Great view from the enormous window in the sitting area. TV in living area was unable to get free to air channels despite getting staff assistance.TV in bedroom received free to air channels but didn’t realise this until our last day. Heritage King is a very large quiet space which was great.

We were unaware that the bar and resturant on the ground level are not part of the hotel anymore and were closed on the weekend we visited.

The breakfast was perfect and delicious. Hotel had lovely ambience. We had a leaking tap and tv didn’t work and once reported it was fixed immediately. Great stay, would definitely stay again

The room size was very good. All the room amenities were spot on. I appreciate the complimentary bottled waters in the room as well as the quality bath wash, shampoo, and lotion. I really like the complimentary snacks and coffee choices in the mezzanine. I highly recommend the breakfast too.

The elevator was out of order on our check out date. We had to manually carry our luggage down 4 flight of stairs. Luckily, the front desk attendant was quick to help us with our large luggage.

This is a charming hotel with many little perks. Definitely a nice little treat for the family. Breakfast was lovely, rooms were spacious, location was great.

The entrance was underwhelming and one of the lifts was out of order throughout our stay. The reception area was very tight and we felt like we were in the way so it wasn’t a great first impression.

Excellent customer service from Marvin and Josh. They both went out of their way to help us. Excellent hotel and can’t recommend highly enough.

A beautiful historic building, warm and welcoming. The Treasury on Collins exceeded my expectations. We loved the included buffet breakfast and the afternoon "wine down" Spotlessly clean,and all staff were helpful and professional. Thank you to Richard who welcomed us on our arrival and briefed us on the hotel facilities. A fabulous place to stay.

There was nothing to dislike about this beautiful hotel.

The staff were fabulous, particularly Marvin. Nothing too much trouble and provided help when needed.

Easy access to theatres and museums. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and had all that we needed for a comfortable stay.

I love staying here. I am in Melbourne once a month for work and always check if Treasury on Collins is available first. Staff are always friendly and helpful and make you feel welcomed.

Location was excellent and we walked everywhere for tours and dinners. Breakfast served every day was delicious and well attended. A nice touch to have an area where snacks can be for during the day.

Lovely room- quiet, private and well appointed. The Molton Brown toiletries and Nespresso coffee pods were top notch. The free wine for guests each evening was such a treat and the breakfast very good quality.

The property was located far away enough not be surrounded by congestion but close Enough to walk to the hub of the city

The shower door was unusually positioned to accomodate the washing machine, making it difficult to enter and exit the shower. ! I mean really difficult.

The location of the Hotel is great with ease of access to everything in the City. The room was a great size and well appointed. Staff were welcoming and breakfast was great. Loved the atmosphere.

Ran out of pastries by 10am and didn’t replace which is annoying on a weekend if you want a sleep in Constant sound of water from any of the 7 floors above me ( showers, toilets flushing I assume) so I had to sleep with ear plugs

Located in centre of Melbourne making it very convenient for a town trip. Apartments were clean and the snack bar on the Mezzanine level was well stocked for visitors.

The staff were exceptional! Their personal touches in the room and throughout our experience went above and beyond. Thank you for making it so special!

Perhaps for a breakfast option would be to have an alternative meat such as beef or chicken sausages for those who don’t eat pig products. Especially with two options of meat being both from a pig.

A beautiful hotel with character and an interesting history. The apartment was huge! It was clean, comfortable and lots of lovely touches which mean so much. The breakfast was excellent too. We love the idea of wine down- it’s a small gesture, offering residents a glass of wine but I have never had this experience anywhere else. The staff were all friendly and very accommodating. Our room was ready on our arrival despite this being 3 hours early (we had informed them of this and it wasn’t a problem). Overall, I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a central stay in Melbourne.

What a beautiful building and a well organised venue. Reception staff were super friendly, the room was awesome, and the vip lounge and daily breakfast were a delightful bonus. We dined in the restaurant both nights during our stay, and the food was delicious. Thank you team.
