It’s good and the location is suitable

Very well located to attend sons graduation at the jio convention centre. The staff was very courteous and friendly. The dinner at the Italian restaurant was great

We stayed in deluxe room. Room size was good. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Pool was very big. Buffet breakfast was amazing, all kinds of food options were there. Overall, a very good experience.

My experience at Trident Bandra Kurla was absolutely superb. Shakshi was incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive, making us feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The room was luxurious and clean. I would definitely come back!

There extra charges: Mentioned airport pick and drop off available but nit mentioned its paid facility.

Entire end to end was perfect. Got checkin at 12.00 PM that made our day as we had to go to US Embassy for interview.

Dental kit was not provided in the bathroom. Had to call twice to reception to get it delivered.

I got upgraded to a bigger room and it was wonderful. I had a bath and had great views. I spent the next day around the pool before my flight. Breakfast was so great, so much on offer, a wonderful variety.

Very efficient check in process. The restaurants are good. They provided drop facility to the VAC and US consulate, which was extremely convenient and made the purpose of the visit a breeze. Bed was comfortable and housekeeping staff quickly brought everything I needed. They provided more than enough towels in the room and they were extremely well laundered. The in-house bottled water tasted good, mini bar was well stocked… It’s little things that other hotels are not delivering these days. This property really puts the guests’ needs first :)

The breakfast and especially if you go to the first floor the staff is slow and confused. Have breakfast on the ground floor only

Great location, excellent rooms, good food, good value for money.

They have stopped keeping toiletries in disposable bottles and moved to the rather low end style of refillable containers. It reduces the class of the hotel and its hospitality.

Great hotel, had a pleasant stay there. Staffs are extremely helpful and courteous. Special thanks to the hotel for the surprise they gave us for our wedding anniversary, really appreciated it. Thank you so much Mrs Sakshi Khole for making us feel at home. Looking forward to my next stay at the hotel later this year...

I loved the entire service, they allowed for late checkout at no extra cost. The Breakfast is one of the best available. The location is excellent.

The pool's boundary walls need to be re-plastered or treated for damage.
