in downtown.

Great location, just 5 mins walk from the main strip. The hotel and room were clean with a decent indoor pool as well. Early check-in was possible for us for no additional fee thanks to a lovely receptionist at the desk. I recommend this hotel as it made our stay in Nashville even more memorable.

We loved every part of our stay! The front desk staff was held up, parking was convenient and safe, our room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable too. Also, the breakfast buffet made our daily start out great. The location was ideal for all things on Broadway in Nashville. We will be back!

Wonderful breakfast, spacious and comfortable room. Very central to suit our needs, but not noisy.

Early check in fee is a little too high. 35 dollars is excessive.

The price and location… we were able to walk everywhere around Broadway and never needed to Uber. I liked the self parking in their garage too.

Great location!! We were in the heart of downtown. The hotel parking garage had very limited spaces to park. We got the very last one. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great! The room was nice.

The parking garage needed more parking spaces. Once the space were full you had to park in the parking lot across the hotel and walk. We didn't get a great view from the bedroom.

I loved that the property was in a great location. It was walking distance from the downtown Broadway area. They had a GREAT breakfast setup.

The pool was INDOOR!!!! BAD for 95 degree weather but good for winter!! No complimentary water bottles in the rooms.

Location was great. They had live music in the lobby/bar area in the evening. Room was large and beds were nice.

The room was humid, even with the AC on. It seemed the AC was working, but not fully. So sheets felt damp when lying down. Parking is a bit pricey, but it is downtown Nashville.

Location is awesome. So close to all the downtown attractions and Broadway. They allowed me to check in a little early and check out a little late. I left some things in the room after checkout and they were able to hold them safely at front desk for me until I could return to get it.

The breakfast ended too early at 9:30, after enjoying music city all night, should have breakfast available until 10-10:30. There needs to be a makeup mirror in the bathroom. The vanity is wide, and makeup application is hard from that distance from the mirror.

We agreed to pay cash for the hotel on check in also on other occasions which I was told no when you check out it will be ok. On checking out I was told no. After a little we then agreed that cash will be ok. So no communication on the desk between each other .

It was so nice and clean. It was so close to downtown and everything that we needed to get to. The breakfast was great really loved all the choices. The front desk staff was absolutely excellent, so nice and cheerful. The valet person, Scott was such a pleasant person to talk with when we were leaving. He made sure to ask how our stay was and if we enjoyed our stay, very nice and I could tell he really cared about how we felt. I will definitely stay again in the future!!

Location was great for getting to Nissan Stadium. It was an easy walk to this location. Had a few restaurant choices on the way. Parking was a little tight, if you have a large vehicle. Glad there was on site parking.

The common areas of the hotel are not air-conditioned. It was a little warm and humid when you stepped outside your room. Other than that it was a great stay.

It was in walking distance to Broadway. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. They provided everything you needed in the bathroom.

You did have to pay additional for parking on top of the hotel room however they did have onsite parking.

The amenities were nice. The proximity to downtown was the number one reason for booking. Onsite parking was the second reason for booking.

Our floor has an unpleasant smell. Not unbearable, but the carpet in the hallway smelled terrible as if it needed to be cleaned or replaced.

Too few luggage carts had to haul luggage from parking garage to room without one, staff also wasn't super responsive when asking if they could get us a luggage cart.

Great location. So close to Ascend Ampitheater. We were in town to see a concert there and loved how easy it was to walk to the venue. Spacious room with seating area and refrigerator. In addition to the hotel's full bar and snack/drink area, a liquor store and Dollar General were practically next door on the next block, which was very convenient as well. Broadway, 2nd Ave, Bridgestone Arena, and so many other attractions were within close walking distance.
