It was very nice and clean. It was comfortable.

My bed didn't have a fitted sheet on. It had a top sheet in place of the fitted sheet. There was no refrigerator. The only refrigerator contained beer and alcoholic beverages. I took the beer and alcoholic beverages out to fit my leftover food in it. I came back from a business seminar and the food I had placed in there was taken out and the beer and alcoholic beverages put back in.

The hotel is beautiful rooms (beds) are comfortable ..The hotel itself is legendary and full of history. Some of the greats stayed and performed here Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Elvis…hotel is set on a gorgeous beachfront!

First off I would like people to know you will be charged a ridiculous holding fee at check in . So for us it was almost $4500 times two rooms ontop of the price for the room so be prepared to be charged a huge holding/resort fee before they charge your room or ontop of what you already paid for your accomodation and a resort fee will be charged as well. Again we paid $4500 on top per room plus accommodation price. I was told at booking I would get a resort credit we had two rooms so two resort credits that we never received which was disappointing .Location TOO FAR from everything no restaurants close by, you must uber to restaurants, cafes , no supermarkets around no shopping …so far to walk to anything. Restaurants in the hotel opened at 5-6:00. Mirabella Italian restaurant tiny portion pasta we left hungry and spent $500 for the 4 of us.. Breakfast restaurant was good again expensive each person was close to 100US per person for breakfast? Steakhouse was crazy expensive we didn’t bother going our friends went and said it cost them $2000 for their family to eat there . Insane pricing. The hotel is nice and beach is fantastic but I would never go back Too bad if you’re hungry only chez bon bon their cafe was open all day so if you’re hungry sadly you have to uber to a restaurant or wait until their over priced restaurants open in the hotel that are ok tasting but a complete RIP OFF!

Soooooo slow to pick up my car. Pay $85 /night and had to wait over an hour each time for the valet! Checking in was over an hour with one person checking us in! Did not get into my room until an hour after check-in. Left the hotel and checkout was another 40 minute wait! Has to be some better system for what you pay for this hotel! Very overrated ! Thanks you booking.com for my room upgrade! I will definitely use you again and again. Will not be going back to this hotel. Good experience

The beach !

Over charged for something we didn’t use. You can go to others hotels and get same amenities for less money. I rented a beach view and I didn’t get it.

The kids absolutely loved it! There were plenty of activities to keep them entertained, and the whole place was buzzing with people and music.

The restaurants were a bit on the pricey side, but overall it was a fantastic experience.

Everything clean, impeccable, lots of options for dining, if you’re willing to pay a small fortune for it. Breakfast is $50 plus 20% service charge (even though the service is not so good)

Pool area is beautiful, but not enough umbrellas or even chairs. I literally cried in disbelief and stress, then this lovely kid found me something. The bicycles were never available, lack of respect for people. Plus, everything really expensive. $30 (plus 20% for the very poor service) for a caesar salad that was basically lettuce and dressing, served on a paper box. And i had to wait for about 40 minutes to get it!

A lot of options to eat, food was high end but delicious; many different pools

Had to pay extra for umbrella on beach, canopy blocks view of beach if you didn't rent one. You cannot sit on lounge in front of beach only for rent.

I really enjoyed the breakfast! You had so many choices!

The property is nice but the elevators are dreadful. For such a hotel, I’m surprised they allow guests to wait for 30 minutes or more for the elevators to arrive

The elevators are the worst. Guest dreaded to go downstairs or ride the elevators as it takes over half an hour to arrive.

Be careful on the beach, we had a bag stolen whilst swimming in the sea.

Great location. Great service. Bed was comfortable. Great room. Clean. Everyday service. Staff very very nice. The breakfast included was great at Vida. Great pools.

Parking. Promise 10-15 to have car ready after calling valet, every single time took more than 45 minutes and that's after ML several queries. Check in. Some of the slowest in the industry regardless of the time of day

No Bath robe and slippers in the suite unlike Fontainebleau. I asked for it but they said they stopped giving it. Weird!

The property is big and extremely nice. There’s a variety of stores, restaurants etc.

It is a beautiful property; however it’s not a premium experience. The beach and bar are very nice. The club/pool are sketchy- could be when we arrived. The beach is beautiful. The restaurants are less than desire food that’s overpriced except the grill which I think is a nice casual option. We didn’t go to Hakkasan there however other locations of that chain were amazing. The steakhouse food is subpar at best to put it very kindly.

we loved to stay here with friends but customer service changed and I think it’ll be our last time staying here. Hotel became very far from 5 star rating. Poor service, absolutely not caring staff and lack of communication. even on birthday, nothing special from hotel (it is not about $10 prosecco bottles that you guys buy for sale at the pool but attention is the most important when it comes to customer satisfaction). Plus I still can’t believe that the whole hotel (including front desk and concierge) couldn’t provide with one vase OR bucket to put the flower bouquets that I got from my friends for my birthday, they simply said “sorry we don’t have anything”. Seriously? 5 star hotel?

The resort feel, the location and the history

The staff were not always friendly and waiting to check in and check out was tedious and unnecessary if more staff were available at obvious peak times

Amazing property. Massive resort and very very busy with people. We are in the buffet for breakfast which had a huge variety of food and nice atmosphere. Rooms were nice and comfortable. Pool area nice. London was helpful. Free water to drink round pool. Very clean everywhere

No personal space round pool, sunbeds very squashed in. I would have liked to have had more information about the restaurants, a map of facilities. Everything is very very expensive in this hotel.

The overall atmosphere of the hotel was great for family holidays, lots of pools, but it wasn't open in the evening because I was preparing for the New Year stage, which I felt a bit disappointed because I was just getting ready to go swimming in the evening.

There are too many chairs on the beach, it feels very chaotic, and the garbage is not cleaned up in time, and the vision is not so good.

rented areas and sofas on the pools where mostly empty and the staff didnt let others to use.

I still don’t like that they don’t serve coffee almost anywhere, just on a small place and very crowded and overpriced.

Stayed for 3 days 2 nights. Couldn't even get our room cleaned or our garbage picked up or towels. Waited over an hour for our food by the pool and over an hour in the restaurant. Plus, the chairs by the pool are right next to each, making it harder for a handicapped person to get on and off. For what they charge here, plus all the service charges they tack on, you should have fabulous service, clean rooms, and great food. This hotel lacked it all.

Beautiful facility, great location, fabulous atmosphere. Tons of pool and beach chairs. The property is right on the ocean. Very helpful and supportive staff, especially poolside.

Sticker shock as far as prices go. 25 dollars for an omelette. 42 dollars for breakfast buffet, 24 dollars for a margarita. It really does tax the wallet if you want to stay here and relax.

The breakfast was amazing, with a sort of special food that was very tasty. I love it! The attendance is very polite and the place is fantastic.

To sit in front of the swimming pool you must pay U$ 250,00. When you are with children, this is not fair considering the high taxes we pay to stay at the hotel

Parking services is horrible you have to wait almost an hour for your care and they tell you 15mins on a regular day if it’s events happening you might as well catch a Uber

Location and the pool were excellent. The room was good.

The valet took way too long to get the car to us each time we needed the car. They need to review the Valet operation and make improvements.
