Hotel Park Hyatt, Melbourne

Beautiful grand traditional hotel with lovely rooms, friendly staff and very well equipped gym. Restaurant was great quality. Le Labo toiletries were a treat!

We were upgraded to a 'superior room' excellent overall.

On check in we were offered a bottle of wine/sparkling to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary however this was never delivered.

Absolutely stunning hotel, every detail is perfection.

Fantastic service from all staff. Modern and clean facilities. The staff made our anniversary a truly special and memorable event.

The Park Hyatt Melbourne is perfect. In a peaceful area of the CBD, it is walking distance to the best restaurants and bars, has beautiful rooms and a great breakfast.

Good room with an upgrade. Room size / spaciousness was good.

The bar is boring !

From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty! The staff are so friendly and helpful. From a seamless check in to a beautiful clean and comfortable room to a lovely pool and gym and the breakfast is to die for. If you want a 5 star in a prime location with easy walking to restaurants and theatre’s don’t hesitate in booking this beautiful hotel.

All of the staff were friendly and helpful and very professional. Le Labo bath products were a lovely surprise and oversized towels mean luxury to me. The location was also great, quiet and surrounded by parkland whilst right on the edge of the CBD. Large rooms and nice views.

Location - city centre hidden gem.

For some reason waitressing staff at the breakfast was not friendly, looks like they were unhappy to do their job - no eye conact, no smiles, just robotic movements! Very different from floor supervisor, who was attentive, friendly and willing to help.

We booked a room with an opening door and this was not what we were given. We were offered a 'move' on the following day to a room with a door but it was downgrading us and we lost other facilities.

Everything about the Park Hyatt is outstanding. The in-room dining was exceptional, the room comfortable & very quiet.

Staff are all friendly and helpful, a perfect stay for us with two young kids, one who loves the pool so much. Great location for us to walk to places we need to go and easy to get to. Excellent food services - you don't need to head out and can enjoy the comforts of the room.

No restuarant , menus poor, no bar all the time.

I booked this room as a birthday present for a man I thought I liked a lot, but unfortunately over the night he revealed what an absolute nasty person he really is. Disappointingly I checked out at 5.45am. I didn’t get to enjoy the facilities of the hotel because we were arguing.

Loved the room, view, comfy bed, lovely food and service. Spa is lovely.
