Location. Accomodating and pleasant staff. Clean. Lovely bathroom products.

Unfortunately. Despite our Booking made thru Booking.com and $$$ being paid. On our early arrival, staff apologised as The booking thru Booking. Com had not dropped into their system. They were fully booked. Wed driven 4 hrs. The staff at Art Series went above and beyond to find a room for us after several hrs. Very grateful but disappointed with Booking.com. Second time this has happened with no apologies,feedback or compensation after several years of loyal patronage. Not sure what’s going on but it’s not great.

Great facilities not too far from city centre.

Still walking distance from city but outside of free tram zone.

The room was lovely and the bed was sooooo comfy. The amazing art made everything extra special. Location was great for public transit as well.

The cafe downstairs was only open til 11am and no other restaurants/cafes around within walking distance.

Location was excellent for access to my meeting, being adjacent to a park and to the tram. Room was comfortable but could have used more desk space and outlets for devices. Bathroom was good.

Needed more desk space for two people.

It has such a funky vibe. Loved the art decor. The space was utilised so well. Just Loved it! The restaurant food was delicious and had the same funky vibe.

There were only a couple small things that could be better like: -water pressure wasn’t great for the shower - internet was a bit slow -it said there were 15 foxtel channels and 3 movie channels but when changing to those channels it said the channel didn’t exist. -the tv and remote did not work very well

A contemporary room overlooking the gardens. It felt spacious and private event though not a very big space. Location was great and the no 59 tram suited our needs. I was able to work downstairs in the lobby one evening whilst everyone slept.

No movies, the kids were disappointed that only free to air was available. They were happy to find money and m&ms under the bed though, cleaning needs attention, bit more thorough. Lamp didn’t work on its own, only with all lights on.

Everything! Car Park system @ Royal Children’s Hospital was seamless & easy. Myself & my bandmate had the easiest check-in & check-out. Thankyou!

Location was excellent for our stay as we needed hospital.

Shower had bath tub which was difficult for my child to go in and out of.

Bit strange being in the Children's Hospital, but not an inhibitor

I love the friendly staff, the cleanliness of the room and the location is fabulous. It easy to access the CBD by tram which is right at the door step. The location also allows easy access to Royal Children’s Hospital so if you have appointments there this is the place you need to stay.

My bed was a little too soft.

Beds were so comfortable! Location and park views. Parking was so easy!

The location was excellent, 15 mins tram ride to city, 15 mins tram ride to Show ground. Beds were so comfy slept really well. Pillows a bit lumpy but park view was superb. Cafe was excellent for breakfast - not open later for dinner.

There was no filtered water offered free, only mini bar. A water station in lobby or each floor would have been good.

I like the location it is very peaceful and quite place. View from my window is very relaxing specially early in the morning, the sunrise view with some hot air baloons is perfect!

The convenience was excellent. The room was big enough for a quick overnight stay. Excellent tea and coffee

The lighting was a bit weird - not really any option to have a dimmer bedside light at night time. Paid parking was expensive and we seem to have been overcharged for it.

It was very clean and comfortable. Good air flow so it wasn’t stuffy. Close to small food court. Easy to get parking.

Perfect location for the family while our daughter had surgery next door at the rch

The location was fabulous easy to the City and easy to the Hockey centre & Zoo. I will be staying there again next year for sure

Our room 313 smelt like sewage think it was coming up from the pipes in bathroom. Every time we opened the room door it smelt bad.

The bed was comfortable

I didn’t realise I had to pay for parking. There were maintenance works in the car park and I found it very difficult to exit the car park.

very convenient for medical appointment - being able to park and have both accommodation and appointments so close. Tram also very close to catch into cbd.

The location was extremely ideal for visiting the royal children’s. The staff were extra helpful and nice

beds are comfortable, the decor is interesting and fun. if you have sick kids in children's hospital it is so very convenient
