I really liked the high level of cleanliness, the professionalism of the staff, especially Vrinda, who was very kind and helpful, and the great attention to detail. The location is excellent, and the service was outstanding.

Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like about the property. Everything was excellent and met my expectations.

The staff, particularly from the kitchen and housekeeping, was excellent. The chef, Ankana, was incredibly helpful, especially in making vegan breakfasts that catered to my specific needs. The breakfast food was delicious and offered a wide variety of options.

The high tea in the club lounge was very poor. The snacks were good but high tea should have a selection of interesting teas and be accompanied by champagne. None of the waiters knew what high tea was and thought it was just food. They didn’t even understand English properly but pretended to. I invited guests to this and was embarrassed.

The staff were warm and professional. More importantly, they were very efficient which I appreciated because I was traveling for work.

Music at the spa was odd and not very relaxing but the massage was excellent as the therapist was quite skilled.

Great location and lovely facilities. The staff went above and beyond to help with a small event (Abir) and also helped book train tickets (Parth). These small things really do make a difference.

We've been living in India for the past 1.5 years and have stayed at many different hotels during this time — and I can confidently say that this was one of the best experiences we've had so far. The standout features of this hotel are its cleanliness and comfort. Everything was spotless, and the room was very well-maintained and cozy. The staff were extremely attentive, friendly, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of variety — including options that would definitely appeal to European travelers as well. One unexpected highlight of our stay was the hotel's Italian restaurant. We had originally planned to eat elsewhere and had even looked up other places, but decided to give it a try — and we were so glad we did! The menu was impressive, and the complimentary starters were a lovely touch. In fact, we ended up returning on our last evening because we enjoyed it so much. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming stay.

I booked a stay at the Trident Hotel BKC mainly because it was the closest hotel to the VFS Norwegian visa office—but what I ended up experiencing was something far beyond just convenience. From the moment I stepped into the grand, serene lobby, I felt a warmth and welcome that instantly put me at ease. I arrived before the official check-in time of 3 PM, but the receptionist greeted me with a smile and assured me they’d try to get my room ready within the hour. Krunal, one of their staff members, kindly offered to call me as soon as it was ready. It wasn’t just a routine promise—it felt genuine, like they really cared. About 45 minutes later, I walked up to the reception again but saw it was quite crowded. I turned around, thinking I’d wait a little longer—but then something incredible happened. Aayush, the duty manager, noticed me from a distance, left his desk, and walked right up to me asking how he could help. When I told him I was waiting for a room, he immediately picked up the phone, made a call, and within minutes handed me the key. That small moment felt huge—it showed they were watching out for me, even when I wasn’t expecting it. The room? Immaculate. The corridors? Spotless. The entire property radiates elegance and calm. And the breakfast? Absolutely divine—fresh, hot, flavorful, and prepared with so much love that you can taste it in every bite. But what really moved me during my stay was the people. Their service is something I’ll never forget. No matter what we asked for—through WhatsApp, over the phone, or in person—not once did we hear a "no." They never made us feel like a bother. Instead, every request was met with kindness, urgency, and a smile. I’ve stayed at several American 5-star chains before, but never have I experienced this level of heartfelt hospitality. From the moment you walk in to the moment they close the car door at checkout, you're treated like family—respected, cared for, and seen.

Excellent Location, ambience, decor-great service- and very hospitable staff- ever keen to take care of your needs.

Nothing- except perhaps for the breakfast that was served also in the First floor banquet hall over and above the regular restaurant- owing to heavy rush- when a few food items got a little cold-( like idlis).

We are in fact overwhelmed by the overall ambience, warm welcome, all staff or the whole Trident BKC team right from well-dressed Doormen, Reception where Mr. Lucky won our hearts by all means, Coincerge, at the breakfast and kitchen Chefs, too in general and the team at the Clob Floor in particular. The Trident BKC was pleased to upgrade our Room to the Club Floor which was to our utter surprise. Such a gesture on their part was feather in the cap. At the Club Floor, words are not enough to praise Mr. Shubham and Ms Komal for walking and extra mile in rendering extraordinary services. Even Mr. Lucky arranged pickup and drop for us to where we had to go during our stay, since it was heavily raining which makes them the icon in hospitality which shows where they have set the benchmark. In short, the Trident BKC has left no stone unturned. It has given us a thousand of reasons to fall in love with ! Thanks again and again Trident BKC !

Staff was amazing, everyone is so helpful and polite. Especially loved personal attention from Shruti, she made sure our stay was amazing.

The hotel service was impeccable. Had a few issues with room size for a family of 4 but all resolved quickly and efficiently. The concierge service was so useful and all staff were lovely. The chef even made special food for my 3 yr old for breakfast.
