All the staff were extremely kind and helpful. The history of the place adds to the experience. It's a beautiful space with easy access to different restaurants, tourist attractions, and sights.

The location of the hotel is great and we got there just in time to see the end of the duck walk, which was nice. The room was a good size for the 4 of us and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was also very nice and the wait staff there were very friendly and helpful.

The wait for the valet cars was a bit much. We didn't submit our request until we left our room, but noticed that a lot of guests had vehicles waiting for them for a while (over 20 minutes with no one there to even leave in the car). I guess next time we'll go ahead and request our car 30 min before we actually need it so we can have it waiting for us too

Stunning, iconic hotel, with an amazing lobby and the only hotel I'd stay in when in Memphis, really. The queen size room was plenty big - well decorated and comfortable. The ducks! Breakfast Being in downtown Memphis, we could walk to Beal st etc very easily Parking was easy

Some staff at the check-in / customer service desk were very unhelpful, dismissive, disinterested, and one was bordering on rude. It was so disappointing to be greeted like that - most nice hotels tend to treat their customers well and assumed the Peabody staff would be more customer service focused. The upselling at check-in was also not great after a long journey. They made the queen size room sound terrible, but when we wanted to compare it to a king room, the king was suddenly no longer available. The view from the room wasn't great. The bathroom was tiny. Not being able to go up to the rooftop outside of the music event. We didn't know that hotel guest have to buy tickets, so when we went up to take a picture of the iconic Peabody sign, security were pretty rude and grumpy with us.

The property was beautiful, clean and well maintained. The duck walk is a highlight you must see.

The room was very large and comfortable. Bedsheets were soft and fresh. Bathroom full of amazing soaps and other necessities. The location is perfect, very close to all the main attractions (Sun studio, Beale street, Museum of civil rights and I am a man plaza). Staff were always kind and helpful with all our requests.

during the afternoon we decided to rest a bit on our room but the maids were cleaning the rooms next to us and there was a banging noise on the other side of the wall, I had to go out and kindly ask her to stop it.

Excellent customer service, clean well appointed rooms, easy elevator service, safe parking, fantastic lobby for sitting/talking/people watch.

The staff was friendly. The rooms were nice and clean & we loved the Ducks.

Excellent location. The hotels history speak for itself. Nicely decorated and the ducks are an added bonus. We found the room to be very small, but nicely furnished. Parking is quite expensive and 5 minute walk away, which when you have multiple bags in the heat is a little frustrating.

It’s a very busy hotel, especially leading up to the duck ceremony. Residents of the hotel do not have a priority view as the lobby is open to the public. My advice is to get to the fountain a minimum of an hour before to get a good seat.

Loved all the ducky items in the room. Bed was super comfortable. Great location and beautiful lobby. So cool to see the ducks. Wish we could have stayed an extra night and taken the tour of the Peabody. Walkable to Beale Street. We enjoyed walking to Gus's Fried Chicken!

Very nice hotel located in a great location near Beale Street and the river. On Thursday nights during the summer, they have live music on the rooftop. A lot of good dining options at the hotel and nearby.

Parking was expensive, but it was secure.

The Peabody was luxurious and spectacular! Afternoon tea was worth every penny! The free hot cocoa and coffee were a high light and the duck parade is unforgettable!

The staff had a bit too much of the “stay in order” attitude at times. Although they were more than accommodating and always helped me figure out a good solution.

Enjoyed the history and architecture. Loved the ducks and the duck master . The room was very comfortable and appreciated allowing dogs . My pup loved the gift bag.

I did not like the Italian steakhouse. Food was overpriced and not good and service for dinner was poor.

We were on the 11th floor, brilliant views over to the Mississipi River, the room was a good size lovely and clean and the pillows were the softest but so comfy. It's a gorgeous hotel with so much to see inside, the Duck parade was lovely to see and the duck master so informative. The reception staff are very nice and helpful. It was just a 5 minute walk to Beale St,

It is a little pricey for a room and drinks at the bar, but, nice as a one off for 1 night for a special occasion.

The hotel was absolutely stunning! It had an old-world feel that made us feel as if we were living like the rich and famous of 100 years ago. We spent most of our visit on the property rather than sightseeing in the area. It could not have been more perfect.

Everything inside the Peabody was top notch! Had stayed once before about 20 years ago and was everything I remembered.

Beale Street and Memphis itself has really gone down hill badly, such a shame. Used to be a cool place, now feels like a ghetto with homeless people and lowlifes, smelling like sewers everywhere.

Everyone was wonderful except our experience with Andrea.

When we checked in the lady wasn't friendly. She didn't explain anything to us.

The Peabody Hotel was gorgeous. It had history and was so beautiful. The staff were all so responsive and welcoming. We definitely enjoyed the Duck Master and the duck walks as well as the bar on the lobby level. It was just a fun place to stay! Loved the location, only two blocks from Beale Street and parking was so easy with the valet parking.

One suggestion is to have a bathtub rail to ensure safety for us older visitors when entering and exiting the tub. Also, the shower curtain was short and its length could not keep the water from dripping out of the bath enclosure. I spoke with the housekeeper who replaced our curtains quickly which addressed the problem.

room large and bright. location excelent for all we needed to see and do. Staff exceptional and attentive, food excellent. Duck march a must see. only slight negative is lovely rooftop with views of Memphis but nowhere to sit apart from the floor.

For the size of the room the bathroom was a little small.

We loved this hotel - the characterful bar, the march of the ducks, the quality shopping and the central location. A destination in its own right.
