Great location, rooms are nicely sized & modern, staff are excellent and great vibe as soon as you enter.

Location (very easy to go everywhere, incl. Australian Open), size of room, clean, breakfast was delicious, even if limited since "a la carte". Very nice style.

I loved the location of the hotel. It was in the middle of the CBD, which made it easy to get anywhere quickly. The hotel also seemed very trendy and "in" with lots of people coming and going. Great rooftop bar, with both covered and uncovered areas!

Hotel is very pretty - first time staying but have been to the rooftop many times which is part of the hotel's attraction. We had an incredibly nice room service attendant who fished out some of our things from the bin as we accidentally left it on the room service tray - honestly above and beyond so cannot say enough about this team. Rooms well appointed - nice high ceilings.

No pool which was a bit sat for a 5 star - an indoor pool and spa would have completed the offering. Front desk lady was a little odd - she was pretty new and first thing she told us was that her boss had just quit. Just a bit of an odd interaction and although very friendly, this is not really an appropriate guest discussion.

Perfect location for walking to major shopping areas, but lovely and quiet for sleeping at night. We stayed on a Monday &Tuesday nights so hotel was quiet. Quirky decor in lobby that was not to our taste but we could enjoy and aporeciate it - but the decor and layout of twin room was excellent. Beds were huge and soft.

Our sliding toilet door didnt quite close and being a Mum and daughter this was a bit awkward. We would have liked the option of netflix too but couldnt see it on the tv menu.

Housekeeping threw out my toothbrush and didnt replace things like the showercap etc. Other than that everything was perfect.

Our room for a family of four was spacious and had a desk/couch area where two laptops could be worked on at the same time. Bathroom was super stylish and spacious and Tom Dixon shower products, were really nice. So was the Dyson hairdryer. Definitely one of the better family rooms I've stayed in around the world - if you're booking in that category (not a suite).

Breakfast service was quite slow and the sourdough toast wasn't super fresh tasting. A bit dry.

Some of the bathroom fixtures were tired (eg shower changing button missing the cover and a rip in the bedding) The rooftop bar was shut both evenings of our stay. It was Christmas party season but an advanced message would have been better customer service than only finding out on check in

The gym is tiny. Also, the rooftop bar was closed for a private function every day we were there! Neither was a big problem - plenty of places to run and drink in Melbourne.

Welcoming staff were so amazing upon check in and I was provided a complimentary upgrade for a very special birthday!

Overnight room service was limited to fries only despite us being advised by reception when we returned to the hotel at night that there was full overnight menu room service available. My sister asked whether there were rooms available for her and her husband for a last minute stay and she was advised no by reception despite being able to book online. It felt dismissive (it was late so they may have been too tired)

Bathroom, shower facility was dirty.... hair etc all caught in the gully trap

Location was great and the rooms had a nice feel about them.

Our tariff included breakfast but when we went to check out they tried to charge us for extras for our meal like adding bacon and mushrooms. Very petty when you consider the nightly cost. They did remove these costs but I just thought it was very poor. Also I did not like the fact that they needed security at the main entrance for their roof top bar which was clearly very popular with people who were not staying at the premises.

Loved every touch of the QT from the bathrobe to the T2 tea and the gorgeous lounge in my room. Also, being greeted by the wellbeing golden retriever was the most delightful surprise and turned my day around!

The room was spacious and styley. Its just a real funky place, the decor the art. Its like melbourne in a ball.

Got locked out of my room twice by card being wiped (from being near phone?). Honestly, who doesn't keep their key card near their phone - find a better solution! Would be great if there were rooms with a real desk and comfortable chair for working - why has this gone out of fashion with hotels? Or a small room you can book for meetings. More healthy food in mini bar / fridge would be great.

Hotel was at a great location, very close to all the places that you would want to visit in the CBD. The rooms themselves were spacious and clean, as you would expect from a good hotel. We didn't manage to try the bar unfortunately, but the queues tell us it is a great venue!

Fantastic, comfortable and spacious hotel in the heart of the Bourke St precinct. Fantastic rooftop bar to boot.

More toiletry amenities needed - needed to call for a toothbrush and might had that it took three calls before they finally arrived.

It wasn’t clear that we had to pay a ‘bond’ which was quite expensive.

Location was superb, close to theatres, shops, restaurants. Loved the roof top bar.

Very trendy hotel with beautifully designed rooms and an even better bathroom. The beds were super comfortable, and the location was perfect—walking distance to everything. The rooftop bar was a standout, serving great cocktails and delicious food. Staff were incredibly friendly, and check-in/check-out was a breeze. We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

We popped up to the rooftop bar, where I’d had a credit to use from a previous stay. WOW!!! The place was wild…. Not quite for us this time but maybe another!! Would love a bath in all the rooms!!!
