Loved the location and the space and the beds were super comfy. Didn't see or hear any other guests when we were there but the pipes were noisy (apparently this is a Melbourne thing?). Staff really helpful. Could have done with a sharp knife (to open dishwash sachet) and tea towels and didn't end up asking for them which I could have done. Great price for my son and I to have separate rooms

What a fantastic hotel!! We had a 2 bedroom apartment for a family 4 which was perfect and spacious. Staff were very helpful. Great location. Breakfast was delicious.

Bathroom sink was gross and super discoloured. Didn't look clean. Bedroom area is tiny compared to the living area Casting to the TV was terrible and kept dropping out. Gave up trying to use it

Location was amazing. The hotel was cool and funky, offering great free perks such as drinks to the room, lollies and coffee. Our room was also made up beautifully by the hotel staff at housekeeping time.

Our room only had a small translucent ‘bathroom’ style window, which was fine, but unexpected given the photo of our room type included a window. We didn’t feel the need to ask for a change however as the room met our needs :)

The staff were so friendly and helpful, great location and nice decor

My room in particular had sticky / wet floors and I could hear dripping throughout the night. There was a leak through the walls onto the floor which created a puddle of water. Couldn’t figure out the heater system, and there weren’t any extra blankets in the cupboards

Very friendly staff. Excellent location for theatre, sports, public transport, and great food.. Spacious rooms. Lolly bar was a hit with our group.

I told them that last time I stayed my room was very noisey, so they got me a different room and it was much much better.

The wine and lollies are always a hit and it’s a stylish place.

The staff are really helpful and responsive. Attended to my queries promptly. The room is spacious and beds are comfortable. Nicely located near Chinatown area which allows us to attend to our cravings for Chinese food. Tram stop is nearby which makes it easy to travel

The toilet basin is small and limited space to place toiletries for our family of three. Toilet door is sliding type so you can't lock it. Would be great if shower area has a door too to prevent water from splashing out while one shower.

Concierge was really friendly! Stay was comfortable and good, the room was spacious too! The location was superb, central and quiet.

Probably the bathroom sink! Understand that it’s a norm for restaurants in CBD but it’s quite small if we’re going to stay for a couple of nights.

I was upgraded to a 2-bed room, which I didn't need, but appreciated. It meant I could conduct the work that I needed to without feeling cramped. The hotel is simple, but nearby to the theatre, various transport and restaurant options. They've got free lollies and coffee in the lobby.

Being upgraded put me on a lower level than I anticipated, and I kind of wanted the windows to look out on light and not wall... but not a huge issue.

Fantastic location, close to everything, amazing staff free wine and beer for happy hour and a free lolly buffet!

We unfortunately had a room with a double bed, and we are used to a king size bed. I found out afterwards if we had of asked for a king size or a queen bed we could’ve had a different room just something to remember for next time.

Great hipster-like hotel. Very professional and nice staff. Nice touch with candy, tea, coffee and water for free at all times in the lobby. Good value for money! No breakfast in the hotel but very sweet cafe just across the street with great breakfast menu. I would return.

The vibe is sooo good. The front desk staffs are very professional. Very big room and good taste of the room design.

One of the TV in our living room does not work well with the phone sharing but it’s fine we use the bedroom one more.

Great location and we loved the space and amenities of the 2 bedroom apartment. Staff were super friendly and accommodating to our requests, including moving us up to a higher floor for a quiet stay and setting up Jenga and colouring-in for our kids as a surprise. Would 100% recommend for a perfect stay.

My only feedback here is that I didn't like the taste of the coffee

We had the most comfortable, quiet stay in a well appointed and stylish room. Staff were consistently kind. Perfect location to access the central city or jump on a tram/train at Parliament Station. We will be back.

A wonderful experience. Rooms were decorated beautifully, so comfortable and exceptionally clean and welcoming. Little touches like the complentary drinks at night and lollies whenever you passed reception. The staff were super friendly and helpful and made us so welcome. Location was perfect and the staff booked us for dinner at a fabulous restaurant and recommended great coffee close by. We want to thank Alla, Louisa and Gitta who were the best hotel staff ever. We were sorry to say goodbye and can’t wait to return. Thank you all so much. A perfect stay in every way.

Quiet location near Parliament and the theatre district. Great having a kitchen and separate lounge room and bedrooms for family to relax. One train stop from the MCG.

Nice little hotel but I’m still waiting for a breakfast refund as breakfast wasn’t provided but was paid for in the rates….Booking.com say they’re waiting for a confirmation from the hotel but this was a long time ago….

Very spacious apartment but lacked some basic items in the kitchen.

A really convenient location, right in the heart of Melbourne.

Everything was lovely, free lollie bar! The only down side is the aircon. It works and keeps the room cool however it will make an incredibly loud noise. Feels like the room vibrated when that would happen. I had to turn off the aircon during the night to be able to sleep.
