I had to wait 5 minutes for the hot water to come through in the shower. 3 pm check in is on the late side. I had requested an early check in, but the room wasn’t ready so I didn’t get into the room until 2.40 pm. I prefer a 2 pm check in with a request for an early check in even if I have to pay extra for that. So many other hotels offer a 2 pm check in so with all the competition I would consider booking elsewhere as a result.

The ambience, the smell of those calming essential oil in the steam room, love the super clean pool/sauna. Awesome shampoo/conditioner/lotion/ body cleanser!! I love our anniversary cake and drinks, i love the way how the hotel makes us feel "special" on our special day. Thank you heaps.

Fantastic location close to the tennis arenas, in walking distance to the city centre and Fitzrovia gardens, in a very tranquil and green area. The facilities are amazing, including the scenic tennis court for guests. The building itself is iconic. Rooms were kept impeccably clean with plenty of amenities

The level of noise from the neighbouring rooms / toilet flushing can be quite disturbing. Anything below the premium rooms tend to have lower ceiling / windowsnfacing another building. We would definitely stay at Park Hyatt again but would ensure that the room has a better size / view.

I think the ventilation at the hotel was not clean, we woke up every morning with stuffy nose and sore throat and didn't feel well until taking a shower and fresh air outside so we are sure it was the hotel making us feel sick. Also the furniture was old, it would be good to renew it.

The suite was very nice. It is a very quiet location. Room service was very good - fast and good food

I booked a terrace suite room. However, the room was a suite but there was no terrace just what appeared to be a really a pathway between the actual terrace suites which were on either side of us. There wasn’t even enough room to stretch your legs out sitting there on a chair. If I had known this is what we would be given, I would never have booked this room. I invite you to look at both yours and the Park Hyatt’s pictures of the terrace suite that you are supposed to be booking, and then imagine it without the terrace because that’s what we were given. I feel that I was misled about what I was paying for. It was very disappointing.

Lovely large rooms, generous toiletries, lovely pool , fitness room and spa and very good food in the hotel restaurant. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

This was just a stunning five star class property with exceptional service and amazing facilities. It was very easy to walk to nearby locations or catch an Uber. The Day spa was well class and the pool and spa area . I would highly recommend this property.

We got a hell of a deal through booking.com and thought that would be a great opportunity to celebrate our anniversary in style. We weren't disappointed. The hotel is stunning, in perfect condition, miraculously clean, the breakfast was excellent and the staff wonderful. I loved the layout of the room and the space. Everything is in top condition even though the hotel is around for a while.

The staff are very friendly from reception to door men to the restaurant staff. The breakfast was of rich selections and the quality of food is so good. Rooms are spacious and with great views. We watched the hot ballon fly over in the morning.

The size of the room was insanely extraordinary. Definitely bigger than my first apartment. The bed linen was some kind of magic that they were always cool and crisp and I was in love with the little touches like including an international adapter for overseas guests and epsom salt for the spa bath. The reception staff deserve a special mention as they were absolutely delightful to deal with.

As always the hotel pillows were too soft. It's a personal thing and impossible to cater for. So absolutely nothing

restaurant is a tad pricey and is ok food wise we was going to go out in Melbourne for dinner but opted for restaurant as we were tired we had two mains two sides and a couple of glasses of wine $230

Room was lovely and huge, staff were great and the gym and sauna were also great.

Room service menu was lacking for a 5 star hotel, pretty basic offering. Also ordering system was annoying with QR codes. Pool was under renovation which was a bit disappointing.

There is absolutely nothing to fault with this stunning property. The rooms are exceptional, clean and catered to all of our needs. The staff were friendly and helpful. Mr Walker, the guide dog at the front was a welcoming site. What a great idea!

The only thing I can fault is there was no make up lighting in the bathroom. The lighting was a little bit dim for this purpose.

Overall, very good. Front desk staff were excellent . Room was very comfortable., strong shower (with mirror) ! Good quality lunch in lobby.

Breakfast was a mixed experience. Ten minute wait to be seated, manager who seemed out of her depth, slow to bring coffee and egg orders. Staff seemed inexperienced and slow. When it came, food was good. More power sockets needed in bedrooms Poor wheelchair access to ground floor coffee place

The staff went over and about and were happy and polite all the time. Good sense of humour too. Mr Walker is an amazing bonus too such a friendly dog. Great hotel & will be staying there again!

i didn't know how to find the room service menu and couldn't figure out how to turn the volume up on the tv in bedroom

From check in to check out my stay was absolutely beautiful. The room, location, ease of walking the city, booking a taxi, getting to my event, breakfast and leaving for the airport was seamless and such an enjoyable experience. Thank you.
