The Westin Beale Street, Memphis

Location and the hotel in general. Beautiful hotel. The staff are very professional.

My room had a handicap bathroom, which I didn't need. When you take a shower, the floor would get very wet. The room was great.

The staff were all so attentive and helpful.The place was clean,cleanand real clean.I wish I was there right now still relaxing and having fun.

I loved everything.From the valet to the check-in everyone was amazing.If I were there right now I would be so happy because the Westin is great and I love Memphis.

Breakfast service is slow and food cold on both days arriving at table. 45 mins waiting for even a coffee. Bathrooms need upgrade. For example sink was cracked, shower has rust etc around door. Bedroom was fine

I traveled with. my Doberman and the Westin is one of the few hotels that does not have breed or size restrictions. This Westin was perfectly located, clean, quiet, and a great stay on our way to the National Doberman Pinscher Competition.

Located near several nice restaurants and right on Beale Street. The desk staff were so nice. Clean rooms, large bathrooms and very comfy beds.

The staff were excellent and it was close to everything.

Location , fab bed and linen , size of room and front desk service was superb .

No attendance if maid on the second day which was poor as had to go searching to top up the basics.

The best part of the stay at this hotel was Leslie Davis at the front desk. She was exceptional. The best person we have ever encountered at a front desk. She was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. The location was fabulous. The room and beds were comfortable. Staff was great.

There was no business area to print off tickets. Also, for what we paid for the hotel, it would have been nice to have breakfast included. We had just come from another hotel where it was much less expensive and breakfast was included.

Beautiful hotel, very secure, great amenities,. Room was comfortable with luxurious bed spread. Bathroom was big with both a shower and a tub.

Parking wasn’t included for the pricey one night stay and had to pay an additional $30 per night for valet parking.

Facility and location were great

House keeper didn’t come in. We stayed a couple nights.

I booked via booking . com and the breakfast was included I talked to reception and they told me to change and eliminate these 80 USD But at the end they didn't Thats not correct I also called them but no one was avaible in the account dept, I talk to machine, but no reaction so far.

The position was the best you could ask for The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable

The walls are thin. We could hear the people next to us and they could hear ours. Which was a little uncomfortable.

The rooms were fantastic, with the added extras made a nice touch. My only suggestion would be if there are two people staying in the room for two days ensure that there is enough coffee pods and milk available to have at least two coffees each.

The breakfast team let you down dreadfully. It was not busy when we went in. In order not to embarrass the breakfast team I made a complaint at the check in counter at the main front desk. All our meals were luke warm (omelet/potatoes) and or cold (oatmeal). The coffee was cold we asked for a jug of hot water to warm up the coffee, we had to ask for refills on coffee. The lack of hospitality etiquette needs to be addressed. Extra milk served in a cup not a jug, try pouring from that into coffee cup or oatmeal bowl. The attitude to service to the customer was lapse to say the least. Disappointing especially from a establishment like the Westin. We paid top dollar to stay here and are treated as though it’s a bother to be looked after.

Unfortunately the restaurant does not cater to vegetarians/gluten free/vegans!

The room was good. The bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel was just around the corner from Beale Street. The bar in the hotel was also well stocked.

Our breakfasts in the restaurant were slow and not very good. It took 15 minutes to get our coffee and another 5 to get fresh milk then the breakfast was another 25 minutes and it was not hot or even warm. It is a pity as the rest of the hotel was great.

The staff was excellent. The bartender was excellent. The guy at the front desk was great. The valet parking hooked us with someone to take us to the airport. Everyone was great. Best hotel ever.

The location, friendliness of the staff, and cleanliness were all highlights of this property. You walk out the front doors, turn the corner, and you’re right on Beale!

Only downside to the property was that our room had a connecting door with another room. This is usually not an issue, but it let every (and I mean EVERY, cue the Marvin Gay) sound come through like it was wide open. Only downside to our stay.
