Hotel Costantinopoli 104, Naples

The location of this property was in the heart of the historic district of the city. It was easy to walk everywhere even if I I forgot something to walk back to our hotel! Excellent bars and restaurants literally steps at the front door. I would recommend this place for anybody looking to visit Naples. They have 24 hour front desk person to answer questions, buzz us in and it felt very safe! Also the breakfast was AMAZING!! We had it every morning. Loved the fresh baked goods!

The breakfast was good. The location of the hotel was easy to get to everything . It was such a plus having a swimming pool .

The pool hours should be extended 7 pm is too early

A lovely little place, vey quiet, felt like a house in the midst of Naples, nice little pool in a small garden, breakfast at the patio - we liked it.

The breakfast and the breakfast staff were very good. The only exception being the fruit juices which, for someone used to 'not from concentrate' juices, were very cheap and nasty. More like flavoured sugar water. Our room 106 was off the garden and very quiet and quite big. The location of the hotel was also very nice and quite central. The hotel provided a parking space for us which was very convenient. All though the shower was a bit of a health hazzard, once you got in, it worked very well.

Whilst the room was big and the bed comfortable there were a few annoying things. The telephone turned out to be hidden behind the wall mounted TV. Entry into the bath to take a shower was potentially dangerous because you had to step over a approx 30cm wide bath surround and there was no suitably placed handrail to hold onto. I did ask for a non slip mat for the bath, but it did not materialize during out 4 night stay. There was no door to the bedroom. It led straight onto a hallway which in turn led to the exit door. Arrangements for storage of the suitcases was not well thought out. I had to rearrange the furniture a bit to accomodate ours. Getting to the hotel by car is really quite tricky because of road closures and its location in a crowded neighbourhood. The window roller blind did not close fully, so there was always a bit of light getting in to wake you in the morning.

Exceptional hotel in the heart of Naples. To enter to went through 2 buzzed gates, great security. We loved the pool and outdoor area. Our room was beside the pool and was v comfortable.

Bathroom could do with upgrading, but in a period property like this it was quite acceptable

Location is excellent, near the historical area and museums. 2 min walk to a metro station. Hotel had a pool which is rare but very useful after a morning of trips. Breakfast was fine. The hotel is a quiet place of solace in a busy area.

The location was perfect all staff amazing especially the lady at breakfast who was so friendly to our toddler. Also the girl who served us in the afternoon round the pool was lovely. The negronis around the pool was perfect.

It was a little noisy from the street below on a night but that's expected as it's a city! We will definitely return here in the very near future as a family.

The room was much smaller than I expected. It was labeled as a suite but was actually tiny even for European standards. however it was very nice and the location was very quiet and the property was beautiful and very safe. Breakfast was excellent.

Room size for the price

Beautiful rooms, spotlessly clean, excellent breakfasts, and wonderful staff. A real oasis in the midst of buzzy Naples. It would be hard to find a better hotel in this part of Naples.

The style was really appealing. The rooms were nicely decorated. We loved the little paintings on the wall. The bathroom and the room were clean.

We didn’t know whether there was an elevator.

We had an amazing 2 story room with a spectacularly enormous shower with rain head and hand washing options. Loads of hot water. Great staff. Good breakfast. Pool with lots of charm. The interior had interesting art. This was close to many of the tourist areas (including the Spanish Quarter) that you want to see. Top marks all around

Everything about this place was just superb, the location and atmosphere were perfect. Even in the middle of the historic district, no street noise - just birds chirping and the aroma of orange blossoms.

The staff was welcoming and offered to arrange a taxi to the airport in the morning. The room was super comfortable and stylish.

I would have liked more signs directing me from the street to the concierge desk, as I got a little confused about where to go.

Quiet, a bit more private than other hotels. Lovely interior setting and outdoor area.

This is an incredible cool little hotel, hidden away in a great location with great access to the Archeological Museum and the Historic Center. The quiet courtyard with a pool is a welcome oasis.

I loved the room on the third floor looking to the streets, feels more spacious because of the high ceilings. Noisier but we didn’t mind it. Rooms and the nice bathroom cleaned every day, super breakfast, helpful staff, especially Pietro, who made real big efforts to fulfil our requests.

Lovely oasis in the heart of Napoli. The pool is relaxing, rooms and spacious and nice, breakfast is delicious. The staff is friendly and helpful. I got strep throat and they immediately arranged a house call from a local doctor. It saved my trip!

If you’re window is facing the street, it’s loud. We enjoyed the urban night noise but bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper.

On first arrival you are not sure where the hotel is but on entering through large gates down a cobbled alleyway you enter this really lovely hotel in the centre of old Naples . Superbly situated, quiet with lovely pool and welcoming staff.

Not enough outdoor breakfast tables and nowhere to have a drink in the evening.

A small oasis in the historic centre of Naples. Calm, quiet and very clean. Staff fantastic, room cool and airy (we had a garden room). Bed huge and very comfortable.

It’s not a dislike - would have just like a coffee machine in room to make it 10/10.

A little oasis in a hectic city. Everything easily accessible and staff were super attentive and keen to make sure you have the best stay. The swimming pool was a welcome antidote after time sightseeing. The breakfast was plentiful and an excellent wide selection to cater for all tastes.

The room could do with a few improvements aesthetically new pictures / a freshen up re decor. But very clean and functional.

No lift for old people, but nothing really.

The rooms were delightful, and quite unique in terms of hotel accommodation. The location was perfect for visiting Naples City centre, which despite many negative reports we absolutely loved.

It takes a bit of finding, as it's at the back of other buildings that are on the main street. There is however a finger sign attached to a post on the pavement that I missed to see.

The location of the hotel is just fantastic. The inner yard with the pool is a welcome relief from the hustle and heat of the city. As we stayed for a too short a time we could not have made use of the upper terrace. Breakfast was nice, bigger choice of fruits and vegetables would have been nice.
