The breakfast offered great local choices and the options to order were very good - especially the Dosa. Attentive staff in the Restaurant. The room was a great size, with very comfortable exceptionally wide bed. Restaurant good value and good food

Room service slow - one request to help with the TV went unanswered. Getting in touch with the hotel also not easy. The lack of a reception area for waiting and perhaps an informal drink is a problem.

Room needed updating. Carpet grubby, not cleaned very well. Expensive rate, but felt hotel wasn't of a high grade. Disliked window between the bathroom and bedroom.

Really good location, in a lovely, safe neighborhood. The hotel is near many shops and restaurants . The staff was very friendly and accommodating . The breakfast selections changed daily and the dishes were always delicious and the service was prompt.

Rodas is a convenient choice due to its proximity to the airport, making late check-ins stress-free with just a 30-minute drive. The concierge staff ensured a smooth check-in process. The rooms were clean, spacious, and offered a sense of safety and security that's particularly comforting for international travellers. The morning breakfast was excellent, and staff were very helpful and attentive.

The cramped check-in area to accommodate more than two travellers would significantly enhance the arrival experience. Upgrading the toilet next to the reception would better suit the needs of overseas travellers, especially those with children. Additionally, introducing a broader selection of Western breakfast options would cater to a wider range of tastes and improve the breakfast experience.

The location is great with everything you may need very close.The rooms are adequately sized for a couple. It had all the essential requirements in a room.

Breakfast options were limited for the cost of the property. The service level can be better. The air conditioning in the room was non functional inspite of maintenance.The rooms had stains which dint bother much but visually not great.

Amazing property. Not enough affordable hotel options in Powai but this is a good one and got a good deal so booked it. Was pleased with the size of the room. The food was delicious and the staff if very cooperative.

Our stay at Rodas Ecotel was average. Plus points were the hotel's Central location at Hiranandani, room size and the room view. Buffet breakfast & dinner was of good quality

Negatives - WiFi was poor / Night staff response was hardly available / Though we were told food order is 24*7 with limited menu - v v reluctant to help. For the cost that was charged - not acceptable

The room was humid and muggy inspite of the AC being on.

The rooms were spacious and clean with all amenities. the location is also very central with a supermarket in walking distance. Breakfast was good with a decent spread and really appreciate the fruit selection and juices.

Checkout experience could have been better as we had an early morning flight and has requested that the bills be kept ready the previous night. this did not happen and we were slightly delayed in the morning due to this. Also since the hotel is along the eco consicous lines, it would be good if this was reflected in some of the amenities used like the plastic water bottles and toiletries.

The breakfast spread was limited but really good quality and taste. The location is right in the centre of Powai Hiranandani and a stones throw away from all good restaurants and shopping areas.

The entrance lobby was way too small.

Staff not being helpful, delayed check-in beyond 2 pm although I had requested an early check in. Restaurant hostess not being polite when presenting bills or asking for signature, and on one evening making me leave the restaurant as it was booked for a party. One of the staff members was willing to make up for others mistakes and the restaurant serving staff was excellent. Suggest you train the front office and hostess staff to show more courtesy to guests, only one of them was good at his job. Noise level from street was high in the room.

We didn't have a shower you could stand under. We were allocated a smoking room, but managed to get it changed. Arriving in the early hours of the morning, room service was limited.

Spacious room with huge, comfy bed! Good location near to amenities. Not too far from airport (approx 40 mins by road). Nice restaurant with good breakfast. Staff were very helpful. The little complimentary chocolates brought to our room was a lovely touch.

Location is excellent. You can walk down and get everything. Room view is excellent, staffs are very nice and courteous. Overall my experience is excellent. Only thing is that this is 3 star hotel and they should reduce the room charges.
