The Trident Bandra Kurla truly sets a gold standard for hospitality. every detail reflected thoughtfulness, and care and exceptionally comfortable. The rooms were well maintained, the food was consistently outstanding, and the overall atmosphere felt both refined and welcoming. What truly elevates this hotel, however, is the people their warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality make the experience unforgettable. I would like to extend special appreciation to Sonal from Housekeeping, whose attention to detail and care were truly remarkable; Nubur, the Restaurant Manager, for ensuring an exceptional dining experience with impeccable service and warmth; and Sunaina at the Reception, whose professionalism, kindness, and efficiency set the tone for a perfect stay. They are outstanding ambassadors of the Trident brand, and their dedication genuinely made my visit memorable.

Honestly, there was nothing to dislike. The experience was seamless from start to finish, and every interaction exceeded expectations. Any small requests were handled promptly and graciously, leaving no room for improvement during my stay.

I love the fact that we were really early before the checking time as we had an early morning commitment, however, that got cancelled and we were stranded with no option, but to request for early check-in, we hadn’t slept all night, but the team was extremely cooperative and gave us a very early check-in, which was really amazing!!

I was there justfor a day, however, whatever I experienced was all very good.

Fabulous service there were some teething issues but taken care by KK. The manager floor manager very well thank you very much for everything. The staff was very supportive.

Needs upgrade in few rooms also some snagging in the rooms They look a bit old and Worn out The restaurant choice in food was very less compared to the kind of food that is available in the high-end hotels like this, especially in the breakfast very limited choice choices With the staff and the service in the restaurant is very prompt active and Hospitality is good

The service In particular, I wanted to highlight how lovely Pankaj Yadav at the security desk is regardless of the time and the crowds of people he was consistently charming , smiling, supportive, quick and welcoming He is an asset to the Trident Mumbai The in room fining crew in particular rahul, who were amazing as well. I had the flu while I was there and they went out of their way to make sure that I had anything I needed from medication to an extra sweater to loads of ginger tea regardless of the time.

Slow check in and poor engagement from the front desk on requests; also the pricing on Booking.com was much higher than a direct reservation

EVERYTHING!!!! This hotel is faultless, the staff, the location, the food is top quality and the facilities are as good as anywhere i have stayed before. In England this hotel with these rooms and this level of service would be £500 a night. A special thanks to Nupur the restaurant manager for all her help.

Fantastic location! Multiple hotspots within walking distance. Superb service! I asked for some curd as I had indigestion and they brought a bowl to the room within five minutes!! Great view of the pool from our room! The food and the staff were also exceptional. Everyone greeted and welcomed us wherever we went on the premises.

During my stay, this hotel offered exactly what I was hoping for: peace, comfort, and excellent facilities in a spotless and well maintained environment. From the moment I arrived, everything felt calm, polished, and thoughtfully designed to make guests feel at ease. The facilities were genuinely impressive. The gym stood out in particular, with high quality treadmills that made training a pleasure rather than a compromise. The swimming pool was another highlight, perfect for both recovery and relaxation after a long day (after the TATA Mumbai Marathon). Breakfast deserves special mention. It was consistently excellent, clearly prepared with care and quality ingredients. I especially appreciated the proper protein options for a vegetarian, which made it easy to stay full and energized well into the day. It was the kind of breakfast that sets the tone for a great morning. What truly elevated the experience, however, was the staff. The service was exceptional throughout my stay. Everyone went out of their way to help, and no request ever felt like too much trouble. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made a noticeable difference and created a genuinely welcoming atmosphere. Overall, this hotel delivers on every level: comfort, facilities, service, and quality. I would not hesitate to return and would gladly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, high standard stay.

Location was good

Rooms were not made for next day despite reminders. Food was super below quality served in the room. One of the lowest in terms of taste . Even basics like curd bowls and dal bowls and cutlery they forgot to bring both days . They need to really work hard on quality of food.

Great hotel in good location. close to airport I was particularly impressed with the delicious breakfast. My mom's dietary restriction was not a problem. They in fact had items readily available without having to special order.

I would like to say that Trident Mumbai is one of the best hotels in the city. The service is excellent, the stay is very calm and comfortable, and the staff are outstanding. They offered very nice breakfast as well. Highly recommend it there’s no need to look elsewhere unless you specifically prefer staying near malls and crowded areas. I would also like to extend my sincere thanks to Nishtha Gandhi, the Duty Manager, for her time, exceptional help, and the dedication she showed during my stay.

When you see one of the managers pickup plates and help with cleaning the tables for a quick turn around during heavy breakfast hours, it shows the culture and the passion you have towards customer service. Stayed here with family and could have not asked for a better and a more comfortable stay. Perfectly located hotel with easy connectivity to either side of Mumbai. Even though it was heavily crowded and busy the check in was smooth and all the way from check-in to check-out we were made feel special and well looked after. It’s the staff which makes the difference and especially when you have smiling faces all around to look after it makes a huge impact. We were lucky to get an upgrade (could not have asked for more!), the rooms are spacious and super comfortable (have everything that you need). Great view from the room. Rooms service was perfect and what topped it all was the way our special request was taken care of (Christmas decoration) by Deepa and her team….it was perfectly done.thank you! Also special mention to the entire house keeping team, they really do an amazing job with the daily cleanup and keeping the rooms so neat and clean. Breakfast spread is great and has a range of options available for your choice and taste, we really enjoyed our first meal of the day which have a perfect start to our day. Special mention to the extended arrangement the hotel had done to take care of the rush and ensure guest do not have to wait for long. This by far has become one of my favourite hotels not just in Mumbai but overall as well and while i am surely coming back, I would strongly suggest anyone looking around this area to pickup trident. As I mentioned…you guys really know it all to take care of the people (read guest) thank you and keep up the great job! One suggestion- it would be good if you can notify your guest about major events around the hotel esp the early morning ones on the weekend.

The staff are exceptional!

The rooms are showing wear and tear. The cleaning staff need to up their game. The glass wardrobe doors were spotty so was the glass barrier between the room and the washroom. The desk needed a proper dusting and carpet needed a wash

I think mattress could be more comfortable and there is poor sound insulation; you can hear a lot of noise from the neighboring rooms, which can prevent you from getting a good night's sleep.
