Doing the basics to an exceptional level. Clean, smelt nice, attentive staff all with smiles and nothing was a chore or hard work.

Beer selection. I’m a common man with common man’s tastes.

Luxurious property with attentive staff who went out of their way to make our stay special. They upgraded us to a Park suite free of charge for my birthday and even had a mini birthday cake sent up to our room. Unforgettable stay.

Best experience I have had in Melbourne, bed was amazing, room was so spacious. Room and hotel was so spotless. Morning buffet was delicious all staff were so friendly. I can't wait to stay at the park hyatt again.

Staff were very gracious. Room was large and quite comfortable alyhough outlets wree few and hard to reach. Nice bathroom and fine beds and linens. So overakk, very pleasant place to stay. Large indoor pool an addded bonus.

The facilities were excellent, we particularly liked the down stairs bar and lounge area for late night drinks (peppermint tea) all the areas to sit in comfortable lounge chairs, there was a gym, pool and sauna. The room was spacious, a large bath and shower with a separate toilet that you could close the door on, the beds were the comfiest I’ve ever stayed in, the curtains were so good at blocking out the outside we overslept, it was quite, the best stay we have had in Melbourne ever!

A little dated in some of the structures, the marble and wood are classic and beautiful but the honey comb pattern on the post and windows needs to be renewed

Great amenities and staff were lovely

Our key didn’t work the entire stay so we had to ask reception staff to let us in every time we wanted to enter the room. Countess keys and several visits with the engineer without success.

The hotel architecture is just amazing. The staffs were very friendly especially the doorman…I can’t remember his name but he has helped us throughout our little getaway night. The sauna and swimming were great and the food…very good. If you like classy and not super modern hotel…that’s a great place to be.

I’d have like a little welcoming gift on our bed. It’s always something that make the guests feel special

You should have a variety of mattresses and guests should pick how hard or plush they want their mattresses and pillows.

We loved the service from the staff it was excellent first Class. Our room was very clean and very spacious, supplied everything we needed even the mini bar was stocked up

Directions for where everything is, we wanted to use the gym but was unable to find it, although it does say in the elevator what floor but the where about was unsure. Maybe if they had visual signage might of help, but in saying that we didn't really explore I just mentioned this as it was our first time at the hotel.

Thank you for the best hotel room we have stayed in. The room was exceptional, along with the stunning views from the 20th floor. Very tidy and clean! The staff were very attentive and friendly.
