Staff are amazing, facilities are beautiful, and room was stunning.

Charlie the Labrador dog who lives onsite with the GM and family! Enjoyed his visits to the lobby! Also loved our king suite room. Bed and bathroom with extremely large bath was devine

Would like the option to have large mugs in room instead of small teacups. Also the option of "non feather" bed pillows. I find them too soft. Personal preference, i guess and hard to please everyone!

The bed is comfortable, everywhere is pretty tidy and clean, staffs are nice, location is excellent

Fantastic, Celebrated New Years Eve in the hotel, Adam was brilliant, fantastic night. Room amazing. Can’t recommend a stay enough.

*Check in was problematic, room not ready and we arrived after check in time. Excuses offered not appropriate. Delay as we waited for room to be allocated after long journey. *Requested room view not available, reasons given were not professional *Letter of welcome and chocolates delivered to our room number, for another guest :( *Advised on check out that charges were made to our room, that we did not make (breakfast charge) *Staff attempted to relieve concern, but this was very disconcerting. Room number/guest names mix ups were unprofessional.

Beautiful grand traditional hotel with lovely rooms, friendly staff and very well equipped gym. Restaurant was great quality. Le Labo toiletries were a treat!

We were upgraded to a 'superior room' excellent overall.

On check in we were offered a bottle of wine/sparkling to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary however this was never delivered.

Absolutely stunning hotel, every detail is perfection.

The Park Hyatt Melbourne is perfect. In a peaceful area of the CBD, it is walking distance to the best restaurants and bars, has beautiful rooms and a great breakfast.

The bar is boring !

From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty! The staff are so friendly and helpful. From a seamless check in to a beautiful clean and comfortable room to a lovely pool and gym and the breakfast is to die for. If you want a 5 star in a prime location with easy walking to restaurants and theatre’s don’t hesitate in booking this beautiful hotel.

All of the staff were friendly and helpful and very professional. Le Labo bath products were a lovely surprise and oversized towels mean luxury to me. The location was also great, quiet and surrounded by parkland whilst right on the edge of the CBD. Large rooms and nice views.

For some reason waitressing staff at the breakfast was not friendly, looks like they were unhappy to do their job - no eye conact, no smiles, just robotic movements! Very different from floor supervisor, who was attentive, friendly and willing to help.

We booked a room with an opening door and this was not what we were given. We were offered a 'move' on the following day to a room with a door but it was downgrading us and we lost other facilities.

Everything about the Park Hyatt is outstanding. The in-room dining was exceptional, the room comfortable & very quiet.

Everything! From the room to the service and staff. And how can I forget the friendly adorable Charlie 🥰 Also they cater to your needs especially food. Halal food options are available too. Exceptional hospitality!

Staff are all friendly and helpful, a perfect stay for us with two young kids, one who loves the pool so much. Great location for us to walk to places we need to go and easy to get to. Excellent food services - you don't need to head out and can enjoy the comforts of the room.
