The location to the central business district and the garden/park next door.

There was not a ramp from the front door to the reception desk. Unless one used the lift you had to use multi steps to get up.

Love the peaceful atmosphere of the rooms. I love the comfortable beds. Good location, near Lygon Street and the city.

Really well situated hotel right by Royal Park, so if you have a room looking over the park it's absolutely lovely. There's a tram running past for convenient transport and a big carpark below. The rooms are fairly spacious and really well appointed - nothing too fancy just very well done. The bed, in particular, is very comfortable. We enjoyed the Larwill artworks everywhere.

The beds are too soft

Check in staff were helpful, including guidance on parking in the building, the restaurant staff were also great and the food plentiful and delicious. The tram was close by and we had a wonderful view of a park. Being next to the hospital allowed us to also indulge in other meal outlets.

A little pricey but it was ahead of the F1 GP weekend and overall it was a good stay in Melbourne.

Even though it's inside a children's hospital it was a really good experience.

How spacious the room + bathroom was. Quiet area and convenient food options in the hospital connected to it and across the street. Tram stop 2 mins walk away lends to easy access to CBD.

Beds were too soft. Something more supportive would be great. TV could have better connectivity options.

Second time staying. Was perfect as the first stay. Beautiful location, friendly staff, clean and tidy.

Close to the Melbourne zoo. The Royal park is just a few minutes walk. Other facilities, e.g. fcar park, food, toilet, supermarket, even a salon in the children's hospital complex are easily accessible for hotel guests.

was so close to where we needed to go, (Royal Children's Hospital.), room was comfortable, clean and nice.

shower over the bath, luckily we were just young enough to step over it. Not suitable for elderly people.

Th eproximity to the city is excellent with great public transport options available right at your door. The bed was very comfortable and the room was really clean and well styled. I wish we could have stayed longer to check out the parks and restaurant. We will be back

A wider range of food to purchase in the room would have had me buying the nibblies I was craving at about 11pm.

Bed and room and location all fantastic.

The reception staff where not friendly at all. They were not welcoming. We could not even get anyone on the phone for room service - it rang out at reception numerous times. We then called the farmacy direct. The person who answered was so lovely and delivered to our room very quickly with a smile. He gets 10/10. The reception staff did not smile, did not ask us anything to make us feel welcome. I need to add that prior I had spoken to Marge who was lovely and helpful and she was not working that weekend. She also gets 10/10. The receptionists on duty let the others down.

The included breakfast was delicious, such great value for money. The motel was bright and fun, the location was close to the RCH. With trams available at the doorstep. The room was clean and very comfortable.

Amazing location, travelled for a concert but also had our young child so far enough away it wasn't busy. Very quiet. Staff were very helpful as our room wasn't ready, so upgraded us to a different room as our child was very unsettled. Overall would stay again!!!!

The artwork and general layout. Hospital convenient stores on ground level. Cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. 24/7 security door access.

Nothing to report other than I didn't realize full payment for stay was required upfront & a $100 deposit was mentioned but wasn't sure what it was for? Normally accounts are settled on departure. Front desk staff could be a bit more friendly perhaps.

Location. Accomodating and pleasant staff. Clean. Lovely bathroom products.

Unfortunately. Despite our Booking made thru Booking.com and $$$ being paid. On our early arrival, staff apologised as The booking thru Booking. Com had not dropped into their system. They were fully booked. Wed driven 4 hrs. The staff at Art Series went above and beyond to find a room for us after several hrs. Very grateful but disappointed with Booking.com. Second time this has happened with no apologies,feedback or compensation after several years of loyal patronage. Not sure what’s going on but it’s not great.

The room was lovely and the bed was sooooo comfy. The amazing art made everything extra special. Location was great for public transit as well.

Location was excellent for access to my meeting, being adjacent to a park and to the tram. Room was comfortable but could have used more desk space and outlets for devices. Bathroom was good.
