The beautiful hotel and fun atmosphere.

Even though the main lobby bar was fantastic with wonderful service and appears to be very well managed the smaller sports type bar on the corner is the opposite. We couldn’t get served at that bar and left.

It’s kept historic inside and it’s luxury quality.

Parking is a far walk and the eating options aren’t spectacular. The deli and casual restaurant need new menus and attract some visitors, even locals.

Breakfast in the morning was a disappointment. Food was not hot and the quality of food and service was just so-so. Not what we expected after a superb meal in the Italian restaurant the night before.

Clean, comfortable, very attractive decor, convenience of valet parking, excellent restaurant. So well maintained and classy.

We loved staying in a historic hotel with such great customer service!

The big rectangle manhole covers that are constantly being run over outside the window, kept us up all night long. We understand this is not a responsibility of the Peabody, but we feel like y’all have enough stroke to get the city on that shit!

Terrible service in Capriccio Grill: the “no reservations for breakfast” was a lie; we waited for omelets for 30 min. Swimming pool did not work, and the message about pool being closed due to “special service” was a lie too.

Very comfy bed, big room, clean and good facilities. Coffee machine was great. We felt safe staying there

The Peabody is always a fantastic stay!

My only complaint is that our room wasn’t ready at check in time. We waited almost an hour for our room and then I had to go back to the counter and ask. We’ve stayed many times and haven’t had that happen before so I’m not sure what happened there.

The history of the hotel& it’s old world charm combined with a sense of luxury

Check in staff efficient but not at all welcoming. Staff at Italian restaurant unfocused, made mistakes with our order & then same happened again each morning at breakfast! They clearly are unhappy

Lobby was so atmospheric, piano playing, bar serving cocktails, ducks marching, obviously and lovely shops. Just perfect!

The only complaint would be, we had a late arrival because of airline The women was short with us and clearly ready to get off work at check in. It was loud with the music and hard to hear and understand what she was saying to us. Besides that we LOVED it!

Gorgeous art deco - beautifully preserved. The lobby bar deserves its fame. It was a perfect meeting place for the group before and after outings.

The lobby is beautiful and it was fun to see the ducks. The hotel is well located and I could walk to so many places. The room was clean and well-appointed.

The walls between rooms and the hallway are paper thin. We listened to a football game next door all evening and music all night long. We could easily hear numerous people in the hall speaking in a normal tone of voice. I have stayed in lots of historic hotels where this is not an issue. When the ducks come up and down every day the lobby becomes extremely crowded and is like a tourist zone nightmare. I waited in line for almost half an hour to check in. The bath towels were really frayed and worn. On top of this, the rooms were really expensive. I am more than willing to pay for a great hotel stay...but unfortunately, it was not great.

Great hotel, friendly staff and really cool experience seeing the ducks

Lovely room with really comfortable bed & great coffee. Small swimming pool & jacuzzi, but fine for a dip at the end of the day. Free tea & coffee for guests in coffee shop before 10am. Good to see the duck parade, albeit quite busy

Loved this hotel so much. The location was fantastic, facilities were great, and the hotel overall is really lovely. The ducks made it even better.
