Excellent hotel with a special addition; a perfumerie on site. Excellent service, cleanliness, and support staff.

A clean and brightly lit hotel.

The restaurant staff was very nice. The front desk staff seemed a little impatient. I'm not one to ask for a lot so it was a little odd.

My favourite hotel so far in Milan; it's close to my favourite restaurant and near the river Navigli. It's tucked away in a corner which I love as it's like a hidden gem. And I love that it was a perfume factory before and how well they kept the integrity of the architecture and design

Not exactly close to the city centre eg. Duomo, if you fancy walking, which I do. But close enough by tram. But if you do fancy walking, you actually get to see a lot more. It's quite straighforward and you won't get lost and the staff are very helpful in helping you navigate without stress

The vibes of the hotel was very nice-the lobby was simply furnished but elegant. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean and we found it very restful. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel was close to metro, restaurants and shopping.

The breakfast spread was the same every day - some variety would be nice. Also, the rooftop bar food menu felt very experimental. We couldn't figure out how to make the blinds half-close; we can only raise it up and down.

Modernly designed hotel, spacious and well-equipped rooms, varied breakfast and excellent service, especially from George and Rosemary from the food and beverage department.

We filtered in the booking search for a spa hotel- it has only steaming room that needs to be booked in advance

Our stay was wonderful. The room was not only spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable, but it also had a lovely, subtle fragrant aroma that made it feel so welcoming. The staff were friendly and whelpful. Breakfast offered a huge variety of delicious choices to suit all tastes. Despite being in the city, the hotel was peacefully quiet, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. We highly recommend this hotel for a truly relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

The bathroom was a real issue. The shower curtain is far too short, causing water to spill out all over the floor. Combined with the very slow drainage, it created a huge, wet mess. For a proper shower, this room needs a fully enclosed glass cabin instead.

It was a little further out of the way than we expected but easy enough to get around and a10 minute walk to public transport or the start of the main streets in navigli

What a great find in Milan, and the concept - that it's set in an old perfume factory and every room has a different signature scent. Clever and smelled amazing!!! The room was spacious gorgeous and a LOT of light!! Bathrooms - again stunning, spacious and modern. The facility has so much space it's wonderful to tuck away and read somewhere in a comfy cozy sofa or chair... The rooftop again, beautiful beautiful. The staff - so helpful and kind.

My only mention is that it would be nice to have access to the rooftop during the day as it's so nice up there!! In the summer it was sad to not go up when it was sunny and beautiful.. until it opens closer to dinner.

The room size and quality was fantastic. The perfume concept was original and a lovely touch. The restaurant meal was well worth trying as it was delicious.

The perfume dedicated to my room was a little too strong for me but I loved the concept and story regarding this. The breakfast room was a bit small for the number of guests so getting the food was not as easy as it could have been

What a fantastic hotel, tucked away near Genova station in Milan, this re-purposed perfume factory was amazing. The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly to us. The rooms were large, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The public areas of the hotel were worth a visit just for themselves.

This is a stunning very stylish hotel with beautiful facilities. The aperitivo on the terrace is excellent. We loved the pickled peaches.

Hotel location is not as convenient to the city center as we would have liked. Our booking did not include breakfast which was a shame as I believe it was fabulous . I do think if you are staying at a Small Luxury Hotel of the World, irrespective of what room size booked ,complimentary breakfast should always be included.

Very refined contemporary style hotel with pleasant quier ambience around an internal courtyard garden. Rooms are comfortable and beds use beautiful linen.. An excellent buffet breakfast is served next to the courtyard.

More comfortable seating in the bedroom so both people can watch TV from a chair.

Lovely luxury boutique hotel. Close to lots of restaurants and bars. The hotel breakfast was amazing, with lots of options to choose from. And if those options were not enough a menus is provided to purchase additional breakfast items. The bathroom at this hotel was stunning. One of the best showers I’ve ever used with lovely amenities. As an old perfume factory the fragrances displayed through the hotel were beautiful. Also a shout out to Fabio, what a sweet gentleman, always friendly and looking out for customers.

The light system in the room can be temperamental. The door to the room could do without the loud buzzing.

Very luxurious experience, the hotel is beautiful and modern. Love the original artwork throughout and the breakfast was amazing. We were greeted upon arrival and the check in process was smooth and easy. If you like them, do try a cocktail at the terrace bar, so so good!

It's a shame that such an hotel doesn't have a pool - a spa area would be so connected to perfumes. And the restaurant is extremely expensive / the relationship quality / value for a simple club sandwich isn't ok

We had a wonderful stay at Magna Pars Milano during our family trip to the city. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with impeccable service, attention to detail, and a genuine sense of hospitality. The hotel is beautifully designed — modern, elegant, and full of character — and the peaceful atmosphere made it a perfect retreat after a day exploring Milan. Our suite was spacious, spotless, and tastefully decorated, with thoughtful touches that made traveling with children easy and enjoyable. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and we appreciated the calm and quiet of the surroundings — a rare luxury in a big city. Breakfast was a real highlight: high-quality ingredients, freshly prepared dishes, and a lovely setting in the courtyard. The staff were attentive and kind, especially with our kids, which made the mornings feel like a treat. The location was ideal for us — tucked away in a quieter part of town, yet within easy reach of the city’s main attractions. We especially loved walking around the charming neighborhood after dinner.

It was really hot while we were there and the building heats up in the daytime. Maybe need some blinds to keep the heat out in the hottest part of the day. The food at the rooftop bar was limited.

Breakfast was good, although not very varied, delicious a la carte diches available for ordering, comfortable and spacious suites, and somewhat far from the city center.

There is no chat program to comfortably talk to the staff or a tablet to place in-room orders.

It was clean at all times, and well organized with daily cleaning. The different scents were unique and something we have never seen before, they also smelled amazing.

The property had many mosquitoes, some of my family lefts with about 8 mosquitoes bites in 4 days. They were in the room, elevator, dinning area, and essentially everywhere.

The room is spacious , the bathroom is as big as the room. :D I like the details touch they put in the room, some books with history of perfume and welcome gift, that's very nice and memorable. I like the fact that it used to be a perfume factory and turn it into hotel, they did a pretty amazing job designing it. It smells very nice everywhere, they have display of perfumes in the lobby, lounge, breakfast entrance and etc.

Breakfast could be better, more info digitally where to go in Milan instead of paper maps. Where to get tickets, what's in season or exhibition held during certain months. All these can be input digitally and share it to customers and we can carry it around in our phone.
