Palazzo Parigi Hotel & Grand Spa in Milan is a luxuriously restored bank, with French flourishes thrown in to up the wow factor even more. The hotel is set up on the site of the history-rich Palazzo Kramer, which was destroyed during World War II. This history has been respected with modern grandeur added to attract guests with a taste for only the best. Sweeping staircases, marble columns and parquet floors all add to the feeling of extravagance that is immediately felt upon walking through the front doors.
The hotel is a few minutes’ walk from Via della Spiga, Milan’s famously glamorous shopping district which features top designer fashion boutiques. The family-friendly hotel is near tourist attractions such as Armani Megastore, Pinacoteca di Brera, Teatro alla Scala, Castello Sforzesco and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II.

They holding my money on the card, not release it until I asked for, which already almost 3 weeks after I left the hotel. And cause me a big problem on using my credit card. How come their finance team unprofessional and untrustworthy.

There was only one good Valet guy, who was always ready to help and he was 3 days with a smile on his face.

Waiters are lazy, forget about you... however there is not so many tables.
Room was bad, I had a taxi from the hotell for free - he delayed for 55 minutes. so i took on my own. for 2500 Eur per night.. never will come back

To expensive cap from Linate airport charge 150 euro. 20 minuten. normal price 25. oké a Mercedes but not worth the money.

nice stay in this hotel
chic hotel in the downtown. walking distance to Brera shopping area. Very friendly staff , nice spa, lovely garten, room is very clean, bed is very comfortable.

Heavenly stay in one of the best hotels I have ever walked in to.
The room was spacious. The property was clean. Most of all, the staff was amazingly kind and helpful. 15 minute walk to Duomo di Milano and many popular sights. Superb for business travel as well. Stay in this hotel.

luxury hotel taking extreme care of details, located close to the city main attractions, very professional service, exceptional bed and linen, very clean suite with all amenities, including window blinds (support comfort in the night)
