Everything! The 2 level room with a washing machine was great for our family. We also loved the buffet breakfast and snack bar access. The hotel was conveniently located.

The suite was excellent and well equipped. Staff very friendly and efficient. The location close to restaurants, shopping.

The noise from the independent restaurant on the ground floor was overwhelming when we were in the guest lounge on the mezzanine.

Loved the boutique feel, personal service, breakfast was surprisingly good and the kids adored the snack bar and getting to ring the bell! Everyone was so patient and kind!

Staff were excellent, breakfast was excellent, beds comfortable, very clean, great size rooms. And we loved their signature scent I suppose you could call it. The whole place smelt beautiful. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. They had thought about all the extra details which just make the stay excellent.

Loved our stay at this hotel - they made everything easy.

Honestly I could not fault this hotel

Excellent service from all the staff we encountered, room was huge/spacious, bed was so comfortable, breakfast was delicious and varied, loved the mini bar solution!

Great location, amazing building

The breakfast buffet was such a great start to the day- lovely food and a huge range suited both this diet conscious grandmother and a hungry 17 year old grandson - set us up for the day. I have stayed before (pre-covid) and was delighted to come again (from NZ or would be there more often). The staff are all so welcoming and helpful. I also love the apartment style accommodation, which for example meant I could have an early night in the bedroom while my grandson watched TV in the living room. The location is terrific too - we could walk everywhere we wanted to go.

I honestly can't think of anything. This hotel set a standard unmatched until my recent visit.

Great location, our brief stay exceeded our expectations. Beautifully restored historic building in Collins St. Room was very spacious, clean and very well equipped - including a phone charging dock. All staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, especially Richard. Breakfast provided lots of variety and was thoroughly enjoyed by all ages. Close to all public transport if needed.

Central Melbourne location ideal for some pre Xmas shopping/bar and cafe hopping. Apartment style accomodation, complete with washing/drying facilities made it a home from home. And the included buffet breakfast was a great start to each day, with complimentary snacks available throughout the day…and….complimentary alcoholic beverages 4 till 6pm!

Wifi in the room was a bit slow and the netflix account which the tv was logged into didn't work

From the moment we checked in everything was great. Lovely room in an excellent location. Breakfast was really nice and relaxing. Snacks available all day. Wine down between 4-6pm was a nice touch.

Hotel has a lovely fragrance, all-day snack bar, great breakfast (amazing chocolate croissants), spacious room, comfortable and big bed. Reception communicated well with me to accept a cake delivery and place it inside the room before arrival. Hotel left a happy birthday letter for my partner as well. Enjoyed all the thoughtful treats provided in the room.

Netflix feature wasn't working (although chrome cast was fine), some cutlery provided in the kitchenette drawer were not cleaned properly, housekeeping let us down when we requested room to be cleaned (twice) and could tell was a rush job.

Great breakfast on the Mezzanine floor. Good fresh orange juice and buffet selection.Very pleased that we were able to change suites to one with a better outlook as the first one overlooked a void and into a neighbouring suite!Pleasant afternoon drinks(wine) on the mezzanine lounge . Good facilities in the suite, nespresso coffee maker , microwave oven , fridge and washing machine which we used.Location was excellent in that restaurants were within walking distance. For going futher afield trams and trains were handy

Treasury on Collins is a hidden gem. It is probably one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in & I regularly travel for work. All the staff are friendly & helpful. The room was also super quiet & well appointed.

Probably only downside is the entrance is downstairs & you have to go in the elevator’s to the Mezzanine floor for check in. The signage isn’t easy to find.

Nice snacks, breakfast (including the young lady who was always present and helfpful. Harry is a legend. The rooms were spotless, everything provided. Awesome washdry machine - fabulous for travelling. We got an upgrade which we greatly appreciated!!

I have stayed once before at the Treasury On Collins and I love the central location and the grand old building itself . also the rooms are lovely and spacious , bigger than most hotels. Highly Recommend!

This place is amazing. staff were friendly and helpful but didn't give you too much information so you forgot it. the room was exceptional, large, clean. breakfast was amazing, especially the croissants. i would 100% recommend to anyone and would stay there again in a heartbeat!

the carpark could have been closer but there is literally nothing they can do with that. everything else was amazing.

Great location and facilities, we booked a Heritage Queen room but was upgraded at checkin to a Heritage King nice touch.walking distance to most places, if not free trams within the city confines are within 150m of the hotel,not just the tourist tram but all trams are free, the staff are all great and nothing was too much trouble.Washer dryer combo in the bathroom and a full kitchenette for those that want to cook themselves.

Heritage king room that stayed in had a three step down from the bedroom to the living area, might be a problem for some, a bit noisy on the mezzanine lounge area at peak times in the bar below but was quiet 90% of the time.

First location then the very friendly and supportive staff. Nice breakfast!

The location is excellent. Close walk from Southern Cross train station as well as close to the theatre district, shopping and restaurants. As soon as we walked in we were taken by the ambiance. The service was excellent, the complimentary extras like the mini bar and the "wine down" hour and we just loved our room too.

There is nothing I didn't like! But if had to say something it would be that stepping out of the shower bath would not be easy for everyone.

A beautiful heritage hotel, with a gorgeous feel about it. I loved the experience. The location was central and easy to walk or tram around. But what made my experience was the exceptional staff who were friendly, relaxed and happy to help. Nothing was a problem. Will certainly be recommending and will stay again when next visiting Melbourne.

The bathrooms in the suites are probably due for an update but the suite itself was lovely and spacious, with everything you need.

The only negative about the stay was that the exhaust fan in the bathroom was not functioning. (Quiet a minor fact and this is literally the only negative)

Great central and quiet location. The room was spacious, spotless & very comfortable. We had a good sleep. I highly recommend this unique, historical beautiful hotel .
