Everything was perfect

Just the the elevator wasnt working but it was fixed in the last day

Loved the vibe of the place. Excellent location. You can have a drink, play pool or the piano and dance throughout the night (until 11:00, i mean). Good breakfast with variety of stuff. Perfect choice for young people. And they have stickers :)

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. There were a lot of extras that I did not expect to find, like books and games. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials, oil, condiments, pasta, some 'free to take' foods, tea bags ( a few varieties) and a coffee machine.

There were some recycling bins, but none for paper and card.

I met amazing people, most of them travelers but also people from Ostelo Bello's staff. The breakfast is plentiful and cheap for Milan. It helped me keep my protein levels at an acceptable level.

The drying machine is broken, but tbh the positives outweigh this negative by a lot.

My stay at this hostel was fantastic! The room is very comfortable, the atmosphere is friendly, and everything is super clean. I want to thank Francesco at the reception made it even more special he was welcoming, patient, and ready to help with anything. He went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and had everything I needed . And also thanks to Arianna she was also helpful. The location is close to everything in Main Street full of brands for shopping and restaurants.

Not the breakfast… Great location, clean, comfortable beds, quiet, privacy curtains on the bunks! Friendly helpful staff, bar and entertainment. Great espresso in the bar and killer Negroni.

Not a very good selection/variety/quality of items for the cost. Cheap meats and cheese. Free coffee in the lounge is terrible. Plugged bathroom sink for 3 days.

The hostel is easy to reach from Milano Centrale, just take a tram and you'll be within walking distance. It placed me right in the centre of Milan so I could explore popular attractions on foot. Check-in was easy and it was nice not having to carry a key or keycard, since access was all managed by the Goki app. The welcome drink was a nice touch; the hostel and its bar were definitely very lively and social for those looking to meet people. On the weekend I was there they also offered free dinner, and they provide lots of free amenities ranging from toiletries to earplugs. Overall this was a great stay.

The piano is amazing ! The location, in the city center, was great for walking around and being close to so many things. And all of that for a very respectable price.

Location wise very accessible to tourist spot and stores.

My first time in a hostel, so I’m not used to having people in the same room.

Breakfast could be better with more choices. They denied to give invoice with vat number for my business because they say its the policy of the owner for invoices outside Italy.Its unexpectable.

Loved my stay at Ostello Bello! The receptionists were amazing, the beds and bathrooms were super comfy, and free food all day was a big plus. Location couldn’t be better — close to all the main attractions. Milan truly rocks!

The only downside is that it can get quite noisy at night since it’s near bars and a busy street, but everything else was amazing. Milan is the best! 🇮🇹✨

I feel like high energy with this hostel. I like the vibe. The bed was good and slept well. Breakfast was good. And the most important thing near to popular place in Milano. Can walk for 10-15 min to get popular place. And warm welcome and goodbye. And it’s good to use technology and berthing done by phone and app.

The rooms was for 6 people. And waiting for queue to use bathroom or shower.

Very modern hostel. The rooms are clean, bright and large. My dorm even had a big private terrace with lounge chairs, tables etc. There are privacy curtains on each bed. The staff was nice and helpful and there are a lot of events organized by the hostel.

Really, I was very happy with my stay, but here's my pet peeve: In my eight bed dorm seven beds had their lockers under the beds, which could be locked without problems. I had the single standing locker that would not close securely with a single padlock, so I had to get a second padlock (which staff thankfully lent me) and then spent a while figuring out how to artfully arrange them just right so the locker would actually stay closed. It worked fine once I got the hang of it, but was a bit annoying having to lock/unlock two locks everytime. If you have a bigger padlock it might work with just one though.

The overall vibe is emasculate.

Good location free for luggage free cafes hot/cold drink lots leisure areas and games, also very niceee staffs! Very good place for staying in Milan.

Facilities were amazing, free coffee machine along with water all day. Great kitchen facilities with help yourself fruit. Leisure areas take your pick, organised events each night along with special deals for dinner, rooms spacious and clean. Location close to must tourists places. Staff friendly and helpful.

Very good location. It was just 4 metro stops away from the Central Railway Station +12 min walk. Walking distance to most of the tourist attractions, supermarkets, drugstore and casual spots for food. There is some free supplies to cook from (fresh and canned vegetables, pasta, sauces and spices), tea, coffee. The kitchen is well equipped. A free welcome drink was a nice touch. There are nice spots to sit and enjoy your snack. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I didn’t realize bunk beds have three levels. You make the bed yourself and I can’t imagine doing that on the third level if you arrive in the middle of the night. There is very little space to manage your belongings. Squeaky bathroom door.

The location is really good. 10 min from metro and Duomo. Has supermarket near and restaurants The staff is super friendly and gave me really nice eating tips :)

What I really liked about the hostel were the facilities and amenities available. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the coffee machines and water dispensers were excellent. The staff were also attentive and very efficient during both check-in and check-out.

I have no complaints about my stay at the hostel, and there was nothing in particular that I didn’t like.

Staff were excellent in all ways. Happy and really working to make everyone else happy. Just a great environment. Met so many wonderful people. This deserves Best Hostel in Italy from what I saw. Rooms were good. Luggage was secure. I felt safe. Just a collective working together even from us tourists. They are just over the top in offerings. Laundry (sm fee), food, small buffet at dinner. Just above. An 11+! Thx for an incredible stay:)

Actually the best hostel i have ever been,the stuff are really friendly,the hostel really cosy and you can feel like they are your family,they make sure you are comfortable there have fun ,the rooms are really clean and modern, i enjoyed every moment there
