Wonderful rooms , facilites (mainly the gym)and most of all the staff. Parth from the concuerge, the perspn who took my in room dining orders (no odea what his name is) , reservation staff who were very helpful but i could not meet were all amazing.

Breakfast and club lounge food choices limited and deteriorated since our last visit in 2016/2017.
Wrongly advised of complimentary access to non alcoholic items from the minibar during check in and again when I re-inquired. At checkout, was advised only first use was free, although all charges were waived.

My stay at Trident, Bandra Kurla, Mumbai was truly exceptional comfortable, memorable, and beyond expectations.
I really liked the high level of cleanliness, the professionalism of the staff, especially Vrinda, who was very kind and helpful, and the great attention to detail. The location is excellent, and the service was outstanding.
Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like about the property. Everything was excellent and met my expectations.

My second stay at the Trident BKC and it was as good as the first.
Excellent service, particularly in the 022 restaurant and bar. A special mention for Shivam in the restaurant who looked after me especially well. A mention also for Ganesh, the chauffeur - the best driver in Mumbai!

The staff, particularly from the kitchen and housekeeping, was excellent. The chef, Ankana, was incredibly helpful, especially in making vegan breakfasts that catered to my specific needs. The breakfast food was delicious and offered a wide variety of options.

An oasis of luxury in Mumbai
Location and sense of luxury
The high tea in the club lounge was very poor. The snacks were good but high tea should have a selection of interesting teas and be accompanied by champagne. None of the waiters knew what high tea was and thought it was just food. They didn’t even understand English properly but pretended to. I invited guests to this and was embarrassed.
