Beautiful hotel. Rooms were fantastic modern but comfortable

Beautiful rooms and hotel.

Location was different to where I normally stay.Not bad just takes some getting used to.

Breakfast was great and the restaurant staff were amazing and very accommodating. They offer a great selection of gluten free products for those who require alternative breakfast options.

The rooms and bathrooms need some work. They look old and tatty.

Very comfortable and large suite. Very good staff, although the weekend breakfast staff not as professional as those staff in the week. Excellent restaurant and bar.

Hotel is not close to city center or major attractions. Metro and bus station is @ 10 minute walk from hotel.

Room was a great size, beds were very comfortable, statement bathroom was lovely and clean. Small bottle of fizz and chocolates we re a lovely touch and of course, the hotel smelled amazing.

Wine glasses were visibly dirty/greasy so couldn't use these Staff were not very friendly but they were polite. We weren't made aware of any additional hotel facilities we could have used such as spa or massage etc.

The ambience & chic decor were outstanding. Fresh, clean and relaxing. Staff were attentive and very helpful. A true diamond boutique!

Location is a little far, but we knew this and didn’t mind the stunning walk to centre

It’s an amazing hotel that smells wonderful with the perfumes created in house . Every room, either private or public has their own smell. Gym is wonderful and even more so is library . I truly enjoyed my stay (and brought home amazing diffusers that remind me of Milano)

It’s great, just location is a bit off center but I did enjoy the walks.

The location was excellent, parking well organised, reception staff friendly, the room spacious and well equipped, bathroom lovely.

The perfume experience, recommended by the receptionist, was so-so - a sales operation. The breakfast area was in the basement/not welcoming and the breakfast staff was ignoring us even after we had approached them. The room was a tad too technology-rich, which caused high-ish noise level at night.

Great location. The hotel has brilliant history and is unique. You cannot get this anywhere else. The parfums are unbelievable. Our favourites were the Negroli and Oud scents. Breakfast is great. Omelettes are lovely and tasty. Coffee - expresso macchiato is definitely worth having. Brilliant service from Alessia. Thank you.

The hotel boasts a simple yet elegant design, and the room was cozy. Additionally, the breakfast was excellent.

The story of the hotel and the decor. The bedding was excellent and the soundproofing very effective. The breakfast is really good.

The AC was off in the room when we arrived and took long hours to bring the temperature down because it was hot outside and the room facade is all glass so the sun heat was a lot. Also the parking was charged 25 euros per night.

The place was beautiful and very clean and the staff is so friendly.

The parking is not for free and every time that you need your car, a staff is required to unlock the basement door for you.

The style. The room was very pleasant and the bathroom - great shower - was comfortable. We liked the small touches like the delicious little goodies as well as the Prosecco and the water. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was great. The area very interesting with museums, nice restaurants and a short walk to Navigli.

We were unlucky because of renovations the Skylar was closed.

Space and light. Not a high rise building.

I loved the little perfumes they left me in my room, the breakfast was really delicious. The staff are very friendly. The room is comfortable, large and very modern, a pillow menu and comfy large bed. The hotel itself being converted from a perfume factory gives it a great vibe. Definitely visit the perfumery where they take you through all the perfumes and explain why and how they were created. Choose a perfume to remind you of your stay. The location is close to the Armani exhibit, the canal with lots of restaurants and easy to get around the whole city with the metro station close by. I really enjoyed my stay here.

There were renovations going on with the rooftop bar and the gym, so unfortunately I missed these. When completed this will add a lot of atmosphere to the hotel and great views from the rooftop.

Among the best buffet breakfast s I have had. Amazing and friendly staff.

Room size, furnishings, natural lighting, luxury fittings and amenities, pleasant staff.

This is no doubt a beautiful and luxurious hotel. It is new and gorgeous, bright, super modern, stunning, stylish and classy Italian design and architecture. The room was gorgeous and the amenities were super. Upon entry there is a welcome plate to die for – chocolates and fruit, bubbly wine and a great coffee machine. The bathroom is beautiful but no bath tub. It was clean and lovely and very white. Bed was super comfy as were the pillows, really top notch. The breakfast was also absolutely spectacular, huge variety, super fresh and tasty. Excellent freshly squeezed OJ and excellent coffee. Staff at breakfast was super nice.

On the negative side – 1. When I checked it I asked “is it a nice room?”, more to make conversation really and understand if there was a discrepancy between the rooms, the guy at the reception answered “it is what you ordered”, which I thought was rude, unkind and unnecessary really, felt very unwelcomed with that remark. The lady who checked me in however was very nice and helpful and gave me great recs for restaurants. 2. Temperature in the room – I found it freezing at 19 degrees and tried to increase the temp unsuccessfully. I was then told that it is the central aircon of the hotel and couldn’t be changed. They brought in a heater (!) which was very kind but quite strange with it being so hot outside. It’s a disadvantage that windows cannot be opened. 3. Location – its in a back street near the Navigli of Milan, the canal area around Milan. However it’s a not very pleasant 15 minutes walk to the Navigli itself and there is nothing in terms of restaurants, caffes or other areas of interest around the hotel. Most attractions in Milan are near the Duomo which is about 15 minutes by cab.

The size of the suite & how the sunlight makes it more beautiful! I love the way they put books on the coffee table & how each room has its unique smell! The bathroom was the best ever seen! It was a bit away from touristy area which we like!

The AC was cold and couldn't shut it down. The breakfast has few options. Would recommend to add more options.

The best breakfast ever in any hotel in Italy. The head person was very courteous and quite polite as well as efficient.

I cannot think of anything that I did not like except perhaps the toiletries provided which could have been better. Also there should be more light in the shower cubicle.

Absolutely beautiful, modern, light and peaceful building. Smells amazing everywhere. Staff friendly & helpful but don’t bother you. Restaurant staff so nice. The perfume cocktails to die for! Love the location - very cool. Plenty of food choices at breakfast. The perfume tour was wonderful. 10/10 on everything. Will be back!

Spacious and clean bedroom, with big windows and living room. Great breakfast. Location is good - neighborhood is quieter than the center (10-15 minutes drive to the center), but has many restaurants around.

Nice hotel with good infrastructure, good staff and good food.

Location is not good. City centre is at a bit of a distance.
