I LOVED everything!

I didn’t like that I couldn’t have stayed longer ! At no fault to the hotel. My stay and spa was just so amazing I wish that I had more time off work to stay another night.

Location was great. Beautiful hotel.

Beautiful room, and I did not leave it. I was here for a staycation and just ordered the room service. The food was delicious. I also booked a deep tissue massage at the feathers spa and it exceeded my expectations. I left feeling so relaxed. I later went back to the peabody after my stay to have cocktails at the lobby bar and the corner bar and they were great. The duck march was super cute to watch and would recommend watching it during your stay.

Hard to navigate the area.

It’s beautiful and loved the detailed moldings and wood work throughout the hotel ! The staff at Peabody are exceptional and make you feel so welcome. They also all seem to love their jobs and want to make sure you have the best experience while at their hotel! The Duck Master was so entertaining and watching the ducks march to the elevator was fun and an interactive experience!

The room was beautiful & very comfortable. The hotel lobby & bar area had a great atmosphere & was very comfortable. The duck parade was exceptional. All in all an amazing hotel & a tourist attraction in itself steeped with a lot of history.

Right near the stadium and Beal St. Good options for food and bars around the accommodation. Memphis was a little quiet when we were there but the staff gave us some great options for family meals, a night out for the parents and places to shop.

One of the rare times when the hotel is a large part of the overall travel experience.

The breakfast and the staff in the Peabody Club were very pleasant.

Well the menu could be better and housekeeping should clean more thoroughly, it was candy and ear plugs under there when I was looking for my belongings upon check-out. It wouldn't hurt to have free coffee and appliances in the rooms especially for the price I paid. Other than that,it was a great experience all together.

I really enjoy the historic character and look of the property. The lobby is fantastic.

The location is very close to everything the hotel is clean and the food was great I really appreciate the front desk staff to help us…. Care the guest ( good job) I like the ducks show….. so special for the guests and I will bring my kids to visit this hotel again

If can improve the soundproofing of the room, or replace the comforter with a thicker one...

The bathrooms could really be a bit bigger

The location, and the march of the Peabody ducks. Also, serendipitously, an employee on the elevator invited me to the rooftop to see the ducks in their private quarters. That was AMAZING.

The main lobby got very crowded twice a day. As guests of the hotel, I feel we should’ve had our own viewing space, not open to the public.

Parking was overly complicated. Difficult to find our way in and out of the parking lot because instructions were not clear. Even after phoning the hotel, I did not get clear instructions. Then elevator in the parking garage was not working.

Beautifully decorated for Christmas. Comfortable and stunning lobby to sit and have a drink. Very cute room. The duck march. Great location. Convenient coffee shop/bakery for breakfast. Friendly staff.

The bathroom was a bit tight.

We loved the ducks!!! The hotel staff was very accommodating. The Duck Master was tremendous and made the trip exceptional for our entire family. We also loved the desserts!!

Watching the ducks was great. Very crowded though. The rooms were upgraded nicely!

No fresh milk just tge creamer for our coffee/tea. Creamers are filled with unpleasant additives with possible health issues. Surprised that such s grand hotel doesnt have fresh milk. My only gripe.

The Peabody is a BEAUTIFUL hotel! It was splendidly decorated for Christmas. The hotel staff were all very friendly and eager to help. Valet parking ($42) makes unloading and loading super easy and the parking garage makes it feel safe. The Duck Master did a great job at the 5pm duck parade and it was really nice that the kids were allowed to be in the front nearest to the red carpet. I did not use any of the facilities since we were only staying one night (plus I think the pool was closed for refurbishment due to flooding) but the drinks at the bar in the lobby looked fabulous and the restaurant inside smelled delicious! The beds were comfortable, not too soft or too hard. The duck theme throughout the room is a cute touch (duck soap, water bottles, embroidery, mirror, artwork, etc...) Getting to various places would be very easy because the location is ideal, however, I'd probably recommend walking from the hotel instead of driving as it looked like parking would be a nightmare. The hotel is full of history and it was a great experience overall.

The bathroom in our "superior suite", while it looks like it is updated in the pictures, it was not in very good condition. There was some mold in the shower and some of the tiles on the wall were broken. There was a lot of patch work in the doors and the wall. The lighting in the bathroom was also pretty poor. This should not be a deal breaker though because it is a one of a kind experience!

The beautiful hotel and fun atmosphere.

Even though the main lobby bar was fantastic with wonderful service and appears to be very well managed the smaller sports type bar on the corner is the opposite. We couldn’t get served at that bar and left.

It’s kept historic inside and it’s luxury quality.

Parking is a far walk and the eating options aren’t spectacular. The deli and casual restaurant need new menus and attract some visitors, even locals.

Breakfast in the morning was a disappointment. Food was not hot and the quality of food and service was just so-so. Not what we expected after a superb meal in the Italian restaurant the night before.

The big rectangle manhole covers that are constantly being run over outside the window, kept us up all night long. We understand this is not a responsibility of the Peabody, but we feel like y’all have enough stroke to get the city on that shit!
