room cleaning was not done next day

As soon as I opened the door to my room I loved it! The quirky design, the amazing view, the great amenities & the high level of cleanliness. Everything about the room was excellent! Would definitely stay again.

The artwork was great. The restaurant had friendly staff, fast and efficient kitchen too.

I found it hard to find initially but it is very close to the CBD so a great spot.

The room was clean and tidy. The towels fresh, white and fluffy. The receptionist was on the ball with the parking for our car. Letting us know it was cheaper for us to pay on our way out in the morning than for her to charge us through the hotel. As we was not going out again that night.

The room 321 have a funky smell, like mould or wet sock. The room was clean and tidy though. Just a funky smell. Not the fresh clean smell you expect when walking into a hotel room.

Beautiful property, live the fact it has a coffee machine and microwave. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Loved it

Clean, comfortable and stylish. The staff were exceptionally kind. The room has plenty of space, including a microwave, which we don’t normally see in a hotel. Quick access was convenient to the Maccas, Boost Juice and other restaurants/cafes in the RCH. The tram stop just in front of the hotel was also very convenient. We liked the kids corner in the lobby, as well.

The view wasn’t the greatest, no extra pillows, and missing usual decor items, suck as themed pillowcases and blankets. The restaurant was also closed throughout the duration of our stay.

Location Location Location! Easy to find, parking was plentiful, easy to navigate. Staff very helpful.

Bed was a little soft but comfy

When i wanted a tax receipt and called up via phone, the staff were very obstructive. I need it for my patient transport assistant claim and I still havent received it

There was a small grocery store, a McDonalds, and other facilities in the hallway connecting the hotel foyer to the Royal Children's Hospital. The hotel was also only a short walk away from the Royal Melbourne Hospital, Melbourne Private and the Women's Hospital. Public transport was everywhere and the surrounding Royal Park was a big bonus.

It is rare to find a hotel with a bathtub near the city. This place is such a gem. Good facility. Easy to get to by public transport. Next to a large park for a relaxing walk. You can pay a bit more for the corner room on higher floor with view over the park and the city skyline.

We really enjoyed our one-night stay at Larwill Studio. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the Royal Children’s Hospital, which made our early appointment easy to reach on foot. The hotel’s decorations were lovely, and it had all the facilities we needed for a comfortable stay

Rooms are beautifully appointed. Beds are comfortable. View of the park is lovely. Location is great as I was travelling for work and needed to be near North Melbourne/Parkville for the conference.

There used to be gym access via a local gym, however this is no longer available. The park next door however does offer great options for those who enjoy a walk/run.

Complimentary late check out to 12.00pm. Location was what I was looking for. Friendly staff.

The car parking offer could be better.

Room service or dining facilities, after a day exploring Melbourne or caring for a loved one in the hospital it would be nice to have easy access to meals.

Kitchen was supposed to close at 8.00 pm went to the reception at 740 and was told it shut 10 minutes ago.

The Larwill is ultimately comfortable and it has all you need except a gym! But, there is an excellent park outside the door which is perfect for walking and runs.

There isn’t a gym.

The hotel is quite stylish and well appointed with quality fixtures and amenities. We had a wonderful view of hot air balloons floating past our window in the morning. Very convenient to get to our 9am appointment at Royal Childrens - we didn't have to leave the building. Checkout at 11am was really convenient too.

We love coming to stay here for appointments at the Children's Hospital. It's easily accessible via public transport or by car. We love the Nature park, a short stroll away, and it's an easy tram ride to the zoo. Great for the kids. We had a room with a park view and woke up to hot air balloons drifting past our window. We were thrilled.

I would love a cloth and dishwashing liquid to wash the dishes.

I liked that I was in the same building as the hospital. Because that was the reason for our stay.

We did not book the breakfast, which was quite expensive, but it is comprehensible. You can buy a meal outside and reheat in the microwave oven in the room.

Great location, lovely staff, great comfortable beds and awesome coffee/tea supplies in room. Never too much trouble for staff to help with a request.

The room quality

We liked it was so close to the doctors office that we had appointment to, so we just used an elevator to go there without leaving the building, plus there is a secure parking and the café downstairs was great too- very convenient for a stay like that

We didnt realize there was a free wifi, didn’t notice any signs of it in the room.
