Hotel Costantinopoli 104, Naples

Perfect central location in the middle of everything. The room was well decorated. It was super clean. The breakfast was such a highlight. The food was so good. They baked most of everything themselves. The staff was professional, warm and helpful. Parking inside was great.

Staff were all friendly, helpful and welcoming, felt at home. Breakfast was lovely, all sorts inc; fresh fruit, meats, cheeses, various types of bread, jams and little ricotta pastries, smooth coffee, one of our party was ill during their stay and the staff made up a little tray of tasties to have in the room. We had two garden rooms, that were so quiet - even thought the hotel is very much in the heart of Naples. And my son had a street facing single room , with some street noise, but was such a lovely room that no one cared!

Breakfast was 7am to 10am I would have liked it to be 8am to 11am - but honestly there was nothing to complain about, it was a great place to stay.

Exceptional hospitality, all the staff were super helpful and very friendly to us all the time during our stay. We had a great selection of food for breakfast every morning. Excellent location, easy access to public transport and in walking distance to many beautiful places of the city. Very safe place to stay, spacious room with everything you need, immaculate bathroom, clean and comfortable beds, nice swimming pool in the garden.

Dog friendly hotel

Incredible room, location and hotel. It's a little space of peace and quiet in the middle of the Napoli chaos. The swimming pool break from the heat was wonderful, the room was beautifully decorated and so comfortable, and the breakfast was fantastic. Super recommended.

Rooms a bit dated

The room was comfortable, clean and moderate in size but sufficiently large for two people. It is located in the historic district so very convenient for walking around. The breakfast was very good! The hotel also accommodated our request for an early arrival (given the timing of our flight).

Some of the staff were quite warm, helpful and friendly. Some appeared to be a bit more cool and perhaps, unhappy with their situations?

Excellent location with easy access to all main attractions and facilities. Quick journey to and from airport.

Noisy some nights as close to student quarter and late night bars.

Boutique style Location

The hotel gave us the quiet, removed room that I requested back in March for our September stay. So grateful. Vincenzo, Adelaide (the breakfast server), Pietro, Joseph, Pasquale and another reception/concierge employee (a woman) were gracious, helpful, and highly professional. Joseph saved us a lot of headaches by giving us information about a last-minute train strike. Because of his help, we were able to make it to Rome in time for our return flight in the morning. Pietro was sweet and funny. Vincenzo helped us a ton with our rental scooter and rental car questions and was quick to get us extra towels. I love this hotel and we're definitely coming back someday.

Since we were located on the city center, there were a lot of bars and some noise at night. However, it was not that impactful since we always could sleep.

The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to restaurants, bars and good transport links. It’s surprisingly quiet as it’s in a peaceful courtyard. The breakfast was good, with eggs, yoghurt, fruits, Italian cakes etc. The pool is nice and clean and the room was spotless.

Fantastic location and the pool was just wonderful after a busy day. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good and the pool was clean and refreshing. It was nice because we were away from the main road and it was quiet.

The room didn't have a sofa as per the photos, but our room was right next to the pool so they may be a different layout. The room was still good and was enough space for my wife and I.

Excellent location, close cafes restaurants, shops, and places to visit. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was nice with a lot of choices. Room was comfortable.

It was a bit noisy on some nights but that is expected as it is in the middle of town. I would have liked the balcony to be a bit bigger to sit outside, but again it is in the middle of town so no room for a bigger balcony.

The location is great. The staff were all super helpful and cheerful from the cleaners to the pool boy. Literally everyone. Air conditioning was very good with settings to stop you freezing but not overheat and fairly quiet.

Breakfast could have had a wider range of hot foods.

The location of this property was in the heart of the historic district of the city. It was easy to walk everywhere even if I I forgot something to walk back to our hotel! Excellent bars and restaurants literally steps at the front door. I would recommend this place for anybody looking to visit Naples. They have 24 hour front desk person to answer questions, buzz us in and it felt very safe! Also the breakfast was AMAZING!! We had it every morning. Loved the fresh baked goods!

The breakfast was good. The location of the hotel was easy to get to everything . It was such a plus having a swimming pool .

The pool hours should be extended 7 pm is too early

A lovely little place, vey quiet, felt like a house in the midst of Naples, nice little pool in a small garden, breakfast at the patio - we liked it.

The breakfast and the breakfast staff were very good. The only exception being the fruit juices which, for someone used to 'not from concentrate' juices, were very cheap and nasty. More like flavoured sugar water. Our room 106 was off the garden and very quiet and quite big. The location of the hotel was also very nice and quite central. The hotel provided a parking space for us which was very convenient. All though the shower was a bit of a health hazzard, once you got in, it worked very well.

Whilst the room was big and the bed comfortable there were a few annoying things. The telephone turned out to be hidden behind the wall mounted TV. Entry into the bath to take a shower was potentially dangerous because you had to step over a approx 30cm wide bath surround and there was no suitably placed handrail to hold onto. I did ask for a non slip mat for the bath, but it did not materialize during out 4 night stay. There was no door to the bedroom. It led straight onto a hallway which in turn led to the exit door. Arrangements for storage of the suitcases was not well thought out. I had to rearrange the furniture a bit to accomodate ours. Getting to the hotel by car is really quite tricky because of road closures and its location in a crowded neighbourhood. The window roller blind did not close fully, so there was always a bit of light getting in to wake you in the morning.

Exceptional hotel in the heart of Naples. To enter to went through 2 buzzed gates, great security. We loved the pool and outdoor area. Our room was beside the pool and was v comfortable.

Location is excellent, near the historical area and museums. 2 min walk to a metro station. Hotel had a pool which is rare but very useful after a morning of trips. Breakfast was fine. The hotel is a quiet place of solace in a busy area.

The location was perfect all staff amazing especially the lady at breakfast who was so friendly to our toddler. Also the girl who served us in the afternoon round the pool was lovely. The negronis around the pool was perfect.

It was a little noisy from the street below on a night but that's expected as it's a city! We will definitely return here in the very near future as a family.

The room was much smaller than I expected. It was labeled as a suite but was actually tiny even for European standards. however it was very nice and the location was very quiet and the property was beautiful and very safe. Breakfast was excellent.

Room size for the price

Beautiful rooms, spotlessly clean, excellent breakfasts, and wonderful staff. A real oasis in the midst of buzzy Naples. It would be hard to find a better hotel in this part of Naples.

The style was really appealing. The rooms were nicely decorated. We loved the little paintings on the wall. The bathroom and the room were clean.

We had an amazing 2 story room with a spectacularly enormous shower with rain head and hand washing options. Loads of hot water. Great staff. Good breakfast. Pool with lots of charm. The interior had interesting art. This was close to many of the tourist areas (including the Spanish Quarter) that you want to see. Top marks all around
