Lack of room service. Only one power point beside the bed, that was being used by the lovely lamp.

Great room, so confortable, no intensive horrible lights, amazing mattress, the view to the park so calming and even we saw some hot air balloons flying and landing

Bathroom need some exhaust pipe cleaning, some mould on tiles

Light, spacious room, comfortable bed, and friendly staff. The view over the park was lovely, particularly with all the hot-air balloons at dawn. It is on thd 59 tram line so easy to get to and from the city if you don't want to walk.

The bath could have done with a polish. No toilet brush. No TV remote (we could collect one from reception if needed but we didn't bother as we were only staying the one night.

The location was perfect for where we wanted to.

It was very quiet place easy access in and out , surprise happy new year gift was exceptional 😄

We stayed overnight for an appointment at RCH for our baby and so glad we did. So convenient that parking is shared with RCH so no need to move the car anywhere while at the hospital. The accommodation is so nice, everything was clean and comfy plus plenty of room for our babies pram and bassinet in the room. Highly recommend this hotel.

Check in a bit slow with only one reception staff at night

The room and bathroom was big and clean. Bed was comfortable Out room located lower level, which is the view was't good but didn't really bother us And the tram stop was very close from the place which can makes travel to cbd easily.

Limited food options in and around the property. Funky bathroom smell. Shower in the bath.

The parking is very reasonable, the location and location s always very comfortable

Would be great if they brought back the beautiful touches like they used to have with the vibrant cushions and throw rugs. We have been staying here for years, and will continue to, however can see that it’s looking a little tired and could do with some touch ups and modernisations.

Great location to Peter Mac Callum Cancer Centre - easy walking distance Room was clean and comfortable.

The restaurant was only open for breakfast - no lunch or dinner. We had a late arrival, so rather disappointed at this

The bed was super comfy, the room was very clean, and the views of the parklands were lovely to wake up to every morning.

Staff were great and really helpful, love the 24hr desk, was great for a late check in. Room was clean, well stocked and environmentally friendly! Easy access to the Hospital.

A little pricey, I think the plumbing may need a clean, could smell it coming up through the floor drain. Would have been good to have the internal access to the hospital open before 0700, our appointment was early and needed to exit the building onto the main street and enter the hospital via the main entrance.

It exceeded our expectations - would defiantly stay again.

It was difficult to work out where to entre as it's at the hospital, so quite confusing.

Room was excellent. Hotel is set near to our requirements and close to good places for jogging. Loved the overall ambience, even in a room overlooking a metal roof!

Not impressed by the breakfast we had.

There was a strong drain smell coming from the bathroom but it didn't impact our stay. We just kept the bathroom door closed at all times

No laundry facilities, I have my mum in hospital and need to do nighties every second day.

There were many parks and cafes close to the hotel and a hospital right next to it. The rooms were very spacious and beds are absolutely comfortable. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Large, well decorated room, lots of practical amenities like coffee maker, kettle, fridge, microwave, and some dishes. 24 hour check in.

The bed really shifted around when your partner moved. Design glitch with the door of the bathroom - huge and blocked the toilet, which then made one prone to run into the glass shower wall in the night.

Rooms were clean, thoughtfully designed. Nice bathrooms. Nice servicing every day. Provided different pillows when I asked for them.

Staff are always excellent and friendly.
