Location was brilliant. Staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was delicious, and Wine Down was the perfect way to end a busy day!!

It is clean , the rooms are very nice and spacious and it had everything we needed including a washing machine and dryer .
Very friendly staff . In particular, I would like to commend Saki for her excellent service.
Breakfast provided was very good .
It looks like it could do with a bit of a touch up in the reception areas .

centrally located to everywhere & within the free tram zone. large room with all facilities in. food selection is good
the washer dryer does not dry properly. you still have to hang the clothes at the hanger provided.
