Every small detail is thought to make you feel good and relaxed. The little messages often teach you how to behave to maximize enjoyment. Both hosts and guests are great. You’ll have a very good time.

The location is great, staff are polite and helpful, the place has many games, the hostel organise events regularly and the kitchen has many free stuff that you can cook and eat, there is regular cleaning and unlimited coffee and latte. They do have paid laundry and paid breakfast service too.

Everything. Very well organised! Clean. The mattress is just perfect to give the best sleeping.

Good location, free coffee and tea, good breakfast. The staff is extremely helpful and welcoming. I also liked the idea of using an app instead of keys/card keys.

There was some noise on the back yard that kept me away from sleeping.

I hope guests are provided with slippers, as the floor can be quite cold. It would make the stay more comfortable, especially during colder weather.

The bar is very lively. Billiard and calciobalila are amazing.

The air in the bathroom is not circulating. Kind of noisy at night.

Location was fantastic. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Lots of communal spaces and entertainment.

The only thing for me is as not having more communal toilets/showers around the hostel. There’s an en-suite bathroom (shared by 8) and 1 communal shower/toilet - worked out fine as I was on different schedule to the others but could do with a few extras around the hostel.

Definitely go for breakfast, a menu that 1/3 of is sweets, gotta love it

it was one of the best hostel i stayed, first of all very close to the center duamo 10 minute by walking, the stuff are quite friendly and nice, the female room was clean and comfortable..

It was right in the center, easily accessible, a lot of free facilities and a good reception.

The only thing I didn't like was the horrible and loud sound that comes from the bathroom door. So everytime someone go or come out, it wakes up everybody in the room!

I love the atmosphere. Is nice, friendly, it's for anyone who has respect for the surrounding environment and people.

Friendly staff always ready to help you, clean facilities, very comfy beds, good air conditioning, very cool lounge, kitchen full of free pasta, sauces and spices, also cool people come to stay here and there are theme nights every day like beer pong, comedy shows, group dinner and such. Location is at the very centre, near tram stations, 10 min walk to the metro. Around are convenience stores, tabacco stores, fast food and such.

The reception was warm and welcoming, the bar had a great ambience and the kitchen was equipped with everything you needed.

One of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed in! Great overall vibe, great design, friendly people staying there. The hostel is made up of 2 separate buildings (called Uptown and Downtown) across the street from each other. One has the bar and rooftop terrace, the other has other nice common areas. I requested a quiet room and was given a dorm on the 4th floor of the newer building (I forgot the name), so there was no noise disturbance at all even on a Saturday night Free machine coffee, free fruit and veg, canned items and pastas for you to cook with in the kitchen were all very well done and a great bonus!

In retrospect, the staff really did not explain much about the hostel during checkin, however my stay would’ve benefitted if they did. I had to work out how to use the mobile keys app (other guests also struggled with it, especially to use the elevator) and the whole Downtown vs Uptown thing on my own. This meant I missed that night’s hostel event out of confusion about the buildings. I think these things can seem obvious to staff but they are not actually that intuitive, tired tourists like me would’ve benefitted from not having to work it out on my own, haha

The location is perfect, just one stop to Duomo. And the common area also provide some drinks, include tea, coffee, and hot water.

I just feel that the reception dest should inform some guests in advance when they check-in at a very late time, pls be quieter as much as possible. There was one tenant in my room check-in at around 23:00, and she still went in and out and pulled iron box so loudly at around 2:00 am. I'm actually not a very picky person, but this behavior was not okay.

I was really impressed with this hostel! The spaces are wonderful, very well maintained, extremely clean and with a really beautiful aesthetic. The facilities are excellent (fully equipped kitchen, comfortable common areas, fast wifi, relaxed and friendly atmosphere). I left 100% satisfied and would choose it again without a second thought! A huge thank you to the guys who worked there and especially to Elisavet, she is truly amazing, extremely friendly and always ready to help with anything! 👏✨ I highly recommend it!

Great location, staff very attentive and helpful.

One bathroom for 10 persons and all girls, you could imagine 😅... I mean that’s specified but most of the hostels has options to bathrooms in the hallways or more than one in the same bedroom. That was a little uncomfortable but the girls were pretty nice anyway and we could manage.

I liked the location because it's less than a 10 minute walk to the Duomo

Every member from the staff were so friendly and so adjustable that I felt being home. Check out time adjustable , Free Food in the Kitchen, free luggage room etc just had an amazing experience.

Great location and ambience. It was amazing that they had free coffee for the guests. I would like to make a special mention of the male night time receptionist (can’t recall his name) who arranged a taxi for me as I was leaving for the airport super early in the morning. He was very helpful and kind. Overall the staff was very friendly and nice!

My only issue was the washrooms in the rooms that were not very nice smelling. But they were clean. I just think the plumbing was the cause of the smell.

Great place to stay. Centrally located so we walked everywhere, and great place to meet other young people to hang out with.

The private room with 2 twin beds was pretty pricey for a basic room in a hostel, but we still loved it.

The staff were amazing best customer service on our 6 week trip and this was the only hostel we stayed at all others were hotels. Very friendly staff we had an issue with the heat pump in our room and they moved us to another room no problem. Perfect location.

Noise from the street early in the morning but they do provide earplugs😉

Washroom could be better, showering area was tiny and they was no hand shower. Dorms for 6 are tight on space, I have been to bigger dorms but you could manage if you don't plan to be in the room a lot

Easy to find. Excellent location. Closed to everything landmarks, metro, supermarket, restaurant and shopping. Just at the doorstep. Friendly staff, breakfast was good, free hot drinks all day, clean beddings and reasonable charge to stay. Thank you. I will stay here again if ever I come back to Milan😍.
