An Oasis in a hot crazy place. Roof pool amazing, love art everywhere in the Hotel, great staff. An interesting layout with lots of facilities, highly recommended.

The hotel was cozy and bright. The location is central to everything and right across the street fromt the beach. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

What have like a better selection of beer at the bar. Tastes seemed to trend more towards Europeans. Prices were a bit expensive but that was expected.

Wonderful boutique hotel. Comfortable, clean. Great food. And location could not be better.

Location is, not to say, the best thing about this hotel. We only had to walk to check around Miami Beach. Beds are really comfortable, beyond expectations.

We booked a king room but the staff provided us a double room. Space was limited even though we had an upgrade. We only stayed for the night which was OK.

Great location, great atmosphere in this historic hotel, very helpful and friendly staff- especially Akhona from South Africa at the reception. Beach chairs available which is fantastic. Morning yoga which was very pleasant.

From the warm greeting and quick check-in to the staff throughout the hotel that were anxious to make sure you are enjoying your stay, equated to the perfect stay. From the lobby to our rooms, we found the hotel to be very well maintained, with rooms clean and comfortably laid out. Hotel restaurant offered very tasty food options that were well prepare and served in a timely manner. The hotel bar was well stocked with knowledgeable and capable bartenders. But the best part of our stay was the beach located across the street.

There was NOTHING I didn't like, everything was exceptional!!!

Food, location and service are exceptional - special remarks to the bellman Fritz and Fritznels at the front desk, they went above and beyond!

Stayed in a King Rm with balcony - Rooms are small & bathroom fixtures needed some replacing (some rust)

Hotel is full of character, love all the nooks and crannies around the hotel like the library. Food was great, cocktails fantastic. Staff wonderful, clientele good. The every day jazz music and classy setting topped it off and you cant beat the location - all in all wonderful!

Some gym equipment was broken. Rooftop pool area could benefit from being more styled out. Shame about the disabled lift into pool being so visible, it blocked the beautiful views and changed the whole ambience and was never used, Be nice to move it to the side somewhere and brought out when needed. Rooms could use a little uplift TLC ... but honestly, this is nitpicking as I loved it and with these areas addressed.. I would rate stay 11 out of 10!

The staff were so nice. When we said it was our daughter's birthday they gave her a special gift. It made her feel so special! Our AC was not working and as soon as we said it they moved rooms for us. No issues.

Location is great and amazing staff. Love the beach chair service provided and made it so convenient. Daily rooftop yoga was a nice. They also provide sunblock on the rooftop pool area.

Two buildings were a little confusing to navigate at first. Would recommend requesting to stay on the 3rd floor because you can easily access both buildings.

Perfect location. Very nice hotel with beautiful atmosphere and decoration « belle époque ». Perfect dinner on the terrace. Sidd at the reception was the nicest person we met in this hotel.

The Betsy is the most amazing hotel on South Beach, with incredible staff who made us feel so welcome, the vibe is like you are part of the family. The food is simply outstanding with fabulous cocktails and live music. I can highly recommend trying The Alley pizzeria for the best pizza's on South Beach with service to match. We can't wait to return again.

Wonderful hotel, with a unique atmosphere. We loved the live music in the evening, the art deco decor, and the excellent breakfasts. Beach and roof top pool were also great. Excellent location on Ocean Drive. Staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

We had an amazing suite with a double balcony. It was amazing. Check in was smooth and Sidd helped us get situated very quickly! We loved the pool, the breakfast on the deck overlooking ocean drive every morning, and the hospitality was spot on! We stayed in the extension and we felt that the room was even nicer than in past years. Well be back!

Perfect location. Gorgeous hotel and decor. Great drinks in the bar (get the rose sangria!) Sophisticated vibe. Good live music. Great pools (x2) Really friendly front desk male staff members Directly opposite a Starbucks which was great for jet lag!

The property is quite confusing to get around! Even on day 5 we were still unsure which lifts to take. The hotel has a slightly older crowd and sometimes we felt a bit judged for walking in off the beach! Sometimes quite confusing to get a table outside if you are guests as usually says reserved on most tables! Service a bit slow outside with not the friendliest female staff A little expensive compared to nearby hotels
