Hostel Ostello Bello, Milan

The location is amazing! It's so convenient, and Milano is such a walkable city. The staff are really helpful and friendly.

Great place very central. Right near all the shops and center. Great place to go on your own easy to meet people. Bit noisy to sleep as bar right infront but went quiet about 1am. Kitchen and social rooms were perfect shared by all guests. All in all perfect stay.

Everything was ok except the noise. Room quite small. Average not luxury.

This was new concept for me, but for friends 35 (gay man) & 50 yrs (straight woman), absolutely loved it! The atmosphere was amazing, young staff but very nice and hard working 🥰 hotel quality was good, clean and location for Milan amazing.

The room was cold even though I turned on the AC and the location of the room was poor - right on the street so I heard every single thing - the tram, people partying till late. Mind the location of the room.

The property was very clean, staff were helpful and warm and welcoming. The property provided many free things including coffee, tea and fruit as well as luggage storage before check in.

It was in a great location and it offers a nice sense of community. The staff is very friendly and happy to assist you. It offers some free stuff like coffee, water, fruit etc and the common areas are very nicely decorated.

I felt the cleanliness could have been a bit better, likely due to the mostly student crowd staying there. It also wasn’t ideal having only one bathroom shared among eight people.

The position of the metal lockets up against the heads of the beds makes it really hard to sleep even with headphones when people need to come in late or leave early

I stayed for 3 nights. The hostel's location is excellent. It's within walking distance of many major attractions and shopping areas. Security is excellent. Doors, including elevators, can be easily controlled via a mobile phone app. There's a very nice and convenient shared kitchen. There are many activities to enjoy. The cleanliness was good.

I would have liked to stay longer. I didn't like that my trip ended early.

Loved the vibe of the place. Excellent location. You can have a drink, play pool or the piano and dance throughout the night (until 11:00, i mean). Good breakfast with variety of stuff. Perfect choice for young people. And they have stickers :)

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. There were a lot of extras that I did not expect to find, like books and games. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials, oil, condiments, pasta, some 'free to take' foods, tea bags ( a few varieties) and a coffee machine.

There were some recycling bins, but none for paper and card.

I met amazing people, most of them travelers but also people from Ostelo Bello's staff. The breakfast is plentiful and cheap for Milan. It helped me keep my protein levels at an acceptable level.

The drying machine is broken, but tbh the positives outweigh this negative by a lot.

My stay at this hostel was fantastic! The room is very comfortable, the atmosphere is friendly, and everything is super clean. I want to thank Francesco at the reception made it even more special he was welcoming, patient, and ready to help with anything. He went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and had everything I needed . And also thanks to Arianna she was also helpful. The location is close to everything in Main Street full of brands for shopping and restaurants.

Not the breakfast… Great location, clean, comfortable beds, quiet, privacy curtains on the bunks! Friendly helpful staff, bar and entertainment. Great espresso in the bar and killer Negroni.

Not a very good selection/variety/quality of items for the cost. Cheap meats and cheese. Free coffee in the lounge is terrible. Plugged bathroom sink for 3 days.

The hostel is easy to reach from Milano Centrale, just take a tram and you'll be within walking distance. It placed me right in the centre of Milan so I could explore popular attractions on foot. Check-in was easy and it was nice not having to carry a key or keycard, since access was all managed by the Goki app. The welcome drink was a nice touch; the hostel and its bar were definitely very lively and social for those looking to meet people. On the weekend I was there they also offered free dinner, and they provide lots of free amenities ranging from toiletries to earplugs. Overall this was a great stay.

The piano is amazing ! The location, in the city center, was great for walking around and being close to so many things. And all of that for a very respectable price.

Location wise very accessible to tourist spot and stores.

Breakfast could be better with more choices. They denied to give invoice with vat number for my business because they say its the policy of the owner for invoices outside Italy.Its unexpectable.

Loved my stay at Ostello Bello! The receptionists were amazing, the beds and bathrooms were super comfy, and free food all day was a big plus. Location couldn’t be better — close to all the main attractions. Milan truly rocks!

The only downside is that it can get quite noisy at night since it’s near bars and a busy street, but everything else was amazing. Milan is the best! 🇮🇹✨

I feel like high energy with this hostel. I like the vibe. The bed was good and slept well. Breakfast was good. And the most important thing near to popular place in Milano. Can walk for 10-15 min to get popular place. And warm welcome and goodbye. And it’s good to use technology and berthing done by phone and app.

The rooms was for 6 people. And waiting for queue to use bathroom or shower.

Very modern hostel. The rooms are clean, bright and large. My dorm even had a big private terrace with lounge chairs, tables etc. There are privacy curtains on each bed. The staff was nice and helpful and there are a lot of events organized by the hostel.

Really, I was very happy with my stay, but here's my pet peeve: In my eight bed dorm seven beds had their lockers under the beds, which could be locked without problems. I had the single standing locker that would not close securely with a single padlock, so I had to get a second padlock (which staff thankfully lent me) and then spent a while figuring out how to artfully arrange them just right so the locker would actually stay closed. It worked fine once I got the hang of it, but was a bit annoying having to lock/unlock two locks everytime. If you have a bigger padlock it might work with just one though.

The overall vibe is emasculate.
