What I really liked about the hostel were the facilities and amenities available. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the coffee machines and water dispensers were excellent. The staff were also attentive and very efficient during both check-in and check-out.

I have no complaints about my stay at the hostel, and there was nothing in particular that I didn’t like.

Staff were excellent in all ways. Happy and really working to make everyone else happy. Just a great environment. Met so many wonderful people. This deserves Best Hostel in Italy from what I saw. Rooms were good. Luggage was secure. I felt safe. Just a collective working together even from us tourists. They are just over the top in offerings. Laundry (sm fee), food, small buffet at dinner. Just above. An 11+! Thx for an incredible stay:)

Actually the best hostel i have ever been,the stuff are really friendly,the hostel really cosy and you can feel like they are your family,they make sure you are comfortable there have fun ,the rooms are really clean and modern, i enjoyed every moment there

The people and the comunity as a whole was perfect. The home vibes and people meeting throughout the whole day was really great. The personal was amazing and helpfull aswell. The rooms and the hotel areas well tidy and well managed. If you are trying to meet new people this is the way to do so, even if it is hard to connect with people as there are so many activities and people around you!!

A/C in the room is too strong, it. Can be turn down by the reception but still..

This is probably the best hostel I've stayed in in all of Europe. The room was absolutely clean, the staff was very helpful and friendly and the location is perfect. The atmosphere is really nice and fun and there is an activity every night. Definitely will comeback if I ever return to Milan.

Toilets were smelling bad

A small, good hotel to stay for a few nights. When checking in we were given a room with a small balcony, which was very nice. The room itself was clean, tidy, with everything you need

The friendly staff, everyone is very sympathetic and ready to help you. The karaoke nights are really fun as well. The hostel is well located, close to the historic center but away from the crowds, so you will have a peaceful and quiet stay. I totally recommend it.

Wonderful staff. It feels like Italian grandma's place with the free dinner offered one night and the free coffee in the common area with great music and books to read. I truly enjoyed the place.

The fact the shower and the toilet are in one room. I wish there was an extra shared toilets and showers in the coridors

Room is big and clean. The location is excellent! Moreover, there are some pasta, rice, and fruits in the kitchen that you can enjoy for free.

You have to do your own bedsheets. But for the price, this is acceptable though.

My favorite place to stay in Milan. Great location just off Via Torino, nice rooms, and a wonderful staff who really know how to make you feel welcome. Add to that incredible amenities: espresso machines, fully equipped kitchens with food and spices, game rooms, patios, welcome drinks, aperitif hour... Keep up the good work!

The most social, friendly, fun hostel I have ever stayed in.

Check in and check out are very easily done. The location is privileged, walking distance from the duomo and metro lines. The staff is very friendly and the accommodation is clean and comfortable.

I was staying on a bed facing directly where the air conditioning was positioned, so I got the cold air directly on me. It was freezing cold during the night and there was not warm enough blankets to cover me. I turned the air conditioning off twice during the night, but then someone else always turned it on again. That was disrespectful and made me have a bad quality of sleep. I think there should be extra blankets available for those situations. But overall my stay was great!

It is very clean, nice location, it’s a bit more expensive than other options but totally worth it. There’s free dinner, coffee machine, and a free drink when you check-in. I totally recommend if you’re going to Milano.

Hello, I am from Mongolia. I met many nice people there. Actually, it's a very different Asian hostel. The room is big, and there are many things to do. The daily events were amazing, with a welcoming drink and good breakfast and dinner. Very center and close to Duomo.

We’re looking forward to our stay, although we anticipate a bit of noise from the bar next to the window. It might make for a restless night, but we're hopeful that the excitement will make it worth it!

This hostel is located right in the heart of Milan — all the highlights like the Duomo, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, Castello Sforzesco, and the Navigli area are within walking distance. 🚇 From Linate Airport (LIN): take the new M4 metro line from Linate Aeroporto, ride to De Amicis station, and from there it’s only a 5-minute walk to the hostel — super convenient! 🏨 The staff is incredibly friendly: I had booked a bed in a mixed dorm, but they kindly moved me into a female-only dorm at no extra charge. In the dorm, there was one shower, but sharing between us girls was easy and comfortable. A great touch was the free welcome drink upon arrival. 🍹 The kitchen is well-equipped — perfect for cooking your own meals. In the morning, there’s free coffee available. ☕ They also have a beautiful terrace where you can relax, meet, and chat with other travelers. On my last day, I was able to leave my backpack at the hostel all day, which made exploring Milan free of hassle.

I was surprised of well trained and easygoing staff, comfiness of my bed, quietness of my room, neat and fresh bathroom there. Free welcome drink, free towels, free coffee machine. No issues at all

The place was spotless – the cleaning lady even wiped down the door handles, which says a lot! The staff were incredibly friendly and super communicative. At breakfast, the guy behind the bar made me espressos! The location couldn’t be more perfect – right in the heart of the city. The bed was really comfortable, each had its own curtain for privacy, and the bathroom was also clean. Sure, one bathroom might be a bit of a stretch for 8 women, but for a short stay, it was absolutely more than perfect! Would definitely come back! 🌟

I thought the property was a very well thought out property, there’s a lot to do and a nice sense of community amongst guests. The bar was nice and fun. The room was pretty comfortable considering it’s a hostel, the bathroom was good but a little awkward of a set up but nothing to complain about.

The air conditioner was controlled by the reception, so I had to call them every time I wanted to turn it on or off. It would be more convenient to have individual control from the room.
