Very clean and spacious room, everything was in great condition. Friendly staff and easy check-in/out system. The hotel location is great.

The TV was terribly slow and its reception very spotty at times. Not a big deal though, who needs a TV when you're in Montreal?

Super modern, clean and was in a perfect location. Close to the subway line and walkable to many attractions.

Great location, few steps from convention center and from airport bus station. The room was small, but comfortable, warm, with all necessary amenities.

I missed some vegetables and low fat cheese at breakfast.

Very modern, new and beautiful. The bed was comfortable. Good choices for breakfast. Close to restaurants and bars.

The water for the shower couldn’t get very hot. It was warm (would be ok if we were in summer time but not in these colder temperatures now). Breakfast was expensive!

The proximity with Old Town. Restaurants bars are nearby. Close to the Airport shuttle as well. Great buffet breakfast !

The view, location amazing staff was nice and professional

Nice quiet room with comfortable bed and automatic curtains. The location couldn't be beat, short walk to old port as well as downtown with lots of restaurants and shops close by. Valet was super convenient - parked out front and checked in and the rest was taken care of.

The restaurant was closed on both sunday and monday during our stay and the cocktails at the bar were not great.

The hotel was lovely and clean and the staff were exceptional!! I accidentally booked my stay for the wrong day through a third party and the staff were amazing dealing with my mistake. After I rebooked it for the correct date they worked with third party site to make sure I received a refund. I highly recommend Hotel Monville.

Good location. Clean room and bathroom. Reasonable breakfast options.

The rooms are quite small. Some of the staff could have smiled occasionally to brighten the conversation. Not a lot of storage for people travelling with over 2 weeks' of clothing etc.

Great location, attentive staff. It was very busy checking out on Sunday morning but the staff did a great job managing the valet and ensuring everyone got out in a reasonable time.

This hotel is so beautiful! I really enjoyed the experience with my dog. The staff is very kind, and they provided me a bed for my dog. Everything was so clean and the bed was so comfortable. I highly recommend.

I didn’t like my room was very close to the gym. So the people training at 7am on Sunday woke me up because of the noise of the dumbbells. I recommend to ask for a room far of the gym.

Location is excellent; very downtown but not loud at all, we were high up so we didn’t hear anything much at all. Bed was very comfortable and the rainfall shower was nice.

Room was much smaller than the photos indicated. The scent in the lobby is overpowering and unneeded. It absolutely will stop me from returning; with a scent allergy that causes migraines I would highly avoid if you also suffer from similar. TV casting and wifi was intermittently working.

I worked for a decade in high-end hotels and this property is exceptional. A real customer service experience completely devoid of any feeling of transactional exchange. The front desk staff are convivial and kind. The breakfast was delicious, the room attendants were friendly and communicative. The valet service is prompt and efficient. The management team should be proud.

Very clean and comfortable room, modern and aesthetic. The location cannot be beat, close to the metro but also the old port! A great place to base yourself to enjoy all areas of Montreal. Highly recommend

Nothing really would have been perfect if they had a pool.

Room was small and not well-organized in my opinion. The sink was outside of the bathroom.

The only thing worth adding is a toilet brush. That is kind of strange that it is not there

Great price/value combination; upper floor suite was quite spacious and had a nice view over the city. Very good breakfast with a variety of options: pastry, waffles, deli.

There is only valet parking available. We opted not to use it.

Location is ideal for exploring the city on foot. Rooms are modern and up to date.

Had to move rooms due to a broken air conditioning unit which caused sleep problems. Newer room was much better.

Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We loved the design of the rooms, the brightness, big mirror.

There was only a buffet for breakfast instead of the menu as advertised. The airconditioning did some clicking sounds throughout the night.

Nice modern hotel

We liked that it had a rooftop that we could get food or drinks downstairs and bring upstairs, or even food from outside. It was very convenient. The rooms were great, turn down service every day.

We just didn’t like that there were so many flies on the tables at the rooftop, like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while, but other than that it was really nice.

Very nice hotel. Simple yet modern and elegant. Great value for your money and great location.
