The Biltmore Sunday Brunch is an amazing experience. It's very expensive, but well worth it. The hotel lobby alone, is iconic. It is luxury and pleasantly refined, My suite was very nice. My dogs were happy, too. It has one of the best views of ALL of Coral Gables. This is an amazing place.

I was on a "PET FRIENDLY FLOOR" so WHY did I receive a call from the hotel that my dogs were barking ? Dogs bark. If you are going to be "PET FRIENDLY" then keep others away from pet rooms. I don't need to hear complaints about my dogs making noise in a "PET FRIENDLY" resort.

History and grandeur But looks worn and not pristine High Tea service gracious but a complete disappointment allowing your pool guests access to walk through this area… very tacky

Front desk immaturity at reception No privacy at high tea service from other passersby from pool… very unthoughtful hospitality to allow swimsuits and unclothed bodies walking through the elegant parlor and in the middle of high tea

Beautiful all around with great history. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly

The air ducts may need to be cleaned out,slight smell of mildew but I feel that's to be expected in such and old place

Pool is fantastic - the best place to swim! Then staff are all very attentive, proactive.

I did not find anything to complain about - all good!

Gorgeous lobby, grounds, and public areas. Huge, well maintained pool. Very nice dinner and good breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was beautiful, clean, and well appointed, but the layout was a bit awkward with three steps up just beyond the door to the room.

We absolutely loved this hotel and our time here. The room was magnificent with a cute little chandelier and plenty of room for four people. Facilities very clean. Pool was so relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed just walking around the property and taking it all in as it is very well manicured. The attention to detail on the ceiling in the lobby and all the moulding and trim on the walls and doorways is immaculate! Beautiful hotel with a ton of history!

Breakfast is not included. Restaurants are very expensive. I wanted to go to brunch but is overpriced and out of our budget.

Eduardo was AMAZING. His service would have been worth the trip. Also the turn down service was nice and speedy help.

The beds didn't feel the greatest and my service at the pool area for breakfast was lacking. We were left almost the entire time during breakfast and I had to assemble my on bagel with lox, which is fine but I want expecting too.

The breakfast buffet could have included pancakes. Also, the guest should have gotten notice that the cappuccino was a separate charge, but not regular coffee. On a day in which the pool is busy, 4th of July, and the weather may be bad, perhaps you need to provide an allotment of time so that all get to use, lounge, and have access to a chair. The staff managed it well by allowing me to use the Spa since I had made a booking for a service. Make revenue for the 4th of July by having chairs, blankets, and a picnic basket for hotel guests to stay outside to watch the fireworks and not have to carry them from home... Offer a Spa service that alludes to freedom for the 4th of July...like Freedom from soreness to soar on the 4th of July ;) Have a great day and good luck reading the comments and putting them into action... The security and organization for the 4th of July, excellent

The pool area there were double of employees picking up towels, plates etc. A hand full to place and order of food/drinks. I spoke with several employees around the pool and the same answer : we don’t take orders for food/drinks it’s the guys with the blue pool. Lack of management after waiting for an hour I went to my room and ordered and the came back to the pool.

I liked everything.

I liked every thing. Very friendly and polite staff. The service was amazing. They came to clean the room twice a day and replenish anything that was need to be replenished The pool was nice and big. we went for a destination wedding and all the members of the family gathered in the same hotel. The breakfast was amazingly good. We decided to have al cart sitting outside by the pool and enjoy the tropical weather. All together was a great experience.

It would have been nice to have a walking trail or flower path. the only place I found for walking was the parking lot.
